Travis Kelce was reportedly treated to $42,000 worth of high-end gifts from Taylor Swift on the eve of the new NFL season.

Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs began their bid for a historic ‘three-peat’ in perfect fashion on Thursday night after picking up a 27-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in their first outing of the 2024 campaign.

Swift watched on from the stands at Arrowhead Stadium as her man helped Kansas City get off to a winning start, just a few days after a bombshell fake contract claiming the pair were heading for a split emerged on social media.

And according to The US Sun, before the game the pop megastar shelled out an incredible five-figure sum on gifts for beau Travis.

Swift is said to have made sure that he was all set for the new season by shelling out $42,000 on a selection of designer bags and clothes for Kelce, some of which are in red – the Chiefs’ famous color.

A source close to the Kansas City tight end is quoted as saying: ‘The team is going back on the road for some many nice and long trip around the country, so that was a very nice move and idea from Taylor.

‘She also got him some fall and winter clothes as the temperature is gonna drop soon: a turtleneck, jacket, coat, and a cardigan that he saw in Paris and that he kept talking to her about for a while. He is all set with all those items… as he likes to bring tons of stuff with him when he travels with the team, or even when he travels to go attend events and with Taylor.’

Kelce was reportedly surprised with two of Louis Vuitton’s Keepall Bandouliere 50 bags, one worth $4,000 and the other $4,800.

Swift also bought him an $11,100 rolling truck and $1,130 toiletry bag from the same luxury French designer store, along with a $2,060 cashmere cardigan, $1,450 silk and cashmere turtleneck, and a $560 beanie to keep him warm in the winter.

Her spending spree also included two jackets from Hermes; one a $5,050 capsule rib-trim and the other a $5,850 hooded auto coat.

The insider added that Taylor’s gifts for Travis were to wish him a ‘very good season’.

Earlier this week Kelce’s team called in lawyers after a fake contract stating that his and Swift’s romance is a sham began circulating online.

The paperwork, which appeared to have been created by Los Angeles-based firm Full Scope, revealed an alleged strategy for the super-couple to make their split, with the date for an announcement penciled in for September 28.

It also outlined a supposed plan to release an official statement at the end of this month – three days ‘post-break up’ to ‘allow the initial media frenzy to settle and ensure clarity’.

It added that the announcement would be ‘gracious, respectful and stress mutual respect.

Kelce and the Chiefs are looking to land an unprecedented third straight Super Bowl this season after retaining their crown in 2023.

After romance blossomed between her and the NFL icon, Swift attended a host of Kansas City game last year and is expected to do the same this term.

On Friday night Kelce and Swift headed to legendary Brooklyn pizza joint Lucali as their celebrations continued after the Chiefs’ opening victory.

They then attended model Karen Elson’s wedding at Electric Lady Studios on Saturday, with Taylor dazzling in a white dress and Travis looking slick in an all-black outfit.
