Fans have been left stunned after learning the lengths 50 Cent went to for a movie role.

The award-winning rapper is best known for his muscular body, often going topless at award shows, concerts, or music videos (remember him being upside down in ‘In Da Club’?).

But back in 2011, the 49-year-old rapper – whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III – directed and starred in the movie All Things Fall Apart.

The flick follows the heartbreaking story of a footballer named Deon who had dreams of making it pro and playing in the NFL.

However, as Deon is about to go pro, he is sadly diagnosed with cancer, which turns his life upside down as his football dreams are now over.

In order to physically look the part for the movie, the usually-buff 50 Cent dropped an astonishing 54 lbs (24.5kg) in nine weeks after going on a liquid-only diet and working out for three hours a day on a treadmill.

Now – more than 10 years after the movie was released – photos of the transformation have resurfaced on social media.

Many fans were in awe of 50 Cent’s dramatic weight loss and took to X to praise the rapper for his dedication to his craft.

“This is what true passion can make you do … waow,” one user praised, while another applauded that it was “professionalism”.

Even though the ‘Beauty and a Beat’ star didn’t see him much during his childhood, according to the Daily Mail, the pair seemingly re-connected in his adult years and now have a pretty close relationship.

Others on social media have also pointed out that on Justin’s side, everyone now has a moniker that equals to the 30-year-old’s nickname “JB” – Jeremy Bieber, Justin Bieber, his sister Jazmyn Bieber, his younger brother, Jaxon Bieber and now his son, Jack Blues.

The couple first announced they were expecting a child together in May 2024, sharing the exciting news on Instagram.

Hailey shared a beautiful retro video of her and her husband having a vow renewal.

The Rhode Beauty founder was wearing a maxi, lace white dress with a veil, highlighting her growing bump. She also shared a handful of photos of her with Justin, with one particular shot of a close-up showing him standing behind her and cradling her stomach.

The star has always been open about wanting children with her other half, previously telling ELLE back in 2021 that she and Justin were always on the same page about starting a family together.

“We always knew that we were aligned on what we wanted in our future,” she said. “We had talked about wanting to be married young and having a family young and building a life. Even before we knew we wanted to be with each other.”
