“Stephen Curry’s Heartwarming Surprise for His Mom After an Unforgettable Night Against the Magic!”

“Stephen Curry’s Heartwarming Surprise for His Mom After an Unforgettable Night Against the Magic!”

There’s no love like a mother has for her son, and it showed on Sonya Curry’s face when her son Stephen Curry tossed her his jersey after his 56-point game for the Golden State Warriors on Thursday. The latter Curry is used to red-hot shooting nights, but watching them probably never gets old for his parents.

Curry’s season-high scoring output led the Warriors to a 121-115 victory on the road against the Orlando Magic, and he made history while doing it. The four-time NBA champion became the oldest player in history to record multiple 20-point quarters in a season thanks to his third-quarter performance.

Curry shot 16-of-25 from the field, including 12-of-19 from deep. The future Hall of Famer also hit all 12 of his free throws while adding four rebounds, three assists, and two steals across 34 minutes.

The Warriors (32-27) have won five straight and are 7-1 since acquiring Jimmy Butler. They’re now a half-game behind the Los Angeles Clippers (32-26) for the Western Conference’s sixth seed as of this writing.

Golden State didn’t look like a contender for most of the season, but the Butler trade has rejuvenated the team. While the 35-year-old only scored five points against the Magic (29-32), he’s averaging 18 points on 45.8-percent shooting with six rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 1.4 steals across 29.7 minutes as a Warrior. So far, that’s been more than enough support for Curry.

“Chef Curry’s” highlights against Orlando can be seen below, via the NBA.

Next up for Golden State is a four-game road trip against the Philadelphia 76ers, Charlotte Hornets, New York Knicks, and Brooklyn Nets before hosting the Detroit Pistons on March 8. If the Warriors keep rolling, don’t be surprised if they catch the Los Angeles Lakers (35-21) in fifth place.

Pairing Butler with Curry (36) is the epitome of a win-now move, as both players are in the twilight of their careers. It’s worked so far, and it seems that Golden State will always be a tough out until its golden boy hangs up the cleats.

“How Kat Timpf Turned ‘Traumatic’ Baby News into Laughter: The Unexpected Twist That ‘Might Have Saved My Life!

FOX News star Kat Timpf has revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer hours before giving birth to her first son.

Timpf, 36, said her new baby “might’ve saved her life” in a surprising announcement on Tuesday in which she revealed both the birth of her son and her diagnosis.

Timpf said 15 hours before she gave birth to her first child with her husband, Cameron Friscia , she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

“Now, before you worry, my doctor says it’s Stage 0 and is confident that it almost certainly hasn’t spread,” she wrote on Instagram.

“Or, as I’ve explained to the few people I’ve managed to tell about it so far: don’t freak out.

“It’s just, like, a little bit of cancer.”

She said she was more than a week past due when she gave birth and recalled the chaotic day as “not chill.”

In the comedian’s typical fashion, Timpf included jokes about her hectic day in the news of her health scare.

“I asked all the questions I could, including if I could get a copy of my tumor ultrasound to put on the fridge next to the ultrasound of my baby,” she said.

Timpf revealed she went into labor in the middle of the night before rushing to the hospital to meet her baby boy.

She also said doctors recommended she get a double mastectomy as soon as possible.

“These next three months of maternity leave are going to look a lot different than I’d anticipated, and I’m still getting used to my new reality,” the Gutfeld! co-host wrote.

“I’m lucky that we found the cancer so early; I’m lucky to be my son’s mom.

“I mean, I know I’m biased, but the little dude absolutely rules – and not just because he might have saved my life.”

She concluded her message with a toast to “finding humor and hope on the toughest days.”

    PREVIOUS UPDATE

Timpf, a political analyst and comedian on Fox News and co-host of Gutfeld! , shared on Instagram on February 11 that she was past her due date.

“Yes, I’m still pregnant. Yes, I’m past my due date,” she said.

She joked that it was the “longest pregnancy of all time.”

I asked all the questions I could, including if I could get a copy of my tumor ultrasound to put on the fridge next to the ultrasound of my baby.”

Kat Timpf Fox New’s Gutfeld! co-host

The Fox News contributor worked through the final days of her pregnancy – which led some online trolls to ask intrusive questions and make gross comments about her pregnancy bump.

“Hi everyone! I am under the close care of a doctor, and I promise that both of us know and care far more about my health and the health of my own baby than any random online stranger does from just seeing me  on TV,” Timpf fired back on X on February 17.

“Although I’m sure much of it is well-intentioned, I don’t need to be bombarded with comments about how my belly looking this way or that way CLEARLY means I will be needing this or that procedure,” she said.

“Or how I shouldn’t be at work, or concerns about my ‘amniotic fluid’ or any other wildly personal medical thing.”

    PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Timpf announced her pregnancy last July in an emotional opinion story for Fox News.

She said she was surprised by the pregnancy because of her age.

“I never expected to find myself in this situation,” Timpf wrote at the time.

“Actually, I’d prepared myself for every outcome but this one: First, I expected that I wouldn’t get pregnant, especially not naturally.

“Once I did, I expected that I’d probably miscarry. I mean, I am 35, which makes mine a geriatric pregnancy, medically speaking.”

In October, Timpf opened up about the online hate she received throughout her pregnancy in an exclusive conversation with The U.S. Sun.

“You know what’s crazy? I really thought that being pregnant would make people be nicer to me but people are meaner to me now,” Timpf said.

She said a number of trolls said they were annoyed with hearing about her pregnancy.

“I get a lot of people telling me to stop talking about it and they’re sick of hearing about it,” Timpf said.

“I’m like, ‘I’m so sorry that my pregnancy has been hard for you.’

“It’s nine months of my life and then I’m not gonna talk about it anymore and it’s not gonna be happening.”

She added, “I talk about what’s going on in my life.”

When Michael Jordan Casually Asked Chris Webber ‘Who’s Checking Me?’ While Sitting On Top Of His Ferrari, Smoking A Cigar Before A Playoff Game

    # The Unforgettable Encounter: Michael Jordan’s Intimidating Presence Before a Playoff Game

In the annals of basketball history, few players have cast as large a shadow as Michael Jordan. His unparalleled talent, fierce competitiveness, and larger-than-life persona have left an indelible mark on the sport. One particular story, recounted by former NBA star Chris Webber, encapsulates the essence of Jordan’s intimidating presence and serves as a reminder of why he is often regarded as the greatest of all time.

    ## The Setting: 1997 NBA Playoffs

The scene was set during the 1997 NBA Playoffs, a time when tensions ran high, and every game was a battle for supremacy. Webber, a talented forward for the Sacramento Kings, was preparing to face the legendary Chicago Bulls, led by none other than Michael Jordan. As a multiple All-Star in his own right, Webber had faced many elite players, but nothing could prepare him for what was about to unfold.

    ## The Encounter: A Ferrari and a Cigar

During an appearance on the Dan Patrick Show, Webber shared a vivid memory from that playoff series. He recalled arriving at the arena, filled with adrenaline and anticipation. However, as he approached the venue, he noticed a striking sight that would forever be etched in his mind: Michael Jordan, perched casually on top of his sleek Ferrari, a cigar in hand.

This image was not just a testament to Jordan’s wealth and celebrity; it was a powerful display of his confidence and swagger. Here was the man who had dominated the league, exuding an air of nonchalance that seemed to say he was untouchable. For Webber, this was more than just a chance encounter; it was a moment that encapsulated the essence of Jordan’s greatness.

    The Bold Question

As Webber approached, he couldn’t help but feel a mix of awe and intimidation. In a moment that would become legendary, Jordan looked over at him and casually asked, “Who’s checking me?” The question hung in the air, charged with the weight of Jordan’s reputation. It was both a challenge and a taunt, delivered with the kind of confidence that only a player of his caliber could muster.

Webber, taken aback, felt the full force of Jordan’s presence. This was not just a simple inquiry; it was a statement. Jordan was reminding everyone in the vicinity that he was the king of the court, and no one could stand in his way. The casualness of the question belied the intensity of the message—it was a clear signal that he was ready to dominate.

    Impact on Webber

For Webber, this encounter was a defining moment in his career. It was a reminder of the level of greatness he was up against and the sheer dominance that Jordan embodied. The moment was not just about basketball; it was about the mentality and mindset required to compete at the highest level.

Webber later reflected on how that experience shaped his understanding of what it meant to be a competitor. Jordan’s confidence and fearlessness were traits that every aspiring player aspired to emulate. The encounter served as a lesson in the importance of mental toughness and self-assuredness in the face of overwhelming talent.

    The Legacy of Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan’s legacy extends far beyond his six NBA championships and numerous accolades. It lies in the stories like Webber’s—moments that highlight his impact on the game and the players who came after him. Jordan was not just a player; he was a phenomenon, a cultural icon who redefined what it meant to be great.

The story of Jordan sitting atop his Ferrari, cigar in hand, is emblematic of the larger-than-life persona he cultivated throughout his career. It serves as a reminder of the fear and respect he commanded on and off the court. For many players, including Webber, encounters like this were pivotal moments that shaped their careers and their understanding of greatness.

As we reflect on Michael Jordan’s career, it is stories like Chris Webber’s that continue to resonate. They remind us of the intensity, the drama, and the sheer talent that defined an era of basketball. Jordan’s casual confidence, embodied in that unforgettable moment before a playoff game, is a testament to his status as the GOAT. For those who witnessed it, it was a moment that transcended basketball—a snapshot of greatness that will be remembered for generations to come.

Serena Williams called out rival after claims she ‘hated losing to skinny kid’

Serena Williams wasn’t happy with claims made by one of her old rivals.

During their playing days, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova had one of the fiercest rivalries in tennis. Sharapova burst onto the scene when she was just 17 years old, upsetting Williams to win her first Major title at Wimbledon.

While their competition was always hyped up, their rivalry became very one sided – Williams won 20 of their 22 matches. Sharapova later claimed that the American “hated” her for being the “skinny kid who beat her”. But Williams had none of it, calling Sharapova out.

Sharapova was just 17 years old when she won her first of five Major titles at Wimbledon in 2004, upsetting Williams in the final. Serena and her sister Venus had been the only players to lift the trophy at the All England Club in the 21st century until Sharapova’s triumph.

The teenager breezed past Williams, winning 6-1 6-4. Sharapova also beat Williams at the WTA Finals later that year. But she never won another match against the 23-time Major winner.

By the time they retired, Williams led their head-to-head record 20-2, but Sharapova always thought the American held a grudge against her and claimed she caught her rival crying in the locker room way back in 2004.

In her 2017 autobiography, she wrote: “I think Serena hated me for being the skinny kid who beat her, against all the odds, at Wimbledon.

“I think she hated me for taking something that she believes belongs to her. I think she hated me for seeing her at her lowest moment. But mostly I think she hated me for hearing her cry. She’s never forgiven me for it.”

When asked about Sharapova’s claims, Williams quickly called out the Russian for writing “hearsay” and being “negative”.

The 23-time Major winner was out of competition when Sharapova released her book in 2017, as she took a pregnancy break. When she returned to action the following year, Williams was question over Sharapova’s claims.

“I think the book was 100 per cent hearsay,” she stated. “At least all the stuff I read and the quotes I read, which was a little bit disappointing.”

Williams confirmed she had cried in the locker room “many times after a loss” but said it was normal for players to do and showed their passion. She continued: “It’s a Wimbledon final so I think it would be more shocking if I wasn’t in tears.”

Serena Williams : « Je suis devenue obsédée par le régime »

While the 43-year-old didn’t deny that she cried after the loss, she wasn’t happy with the “not-so-positive way” Sharapova presented their rivalry in her autobiography.

The five-time Grand Slam champion defended her account of their competition, saying it would be “strange” not to include Williams in her story, but the American still wasn’t happy.

“So I don’t have any negative feelings towards her, which again, was a little disappointing to see in that hearsay book,” Williams added.

“So I have always, you know, and especially having a daughter, like, I feel like negativity is taught. One of the things I always say, I feel like women, especially, should bring each other up.”

However, Williams and Sharapova appeared to have buried the hatchet. They now enjoy catching up at high-profile events like the Met Gala and, last year, Williams said it was never personal between them.

Butler traded from Heat to Golden State last month

Fox News Flash top sports headlines for March 2

Jimmy Butler was really serious when he wanted out of Miami.

The NBA star was vocal about wanting to be traded by the Heat, and apparently it wasn’t just on-court issues.

Butler was eventually traded to the Golden State Warriors, who have hit a stride with him (he missed Saturday’s game due to back spasms). However, the off-court issues in Miami are back to haunt Butler.

    Jimmy Butler

He is being sued by Five Star Marketing and Promotions Inc. for allegedly failing to pay over a quarter of a million dollars in rent and leaving behind roughly $127,000 in damages.

Butler leased a home in Miami during his time with the Heat; he spent parts of six seasons with the team, playing in two NBA Finals with them.

The lawsuit stated that Butler failed to pay the final two months of rent, changed the locks and would not give the key to the property owner, keeping maintenance workers outside the home.

The damage allegedly included mold in the ceilings and floors due to failing to maintain the air conditioning unit.

Realtor.com lists the home at a roughly $10 million value.

Butler has not commented on the lawsuit.

The Warriors are 7-1 in their eight games with Butler in the lineup; he averaged 20 points in his first six games with them before netting only six and five in his next two, respectively, amid a shooting slump.

On Sunday afternoon, the Denver Nuggets lost to the Celtics (in Boston) by a score of 110-103.

Jayson Tatum finished the win with 16 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists while shooting 4/15 from the field and 1/7 from the three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.

After the game, three-time MVP Nikola Jokic was asked about Tatum when he met with the media (h/t CLNS Media Boston Sports Network).

Jokic: “I think he’s playing really good… He can do multiple things on the floor, he led them last year to the championship. I think he’s a superstar.”

Jokic finished the loss with 20 points, 14 rebounds, nine assists and two steals while shooting 9/15 from the field and 2/3 from the three-point range in 39 minutes of playing time.

Via Andy Bailey: “Despite a bad first half for the Nuggets, the score of that game was tied when Jokić was on the floor.

The blushing moment of the “hot” Oscars ceremony is back

The blushing moment of the “hot” Oscars ceremony is back

Adrien Brody’s surprise deep kiss to Halle Berry when receiving the Oscar in 2003 was a moment of embarrassment for both the actress and the audience.

The history of the Oscars marks many moments that take place on stage, at important moments, honoring the winner. Recently, it can be mentioned that the incident of misannouncing the Best Picture of Moonlight and La La Land, Will Smith’s slap on Chris Rock or last year’s how wrestler and actor John Cena almost completely announced the category for Costume Design… One of those moments has caused a fever again when the 2025 Oscars are very close. It was the passionate kiss that actor Adrien Brody suddenly gave to Halle Berry – who received the responsibility of awarding him the first Oscar of his career at the age of 29.i, along with the movie The Pianist.

Sharing about the moment that made everyone who watched the Oscars blush that year, Halle Berry in an interview in 2017 said that at that moment she did not understand what was happening, completely unprepared for such an intimate kiss. The recorded videos also show Halle Berry’s confusion and discomfort, she even wipes her lips very quickly.

As for Adrien Brody, when sharing with the press recently, he affirmed: “Nothing I have ever done or will do has been done with the aim of making anyone feel bad.”

The story is “hot” again after more than 20 years when once again both Adrien Brody and Halle Berry will be present at the 2025 Academy Awards. Adrien Brody stands a chance to win a second Oscar for his role in The Brutalist and “Cat Girl” attends as the presenter of the award categories.

    Videos are HOT

The relationship between the two is said to not become tense and complicated after the awkward moment. When Adrien Brody won the Golden Globe Awards, Halle Berry made a congratulatory comment in a social media post by a male colleague. However, the two famous artists will not interact on the stage of the 2025 Oscars because if Adrien Brody wins, the person who presents him with the award, as is customary, will be Emma Stone – who won the Best Actress award last year.

Currently, according to experts, Adrien Brody is the best candidate in the Best Actor category, thereby giving him the opportunity to become one of the few people who have won the Oscar twice in the past quarter of a decade. As for Halle Berry, her biggest wish is to have more black female artists honored in the Best Actress category at this prestigious film award. Cynthia Erivo with the musical Wicked is holding the nomination, but her chances of winning are not much against Demi Moore (The Substance) and Mikey Madison (Anora).

Vanessa Bryant’s Three Words That Brought Kobe’s Epic Reaction Back to Life

Vanessa Bryant’s Three Words That Brought Kobe’s Epic Reaction Back to Life

What did Vanessa Bryant say about Nike? | The Sun

Some moments in life are so surreal, so unexpected, that they etch themselves permanently into the hearts of those who experience them. For Kobe Bryant, a man who had seen it all on the basketball court, there were few things that could genuinely catch him off guard. But one day, his wife, Vanessa Bryant, managed to do just that—and years later, her three-word reaction to that memory has reignited the story, reminding the world of the legendary love and playful competition they shared.

Kobe Bryant was more than just an athlete. He was a force of nature, a relentless competitor who demanded excellence not just from himself but from everyone around him. Whether it was his teammates, opponents, or even those closest to him, he carried an aura of superiority on the court that was nearly impossible to challenge. So when Vanessa stepped up and did something that left him utterly speechless, it became the kind of moment that deserved to be relived forever.

    A Shot That Defied Expectations

Vanessa Bryant has never been one to seek the spotlight, yet she has always been at the center of Kobe’s world. A pillar of strength, grace, and quiet resilience, she supported him through the highs and lows of his career. But on one particular day, she did something that even the Black Mamba himself couldn’t have predicted—she stunned him with an effortless backward free throw.

Picture this: Kobe, the master of footwork, the king of precision, the man who had drained countless game-winning shots, stood there watching as his wife lined up for an unconventional attempt. She wasn’t a professional basketball player. She didn’t have five championship rings or an MVP trophy. But what she did have was confidence, playfulness, and perhaps, just a little bit of that Mamba mentality.

Vanessa Bryant drops 3-word reaction while reliving the time she stunned Kobe with backward free throw

She let the ball fly—without looking at the hoop. Swish. Nothing but net.

Kobe’s reaction was pure disbelief, a mixture of amusement, admiration, and playful frustration. The man who spent his entire career perfecting the art of scoring had just been shown up by the love of his life, and he couldn’t help but marvel at it.

    Vanessa’s Three-Word Reaction

Fast forward to today. Years after that unforgettable moment, Vanessa Bryant found herself revisiting the memory, bringing it back to life with just three simple words: “That really happened.”

It wasn’t a boast. It wasn’t a taunt. It was a quiet acknowledgment of a moment so pure and so perfectly timed that it transcended the game itself. Those three words carried the weight of nostalgia, of love, and of the unbreakable bond she shared with Kobe.

The beauty of that statement isn’t just in the words—it’s in what they represent. It’s a reminder that no matter how larger-than-life Kobe was, no matter how untouchable his skills seemed, he was still a husband, a father, and a man who could be caught off guard by the woman who knew him best. It was a reminder that their love story wasn’t just built on grand gestures, but on the little moments, the surprises, and the laughter that made life with him unforgettable.

Oral history of Kobe Bryant's 60-point last game with Lakers - Los Angeles Times

    A Legacy Beyond Basketball

For fans, moments like these remind us that Kobe Bryant wasn’t just a basketball player. He was a husband who cherished his wife’s sense of humor. He was a father who wanted his daughters to believe they could do anything. He was a man who found joy in life’s unexpected twists—even when they involved being bested in the sport he loved.

Vanessa’s words echo beyond just that one memory. They remind us of the kind of relationship she and Kobe shared—one of mutual admiration, lighthearted competition, and deep respect. In a world where Kobe was always in control, always the one dominating, there was something profoundly beautiful about the way Vanessa could bring out the playful side of him, the side that wasn’t the Black Mamba but just Kobe, the man who loved and was loved in return.

In those three words—“That really happened”—Vanessa Bryant didn’t just confirm a moment in time. She reignited the spirit of a love story that continues to inspire. A love story that, just like that backward free throw, was effortless, surprising, and absolutely perfect.

It’s also been abandoned for approximately 25 years, news agency SWNS reported.

Estate agency John Francis, Cardigan, in the U.K., said this type of property is “rare” on the open market.

The nearby coastline is “renowned for its outstanding unspoiled scenery and lovely beaches.”

The agency also noted the cottage and its property should be “considered a project to take on,” said SWNS.

Combined with the surrounding property, it’s described as ideal for those looking for a self-sustaining lifestyle.

It offers the possibility for off-grid living.

“The property is located a mile or so outside the village of Rhydlewis, which has basic facilities — [and] within easy commuting distance are the towns of Newcastle Emlyn, Cardigan and Aberaeron.”

In addition, just a short drive away is the Ceredigion coastline, “renowned for its outstanding unspoiled scenery and lovely beaches,” the agents said.

“The new Ceredigion Coast Path follows a 60-mile route between the Teifi and Dyfi estuaries,” according to the Ceridigion Coast Council’s website.

“The Coast Path links towns and villages dotted along the spectacular Cardigan Bay coastline.”
