Former World No.1 Andy Murray is slowly but surely adjusting to life after tennis. The 37-year-old retired at the Paris Olympics earlier this month after competing in men’s doubles with Dan Evans.

Before leaving the Philippe Chatrier Court, the British icon was seen in tears as his retirement loomed. However, Murray is gradually adjusting to his new life by first taking up a new sport, golf. Additionally, he is also looking to improve his appearance, as he recently shared an update on his Instagram account.

I knew retirement was going to hit me hard.

The Instagram story caught everyone by surprise, including Novak Djokovic’s wife, Jelena, who dropped several laughing emojis.

Murray has yet to share his future plans after retiring from tennis, though he has dropped a few hints. The British legend has already mentioned that he wants to remain involved in the sport in some capacity. He is the second player from the Big 4 era to retire, following Roger Federer, who stepped away from the game at the 2022 Laver Cup, where Murray was also present.

In the latest episode of 7 PM in Brooklyn with Carmelo Anthony & The Kid Mero, the Knicks legend also pointed out how his fellow track and field athlete, Sha’Carri Richardson, was present and cheering Team USA in their finals against France.

“You bringing unnecessary attention to your track and field team. Sha’Carri livin’. She good. We were courtside at the game. You could have been right there with us! You upstairs now, you could have been right here, man. This is the type of sh*t we trying to bring. Trying to spread love. When Steph hit the three, you could have ran up and back real quick,” Anthony said, as the whole group roared in laughter.

It’s been over a year since Lyles directed a dig at the NBA champions, for dubbing themselves as world champions after winning the NBA Finals. Since then, the 6x World Champion has been at the receiving end of heavy ridicule. But perhaps what got him at the top of the blacklist was his no-nonsense dig at ANT.

However, when they invited Lyles for his shoe release, the first-time Olympic gold medalist took offense that they would give a man who has not even been to an NBA Finals his signature shoe. Carmelo Anthony had just one warning for Noah Lyles. “Don’t burn those bridges, champ. Because once you burn those bridges, it’s hard to get over that.” A superstar in his rights, Melo understood Lyles’ feelings on the matter. But there was a fine line between indignance and offense. And in Lyles’ case, it was the latter.

You could disagree with someone, or even support a controversial statement. But as long as you can maintain professionalism, it’s all good. The moment you take it to the next level is when it negatively impacts you. And with Noah Lyles, let’s just say that he might have gone ahead and beyond what’s deemed professional.

They set up the Zoom and snuggle into bed to talk and catch up on everything that happened in their day. They’ll eat dinner together on the video call and treat it like a date. ‘They’ll even watch movies together and then fall asleep with it going all night, so they can wake up together. They’re counting down the days until they see each other again.’

It comes amid reports that Kelce is relishing the prospect of Swift spending more time at his $6million Kansas City mansion when the football season is back up and running. It has even been reported that the Chiefs star, 34, has upgraded his kitchen for Swift because she loves cooking so much.

They start the season on September 5 at Arrowhead Stadium with a monster showdown against Baltimore Ravens.

Swift should be free to attend given she is on a break from touring. Earlier this week, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes joked that Kelce had changed his appearance after getting some advice form his famous girlfriend.
