Angel Reese has been making her presence felt on the court as well as outside of it, and it’s still just her rookie season in the WNBA. She seems to have no trouble signing endorsement deals here and there, and many fans wonder if she’s bound for cinema stardom anytime soon.

One fan actually raised that topic with a post on X.

“When Angel Reese gets that first movie cameo the haters will self-destruct,” a fan named LakersGuru posted.

The Chicago Sky rookie noticed the post and responded accordingly. “Oh coming soon,” she said.

Angel Reese had long called her fans the “Reese’s Pieces,” a nod to a popular confectionery produced by a company she shares her name with. And in an interesting turn of events, the promising rookie signed a deal with the company in what looks to be a perfect union.

On Wednesday afternoon, Reese announced her new endorsement deal with Reese’s on X.

“To the Reese’s Pieces, y’all made this happen!” She posted.

The announcement of the deal follows an exchange between the Reeses, after the candy company’s official X account posted an image of a Reese’s piece donning a headband just like Reese the player does in her games.

The “Angel Reese x Reese’s” collaboration comes with shirts, sweaters, hats, and a personalized jersey with the rookie’s No. 5 on the front and back sides.

Apart from the records she’s already broken in the WNBA, including the longest double-double streak in a single season, the Rookie of the Year candidate has upgraded her already impressive résumé yet again—this time on the outside of the court. If her critics say she still hasn’t done enough for her star to shine, her ongoing endorsement deals with Reebok and Reese’s undoubtedly say the opposite.

Ana Navarro and other celebrities have blasted conservative media pundit Ann Coulter after she made a social media post mocking Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz’s 17-year-old son Gus Walz.

In a now-deleted tweet, Coulter shared a photo of Gus crying at Night 3 of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Illinois, on Wednesday night (August 21). “Talk about weird…” Coulter captioned the post.

Coulter faced immediate backlash for her post, while fans came to the defense of Gus. For those unaware, the 17-year-old Gus has a non-verbal learning disorder, ADHD, and anxiety disorder. He was seen crying with happiness at the DNC on Wednesday night while his father formally accepted the vice presidential nomination.

“What kind of monster are u to attack a 17 year-old, special needs kid for expressing love for his dad?” Navarro tweeted on Thursday (August 22). “Gus Walz is neurodivergent, has ADHD, anxiety, and a nonverbal learning disorder. Teens like Gus can have trouble regulating their emotions in social settings.”

The View co-host, who hosted Night 2 of the DNC, added, “Leave him the f*** alone, you ghouls.”

Navarro continued to blast Coulter’s post on Instagram, writing, “Jesus. What a**-wipes. Of course Republicans and Trumpers on social media taking shots at Gus Walz. You have to be a special kind of heart-less mutant to attack a 17 year-old special needs kid -not involved in politics- for the simple act of expressing love for his father.”

“I don’t and won’t attack [Donald Trump’s son] Barron Trump. As far as I’m concerned, he’s out-of-bounds. They need to leave Gus Walz the f*** alone,” she added.

After resigning and speaking out against her former boss and current Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, The View cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin is predicting how Taylor Swift might be able to sprinkle a little political karma into the race.

Though she’s on a month-long hiatus from The View as the talk show prepares for a new season in a new Manhattan studio, Griffin is still firing off Hot Topics on her social media feed. Amid the ongoing Democratic National Convention in Chicago, the 35-year-old speculated on how Swift could use her influential might to help the party’s nominee, Kamala Harris, win the November election.

“If Taylor Swift endorses Kamala – which I think she will – the best way for the campaign to deploy her: have her do one-night-only shows in battleground states targeting 1st time voters, where the price to attend is registering to vote,” Griffin proposed on X.

Griffin, a longtime fan of Swift’s, previously said last year on The View‘s Behind the Table podcast that she thinks Swift could actually defeat Trump herself if she chose to run for president, given the pop star’s proven economic and social power.

Though she hasn’t explicitly endorsed a candidate, Swift has been credited with inspiring a large number of young people to register to vote, after she shared a social media post pointing to Vote.org.

Griffin, a Republican, has steadily criticized Trump during her tenure on The View, often using concerning personal experiences with Trump as her basis to warn Americans of the dangers of electing him to a second term later this year.

Still, she also praised Pence, who also drew Trump’s ire amid the January 2021 Capitol insurrection.

“Yes, it’s personal for me. It will never not break my heart to hear a mob that was lied to by Trump chant for the life of my former boss Mike Pence. That is who Trump is,” Griffin shared earlier this week on X.

While she’s criticized Trump and his running mate, J.D.
