Swift, 34, made her debut this season sporting a $1,750 Versace denim corset top that had gold Medusa detailing at the top, coupled with a matching pair of denim short-shorts.

She accessorized the look with a pair of $1,650 sky-high, patent leather Giuseppe Zanotti boots in maroon, and small black Louis Vuitton trunk bag with gold hardware that retails for $3,950 – in theme with the Chiefs’ signature red color, of course.

However, even though the Chiefs took home a win last night during their opening game, it doesn’t seem like Swift’s outfit scored with some online detractors.

On various Reddit threads, some trolls even went as far as to say it was their ‘least favorite look’ – with one person even comparing it to a ‘redneck trying to be sexy.’

‘I hate it, it’s my least favorite fit she’s worn. I attacked it on IG and now I’m getting attacked. It’s giving redneck trying to be sexy. I don’t like the lack of Chiefs merch either,’ they wrote.

Another agreed, ‘Who the hell approved of this? The denims are mismatched and the makeup is not it.’

‘The hair doesn’t work with the outfit; the boots look super odd with denim and she doesn’t have the range for them; the denim is mismatched. Hot mess express,’ one person quipped.

‘I would absolutely cheer for the outfit if she wore it out to club or party. It’s not perfect, but her stylist sucks at his job so the bar is in hell,’ someone else typed.

Some pointed out that the color of the corset didn’t exactly match the shorts she wore, either.

‘It’s always one thing off with her looks. I actually think this is a pretty appropriate football game look but the jeans and top don’t match in wash and stitching and it loses the cohesiveness and feels less intentional,’ a Redditor mused.

A second agreed, ‘I’m really thrown by how the denim doesn’t match. It’s a similar wash, but not the same, so it doesn’t look purposeful.’

Others compared her look to some of Blake Lively’s recent fashion missteps, particularly in her new movie, It Ends With Us.

Last night, Swift took her usual seat in Kelce’s luxury suite alongside his father Ed and mother Donna for a gripping NFL game.

She cheered on her beloved boyfriend, Kelce, who she has been dating since July 2023.

The Cruel Summer hitmaker also did not sit with Brittany Mahomes, despite the two watching numerous games together last season, but the high-profile pals did hang out after the game.

It comes after the wife of the Chiefs’ star quarterback Patrick appeared to support Donald Trump in the upcoming election.

Swift’s appearance at the highly-anticipated season opener comes after Kelce’s reps were forced to deny that the A-list couple have plans to split later this month.

Rumors of a shock separation came to light earlier this week when a document written on the headed paper of Kelce’s American PR company was spread online.

The paperwork, which appeared to have been created by Los Angeles-based firm Full Scope, revealed a pre-planned strategy to announce an amicable split on September 28 – however, the agency has vehemently denied it, claiming that they were ‘entirely false and fabricated.’ 

Kelce has also gotten his lawyers involved in the matter.

BENGALURU, Sept 10 (Reuters) – An epoch-shifting Grand Slam season dominated by Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz has provided the clearest sign yet that the “Big Three” era of men’s tennis is finally over, with Novak Djokovic destined to be its last year-end number one.

The golden rule that you should never write off Djokovic still holds true, but after he, Rafa Nadal and Roger Federer had won at least one Grand Slam title between them every season since 2003, this year there were none.

Sinner lifted the U.S. Open title on Sunday following his breakthrough Australian Open triumph in January, while Alcaraz won the French Open and Wimbledon to mark the first time since 1993 that men aged 23 or under had swept the Grand Slams.

“It’s a bit different, for sure. It’s something new, but also nice to see,” said Sinner, who overcame the distraction of a doping controversy to help usher in a new age.

“It’s nice to see new champions. Nice to see new rivalries. I feel it’s good for the sport to have some new champions.”
The extraordinary dominance of the “Big Three” saw them win 66 of 81 Grand Slam tournaments from Federer’s first Wimbledon title in 2003 to Djokovic’s 24th major title at Flushing Meadows last year.

With Federer retired and Nadal hampered by injury, Djokovic single-handedly held back the younger generation in 2023 by winning three of the four majors and finishing as the year-end number one for a record-extending eighth time.

This year, Djokovic endured a lacklustre Grand Slam campaign by his lofty standards, starting with a semi-final loss to Sinner at Melbourne Park and continuing with an injury enforced withdrawal from the quarter-finals at Roland Garros.

Mauled by Alcaraz in the Wimbledon final, he suffered a chastening defeat by Alexei Popyrin in the third round of the U.S. Open and was shut out of the majors for the first time since his injury-plagued 2017 season.

He did, however, produce a miraculous effort to stave off much younger rivals at the Paris Olympics, including Alcaraz in the final, and claim the gold medal he had long coveted.
“From a larger perspective, of course I have to be content,” Djokovic said in the aftermath of his U.S. Open exit.

“It’s hard to see the big perspective right now. You’re just angry and upset that you lost and the way you played. But tomorrow is a new day. I’ll obviously think about what to do next.”

IMPOSSIBLE TASK

Having turned 37 in May, Djokovic is already past the age at which any man has won a Grand Slam title and finishing the season at the top of the rankings looks an impossible task in the twilight of his career.

Djokovic is ninth in the race to the season finale in Turin – the separate year-to-date standings that serve as a measuring stick for the battle for number one – and is unlikely to gain much ground in the Asian swing starting this month.

A more important target for a man who has always had a huge regard for the history of the game might be winning a 25th Grand Slam to surpass Margaret Court’s record.

Nowhere is that more likely to happen than at January’s Australian Open, where Djokovic has lifted the trophy a record 10 times in 19 appearances.

“You never want to count him out,” seven-times major champion John McEnroe told Eurosport.

“This would certainly be the first time where you could say with some seriousness that you start to wonder if he’s going to win (a major) again.

“I’m sure to be surprised either way. If he doesn’t win, you’d be like ‘wow, he won three of the four last year and now we’re saying he’ll never win it again’.

On Monday, dramatic bodycam footage emerged of the moment Tyreek was detained by cops and pinned to the ground near Hard Rock Stadium.

The wide receiver was placed in handcuffs while driving to the Dolphins’ season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars. ‘Take me to jail, brother. Do what you have to do,’ Tyreek told the officers.

Cops could then be heard telling Tyreek to ‘stop crying’ after dragging him out of his car and forcing him face down on to the road.

‘When we tell you to do something, you do it. You understand? Not what you want, what we tell you. You’re a little f***ing confused,’ an officer told him.

A Florida police union claimed that Tyreek was driving dangerously when he was pulled over in Miami on Sunday and that he was cuffed after refusing to cooperate.

However, Tyreek said he had ‘no idea’ what sparked his detainment, while his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, claimed the football player was cited for reckless driving and driving without a license.

Speaking about the incident, Tyreek claimed ‘it went from 0 to 60 immediately’, and told NBC Nightly News: ‘If I wasn’t Tyreek Hill, Lord knows… worst-case scenario, I would have been shot or would have been locked up.’

The Dolphins described the video as ‘both maddening and heartbreaking.’ The team vowed to stand with Tyreek and called for ‘swift and strong action’ against the officers guilty of ‘overly aggressive’, ‘violent’ and ‘despicable’ behavior.

Meanwhile, former cop turned conservative social media influencer Brandon Tatum has revealed that Tyreek made a big mistake during the incident by rolling his windows back up after being stopped.

Brandon pointed at Tyreek rolling up his window in front of police as a problem, saying, ‘You rolled the window down and rolled the window back up. Why you mad at them ’cause you speeding? Roll your window down.’

Discussing the incident in a video on his YouTube channel, Brandon defended the cops in question and accused Tyreek: ‘You lyin’ to the world. Now the body-worn camera [footage] came out, “I don’t have no idea why they put me in handcuffs” – the cop told you.

‘He actually warned you, then he told you, “Imma pull you out of the car, keep the window down.” Why are you rolling the window up?’ Brandon continued.

‘That’s an officer safety issue. They don’t know this man. He could be pulling a g*n out. Keep the window down. They asked you a simple question. You’re the one at fault, not them.’

Tyreek told CNN that the reason he rolled his window back up was so that bystanders did not recognize him as the whole affair was going down.

‘I didn’t want to create a scene at all. I just really wanted to get the ticket and then go on my way and have a great Sunday.’

Following the incident, Miami-Dade Police Director Stephanie Daniels announced on Sunday that she had ordered an internal affairs investigation and that one of the officers involved had been placed on administrative duties pending the outcome.

‘We are aware of the recent detainment of Miami Dolphins player Tyreek Hill by Miami-Dade Police Department officers,’ she said in a statement.

‘I have requested an immediate review of all details surrounding the incident, and we are also reviewing available body camera footage. We will provide updates as further information becomes available.’

‘I’m committed to transparency and accountability to the community with any situation involving my officers,’ Daniels added.

At least one of the officers who detained Tyreek did not know who the wide receiver was – with another cop having to inform him.

In an interview on the WHOOP podcast, Brittany has credited Patrick with helping her block out any criticism she receives online amid her growing fame.

‘He is very good at blocking people out so having him beside has helped,’ she said. ‘The main thing he always told me is to stop caring what people think – especially the people that don’t even know you.

‘I think social media used to get to me a lot. Now, it’s just like, honestly, I don’t give a f*** what people have to say about me anymore. And I think he has helped me get to that point.

By the time they left high school, top football prospect Patrick was embarking on the start of his iconic career with college team Texas Tech. Brittany, meanwhile, headed 450 miles east to Texas-Tyler as an aspiring soccer player.

Despite not expecting to play collegiate soccer after leaving high school, Brittany soon did so for the Texas–Tyler Patriots, where she eventually became the first player to score three hattricks in both a season and a career in the program. She finished the campaign with four.

Her total of 78 points won (31 goals and 47 assists) and 111 shots on goal were each the second-most by a player in Texas-Tyler history, while her return of 40 points (18 goals and 22 assists) during her senior year in 2016 are program records.

Brittany graduated from Texas-Tyler with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, which would later play an integral part in one of her most successful business ventures.

After waving goodbye to college, Mahomes signed professional terms with Icelandic third-division club UMF Afturelding and moved to the Nordic Island in 2017. She scored two goals in five appearances during her only season with the team before being released upon the expiry of her contract.

The presidential debate between Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris is finally upon us, and the ladies of The View are offering their predictions on how things are going to go during tonight’s broadcast.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, who worked for the Trump administration until she resigned in 2020, told the panel that Harris has “more to lose but also more to gain.”
