Dylan and Neil Young Duet — Finally! — at Joint Tour Finale

The crowd erupted in astonished applause as two legends, Bob Dylan and Neil Young, stood side by side under the spotlight, their voices harmonizing for the first time in decades. Gasps turned into cheers as they performed an emotionally powerful version of “Helpless,” leaving the audience in awe. Fans swayed, some dabbing at their eyes, unable to fully grasp the historic moment unfolding before them. The raw intensity of their harmonies filled the air, a stirring testament to their unmatched artistry. When the final chord rang out, a standing ovation erupted like a thunderstorm.

    Bob Dylan Neil Young

Bob Dylan and Neil Young revisited the days of the Carter administration — specifically, the Carter Family — on Sunday with their first on-stage duet in 25 years, performing “Will the Circle Be Unbroken.”

Fans had long hoped for a collaboration during other stops on their European tour, including the massive show at London’s Hyde Park on Saturday. However, it wasn’t until the legendary rockers wrapped up their tour at Nowlan Park in Kilkenny, Ireland, that the performance finally came to life.

Young’s part of the show was streamed on his Archives subscriber service, but that didn’t mean that the duet was part of the broadcast: It came up 11 songs into Dylan’s 20-number set. Dylan performed it standing at the piano, as he does nearly every tune on tour now, while Young joined Dylan’s combo on an acoustic guitar. Although the performance wasn’t streamed, plenty of fans posted it on YouTube (see two view, above and below).

Writing about the show on Boblinks, attendee Colin Lacey described it as “a joyous mid-set duet” and added, “Bob’s singing was superb. The two giants meeting mid-stage to shake hands felt like a climax, but there was much more top-shelf Bob to come. … Dylan seemed to be loving it all, looked fit and sang like his life depended on it. One of the best outdoor Dylan shows I’ve seen — though not everyone agreed: on the way out of the stadium one attendee says, ‘Dylan has lost the plot.’ Hard to agree — at 78, he’s still amazing: more like the plot thickens.”

The last time Young and Dylan are believed to have sung together on stage was at New York’s Roseland Ballroom in October 1994, when they were also joined by Bruce Springsteen for a pair of Dylan classics.

Dylan is first known to have sung “Will the Circle Be Unbroken,” a folk and country music standard, live in 1961, and then again in 1996; surprisingly, given all the other traditional songs that he’s sprinkled into his sets over the years, this one never became a staple for him. Young has performed it a handful of times since 1995, with and without Willie Nelson as a duet partner.

  • WHOSE CHILD is that? JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and JESSICA BIEL respond to shocking news of BRITNEY SPEARS’ abortion: ‘I would never…

WHOSE CHILD is that? JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and JESSICA BIEL respond to shocking news of BRITNEY SPEARS’ abortion: ‘I would never…

Britney Spears’ memoir, The Woman in Me, has truly caused a sensation in the entertainment world and captivated public attention with its candid and moving revelations. In the book, Britney shares for the first time a challenging chapter she experienced with Justin Timberlake during their younger years. She reveals the deeply painful decision they made to end a pregnancy, a choice both of them supported at the time, believing it was necessary.

For fans who followed Britney and Justin’s relationship from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, this revelation has been nothing short of shocking. Their romance was seen as one of the most iconic love stories in entertainment, and their breakup left a lasting sadness among fans. However, few knew that the couple faced such a profound and heavy decision together, a truth Britney has now bravely shared with the world.

Since Britney’s revelation, Justin Timberlake has faced considerable public scrutiny. Many fans have expressed disappointment and questioned Justin’s actions during their time together, as well as how he handled their breakup. Some believe that Justin should address these past events and acknowledge the difficulties Britney endured, while others argue that the story is from long ago and should not be overly analyzed.

Jessica Biel, Justin’s current wife and the mother of their two children, has also felt the weight of public attention. Since their marriage in 2012, Jessica has consistently supported Justin both professionally and personally. However, as criticism and public curiosity grow regarding the details in Britney’s memoir, Jessica has chosen to remain silent, likely out of respect for the sensitive nature of the story. Her silence has received mixed reactions: some believe she is trying to preserve family stability, while others think she may be avoiding a difficult discussion.

The memoir has sparked an intense response from fans of both Britney and Justin. Many of Britney’s fans feel that Justin should acknowledge his role in their past and apologize for what she went through, particularly given how the breakup narrative in his song Cry Me a River painted her in a negative light, suggesting betrayal. This portrayal left a long-lasting impact on Britney’s public image, and now, with these revelations, fans feel it is time for a more compassionate perspective.

On the other hand, Britney has received strong support and admiration from her fans, who have been moved by her courage in publicly sharing such a personal experience. Her openness has been a source of inspiration for many, showing that she is reclaiming her peace and strength after all she has endured. Britney’s fans have rallied around her, viewing her story as one of resilience and healing.

While Justin has chosen to remain silent, media analysts suggest that this decision could impact his public image. Some experts believe that if he does not respond, he risks being perceived as indifferent or unsympathetic to Britney’s experiences. This could have repercussions for his career, especially as the public increasingly values transparency and sincerity from celebrities.

Jessica Biel, in her role as his wife, also faces pressure to maintain a positive image of their family. With many people expecting Justin to address the story, Jessica must balance protecting her family with the delicate nature of the situation. How she and Justin choose to handle this matter will likely affect public perception of their unity and the strength of their relationship.

Britney’s story is not simply a chapter from her past with Justin; it opens up a deeper conversation about responsibility, understanding, and empathy. For many, Britney’s account highlights the unique pressures and complexities of public relationships. As fans and the public await any response from Justin and Jessica, Britney’s revelation serves as a reminder of the fragility of celebrity life and the importance of compassion.

By sharing her personal story, Britney offers a new perspective on inner strength and resilience. The memoir is not only a journey to confront her past but also a powerful message about courage, inspiring millions with the values of truth and inner peace.

“I Don’t Care About Stats;” Milwaukee Bucks Star Giannis Antetokounmpo Breaks Silence on New NBA Record

The Milwaukee Bucks fell to 17-15 on the season following their demoralizing 113-110 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night. It truly was a frustrating game, one that saw Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks fall behind by as many as 24 points to the Nets, who improved their record to just 13-21.

It was also a game that saw Giannis, the two-time NBA MVP, set a new league record. He finished the night with 27 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists, one steal, and three blocks while shooting 12/24 from the field (but just 3/10 from the free throw line).

It was the 26th consecutive game in which the Greek Freak scored 20 or more points while shooting 50% or better from the field. This broke the previous record of 25 straight games with such stats, shared by Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame center Shaquille O’Neal and New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson.

Milwaukee Bucks Star Giannis Antetokounmpo Just Wants to Win

Following the loss to the Nets, Giannis had a great deal to say about his disappointment that not everyone seemed to want to fight back to win after they had fallen down by a large margin (again).

When asked about his new NBA record, he completely brushed it off.

“I didn’t know that, no,” Giannis said about breaking Shaq’s and Williamson’s record. “I just want to win. I play to win. And this is my motto all year long: I will do anything, I care about nothing, just trying to built in my mind that the only thing that matter is winning. And that’s what I’ve been able to achieve this year and every time I step on the floor, I try to win.

“And when we lose, I don’t like it. And the next game, I try to go out there and win. I don’t care about accolades, I don’t care about stats, I don’t care about percentages. I want to win.”

It is no coincidence that when Giannis started the fourth quarter on the bench, the Bucks fell further behind the Nets. It is also no coincidence that when he checked back in, Milwaukee proceeded to go on a 20-0 run to get within a point.

While the outcome of the game was not what the Bucks or their fans wanted, it was very inspirational to see Giannis, once again, basically will the team back into the game. Hopefully more players start adopting his attitude because the effort of many stars was noticeably lacking.

After all, there is a reason that Pat Connaughton and MarJon Beauchamp, the two players who play the least on the roster, got significant fourth quarter minutes on Thursday night.

  • Caitlin Clark’s Fiery Temper Made Her Helpless as Fever Star’s Anger Issues Traces Back to High School

Caitlin Clark’s Fiery Temper Made Her Helpless as Fever Star’s Anger Issues Traces Back to High School

Caitlin Clark’s competitive spirit has been both her greatest asset and her most challenging hurdle.

If you’re a CC fan, you would know this. For the uninitiated, though, this is all you have to know to get on the Clark bandwagon: just in a few months, the Iowa phenom has become a household name. From her scoring abilities to unmatched assisting, she’s the apple of spectators’ eyes for a reason.

But from her high school days to her standout rookie season in the WNBA, the 22-year-old Iowa native’s fiery temperament has also often been a talking point. But there was one person who noticed this early on.

Caitlin Clark's Fiery Temper Made Her Helpless as Fever Star's Anger Issues Traces Back to High School - EssentiallySports

None other than her high school head coach, Kristin Meyer. “She understood that it wasn’t good. It didn’t help the team. It didn’t help her play better,” Meyer explained, referencing Clark’s occasional outbursts on the court. “But also, she gets so into the moment that she can’t help herself,  added the head coach reflecting how the Indiana Fever sensation was helpless.

During high school, her fierce competitive streak sometimes manifested in heated exchanges with referees and teammates.  Former teammate Ella McVey also observed that Clark’s advanced basketball instincts often put her several steps ahead of everyone else.

Because she’s so hard to guard, the opponent is fouling her pretty much every single possession,” Meyer noted.

But referees can’t call every infraction, which only fueled Clark’s frustration. However, Clark managed to sail through. Even when it was time to transition from high school to collegiate basketball, she made the shift seamlessly—but her fiery attitude persisted. “She always kind of had, you know, that little attitude,” Hawkeyes head coach Jan Jensen admitted. While her passion made her a standout player, it also created challenges.

The Iowa Hawkeyes’ superstar’s insistence on perfection sometimes alienated teammates and officials. But it was her extraordinary talent that often overshadowed the downsides. “While her peers were still working to catch up, Caitlin was already playing at an elite level,” Jensen explained.

This gap in ability and understanding often led to frustration. But it was also a driving force behind her success even when she further transitioned to professional basketball.

The verdict: liability or asset for Caitlin Clark?

Her rookie season in the WNBA saw Caitlin Clark named Rookie of the Year, but it was not without controversy. She tied for the second-most technical fouls in the league, earning six during the season. Despite this, she remains convinced that the majority of those calls were unwarranted.

I probably only deserved, like—two,” Caitlin Clark stated in a recent interview. Classic CC!

Her passion, while a source of technical fouls, also drives her relentless pursuit of excellence. Fever coach Stephanie White joked about the 2024 All-Star’s history of yellow cards in soccer during the early days of her high school, noting that her competitive nature has always been a double-edged sword. However, Clark’s determination to refine her game and control her emotions could unlock even greater potential.

Reflecting on her transition to professional basketball, Clark admitted the college game no longer presents the same level of challenge. “I feel like if I was out there, I would literally have 50. The college game is so much easier than professional,” she remarked. Her confidence is backed by an illustrious college career, where she led Iowa to consecutive national championship appearances and became the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer.

As she prepares for her sophomore WNBA season, Clark’s focus is clear. She has dedicated her offseason to strength training and refining her skills, skipping the lucrative Unrivaled league to ensure she’s fresh and ready. No doubt she is poised to dominate once again—as long as she can keep her temper in check. What do you think?

His former contribution to the championships of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors, and Los Angeles Lakers has highlighted his potential as the best in the business. Phil Handy’s history with basketball

Handy’s basketball career took off at the University of Hawaii, where he played for two consecutive years. He took the opportunity to showcase his talent through the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, maintaining an average of 10 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists for almost 60+ games and leading his team to a WAC championship.

He began as a star player for the Rainbows and later became a part of many professional teams, including the Giants, Tigers, and West. Following this, he dipped his toes in the professional leagues to play preseason games for the Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers.

Although his NBA career was often recognized as underrated, it gave him a platform for making the groundwork for his future as a coach. Defined by excellence and success- Phil Handy started as a development coach for the Lakers under Mike Brown for three years.

Following Brown’s footsteps, he debuted as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers, which turned the tables—taking the team to four consecutive NBA Finals and their 2016 championship win made overall headlines.

Later, he joined the Toronto Raptors under HC Nick Nurse, taking the team to their first-ever NBA championship in 2019. After his success within a year with the Raptors, he returned to the Lakers. His consistency in developing team players made a remarkable journey for the Gold and Purple franchise, with another championship win in 2020 following victory in the inaugural NBA Cup 2023.

However, with Darvin Ham’s departure from the West Coast to JJ Redick’s entry, Phil Handy too lost his job with the Lakers. However, with one door closing on her, another one opened soon as well.

Fans Notice the Same Thing About Angel Reese in Latest Video

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese turned a lot of heads after fans spotted her in the latest video shared by Unrivaled.

Unrivaled, the newest 3-on-3 basketball league founded by WNBA stars Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier, is set to kick off its inaugural season on Jan. 17. That being said, the players and coaches have all gathered up in Miami in preparation for the tournament.

On Friday, the league posted a video of the players arriving in Miami. As the players greeted each other and met the coaches, what caught the attention of many was Reese sharing a hug with Teresa Weatherspoon.

As many WNBA fans would know, Weatherspoon was Reese’s head coach with the Sky during the 2024 season. Unfortunately, following an abysmal 13-27 campaign, Chicago decided to part ways with her.

“The Angel and Tspoon clip! Whoever got that is just too good. Love this marketing and BTS! Looks amazing, love this for the ladies, they deserve it!” a commenter wrote.

    Another one said, “Aweee tspoon.”

“No matter what Angel will find Coach TSpoon,” a supporter added. “Not angel and spoon being reunited oh my gosh please don’t make me cry again.”

Several others simply wrote “Angel and Spoon” and similar variations, further highlighting how the reunion between the two really stood out.

Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese (5) talks with head coach Teresa Weatherspoon.

While Teresa Weatherspoon won’t be coaching Angel Reese in Unrivaled—with Spoon handling Vinyl BC while Reese is part of Rose BC—seeing the two interact and show how much they missed each other was certainly a treat for many.

Caitlin Clark’s One-Word Reaction to Kate Martin’s Personal Update

It was certainly a wild 2024 for WNBA standout Kate Martin.

Alongside Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark, Martin helped lead the Iowa Hawkeyes to their second-straight national championship appearance, falling just short of the title with an 87-75 loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks. This marked the final year of Martin and Clark’s college career.

Just a few weeks following the game, Martin was selected by the Las Vegas Aces with the No. 18 pick in the second round of the 2024 WNBA draft. She initially earned a key role off the bench during her rookie season with other Aces’ players injured. However, when the team started getting healthy, her minutes decreased drastically.

After the season, news broke that Martin would be participating in the inaugural season of the new 3-on-3 Unrivaled league, which is set to debut in late January. She was placed on the Laces Basketball Club alongside her Aces teammate, Jackie Young.

In December, the WNBA held an expansion draft for the Golden State Valkyries, who will debut in 2025. Martin saw her Las Vegas career cut short as she was selected to join the new squad.

On Saturday, four days into the new year, Martin made an Instagram post highlighting significant moments from 2024. She used multiple photos of herself with family and friends (Clark included), along with two that featured her with the new Laces jersey.

“I’d go everywhere with these folks, including into year ‘25,” Martin captioned her post.

This prompted Clark to send a one-word message to her former teammate in the comment section.

“Love,” Clark responded with a heart emoji.

In Martin’s lone season with the Aces, she played in 34 games and averaged 2.6 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 11.5 minutes per contest.

The Laces will play in their first game on Saturday, Jan. 18, at 2:00 p.m. ET in Miami, Florida, against Brittney Griner, Sabrina Ionescu and the Phantoms BC.

Milwaukee Bucks Get Blunt 4-Word Truth Bomb Dropped on Them by Charles Barkley

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking to bounce back from their 113-110 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night against the Portland Trailblazers. Damian Lillard, arguably the greatest player in Trailblazers history, is himself looking to come back from two consecutive disappointing games that have seen him struggle to knock down shots.

In Milwaukee’s 120-112 win over the Indiana Pacers, Lillard was just 3/14 from the floor, which included going 3/9 from three. He had just nine points. Against Brooklyn, he scored 23 points, but made just six of his 20 shots (4/13 from three).

One NBA legend, though, does not have much faith in Lillard and the Bucks right now.

NBA Legend Charles Barkley Says the Milwaukee Bucks “Just Stink”

After Milwaukee lost to the Nets on Thursday, Hall of Famer Charles Barkley shared a very short and succinct opinion of their performance this season: “The Bucks stink, man.”

Browns @ Ravens – NFL Game Recap for January 04, 2025

At the moment, it is very hard to argue with Barkley’s assessment. While Milwaukee defeated the Pacers, they did so only after falling behind by 19 points and clawing their way back. Even though they only lost by three to the lowly Nets, they trailed by as many as 24 at one point.

At 17-15, the Bucks are certainly not where they thought they would be at this point in the season. A 2-8 start, which included an early six-game losing streak, resulted in many fans and NBA analysts wondering when Giannis Antetokounmpo would request a trade.

Milwaukee turned it around, or at least they appeared to, and they won the second annual NBA Cup in Las Vegas last month. However, they have yet to prove they can consistently beat the best teams in the league (aside from beating the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Cup Championship).

Is There Reason to Hope for Milwaukee Bucks Fans?

Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Charles Barkley

While Milwaukee’s record is not where it should be, there is indeed reason for Bucks fans to be optimistic. The fact of the matter is that having Lillard with Giannis Antetokounmpo makes them a force to be reckoned with in any given game.

What is more, the Bucks are still trying to find their groove and identity following early season injuries. Khris Middleton did not make his season debut until a few weeks ago, and Giannis and Lillard both missed multiple games with an illness.

One would hope that Milwaukee would have figured some things out by game 33, but they have not, and there are many reasons for that.

However, the longer their core stays healthy, the better they will be as the season goes on. All they need is to get hot at the right time heading into the NBA Playoffs.
