BREAKING: Patrick Mahomes donated his entire $4.7 million bonus and endorsement deal to charities and homeless relief. In a stunning act of generosity, NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes has made headlines for donating his entire $4.7 million signing bonus and endorsement earnings to a variety of charities and homeless relief efforts.

In a stunning act of generosity, NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes has made headlines for donating his entire $4.7 million signing bonus and endorsement earnings to a variety of charities and homeless relief efforts. Known for his leadership on the field, Mahomes has once again demonstrated his character and commitment to helping others by using his platform to make a profound impact in the community.

Mahomes, who has long been admired for his ability to inspire both his teammates and fans alike, spoke openly about his decision to give back. “Football has given me so much, and I feel incredibly blessed to be in a position where I can help those who are struggling,” Mahomes shared in an emotional statement. “This is bigger than the game itself. I’ve always wanted to use my success to give back and help people, especially those who are homeless or living in poverty.”

The $4.7 million donation comes from Mahomes’ most recent contract bonus and a series of endorsement deals, which have positioned him as one of the most recognizable athletes in the world. However, rather than pocketing the wealth that his immense talent has brought him, Mahomes has chosen to channel it into projects and initiatives that aim to provide immediate support and long-term solutions to homelessness and poverty.

A substantial portion of the funds will go toward supporting shelters, food programs, and housing initiatives in cities where Mahomes has played, including Kansas City, New York, and the cities of his endorsement deals, such as Los Angeles and Chicago. He is also directing funds to mental health services and job training programs that will help individuals get back on their feet and reintegrate into society.

“I’m really passionate about the homeless crisis, and I’ve seen how it affects too many people,” Mahomes explained. “Whether it’s in the city where I live or cities across the country, people are struggling. I wanted to make a lasting impact by supporting organizations that provide real solutions to these challenges—shelters, mental health resources, and training that lead to real jobs.”

The donation will benefit numerous nonprofit organizations that Mahomes has worked with over the years. He has been an advocate for social justice issues and mental health awareness, particularly focusing on how homelessness is often linked to struggles with mental illness. Mahomes’ generosity will help these organizations extend their reach, providing more resources and support to those who need it most.

Among the key organizations set to benefit from Mahomes’ donation are The Homeless Outreach Program, which provides emergency housing, meals, and clothing; Pathways to Employment, which offers job placement and skill-building for homeless individuals; and Hope for Mental Health, a nonprofit that supports people with mental health challenges, including those experiencing homelessness.

The announcement of Mahomes’ donation has sparked a wave of appreciation across the sports world. Many have lauded his selflessness, recognizing that while athletes are often praised for their athletic abilities, it is rare to see such significant philanthropic efforts at such a personal level. His actions have caught the attention of fans, teammates, and even competitors, who have all expressed admiration for his generosity.

Teammates from the Kansas City Chiefs, where Mahomes has spent the entirety of his illustrious career, were quick to share their respect for the quarterback’s latest decision. “Patrick is always the first to step up when it comes to helping others,” said Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill. “He’s not just an amazing player on the field, but also a tremendous person off it. What he did here is just the kind of thing that makes him such a special human being.”

Even his coach, Andy Reid, who has worked closely with Mahomes for several seasons, weighed in on the quarterback’s latest move. “I’m incredibly proud of Patrick. Not just as a football player, but as a person,” Reid said. “This act of kindness shows just how big his heart is. Patrick is a true leader, both in the locker room and in the community. We could all learn from the example he sets.”

One anonymous player, who played against Mahomes in the past, also praised his gesture. “I’ve always respected Mahomes on the field, but what he just did off the field really shows what kind of person he is,” said the player. “This isn’t about publicity. It’s about making a real difference in people’s lives.”

Mahomes’ actions have sparked a ripple effect, inspiring athletes from various sports to use their platforms for good. The NFL Players Association (NFLPA) issued a statement lauding Mahomes for his generous donation and encouraging others to follow his example. “Patrick’s generosity is a reminder of the power athletes have to create change,” said NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith. “The NFLPA is proud to support players who use their success to help those in need, and Patrick’s donation is a perfect example of that.”

This donation isn’t Mahomes’ first foray into philanthropy. Throughout his career, he has been an active supporter of various causes, from advocating for underprivileged youth to raising funds for cancer research. In 2020, he launched the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at improving the lives of children in underserved communities. The foundation supports youth programs, educational initiatives, and activities that promote healthy living and positive decision-making.

Mahomes’ decision to use his wealth and fame to improve the lives of others has set a high standard for fellow athletes. But as Mahomes himself insists, it is not about recognition—it’s about making a difference. “I don’t need recognition for this,” Mahomes said. “What matters is knowing that I helped someone get the chance at a better life. That’s what keeps me going.”

The ripple effects of Mahomes’ donation are sure to be felt for years to come. By investing in shelters, food programs, job training, and mental health services, he is helping to create sustainable change for those most in need. His donation is a shining example of how athletes can use their resources to make a lasting impact on society.

While Mahomes’ generosity may be making waves now, it is clear that he intends to continue using his platform for good. Whether on the football field or through his charitable efforts, Patrick Mahomes remains a beacon of leadership, integrity, and compassion—a role model for future generations of athletes.

Mahomes provides $5 million gift to Texas Tech

The three-time Super Bowl champion’s gift pushes Texas Tech to $115 million raised for its South End Zone and Dustin R. Womble Football Center project, which opens this season

Texas Tech Athletics announced Thursday alumnus Patrick Mahomes II has provided the final gift of the historic Campaign for Fearless Champions as he and his wife Brittany have dedicated $5 million towards the $242 million South End Zone and Dustin R. Womble Football Center project.

In recognition of the gift, Texas Tech will name its soon-to-be-completed walkthrough area in the Womble Football Center in his name. The three-time Super Bowl champion will also be recognized by being the namesake for Texas Tech’s quarterback meeting room and the offensive coordinator’s office in the new South End Zone Building to Jones AT&T Stadium.

“When we first launched this campaign, Patrick was only a freshman and now it is fitting that we approach the end of the campaign with a gift of his own,” Director of Athletics Kirby Hocutt said. “We couldn’t be prouder to announce this gift from Patrick and Brittany Mahomes. We are so proud of Patrick for all he has accomplished and how he has continually supported Texas Tech on a global scale.”

In only six seasons as Kansas City’s starting quarterback, Mahomes has engineered one of the NFL’s most-dominant eras, highlighted by three Super Bowl titles in the past five years and six appearances in the AFC Championship game. The Chiefs rallied to top the San Francisco 49ers this past season in Super Bowl LVIII where Mahomes was named the Most Valuable Player for the third time already in his career. Mahomes, at only 28 years of age, is the first Red Raider in program history and only the fifth NFL quarterback all-time to win three Super Bowls.

Amid all his success on the field, Mahomes remains a fierce supporter of his alma mater. Mahomes has utilized an open weekend on the Chiefs’ schedule each of the past three seasons to support the Red Raiders, attending road games at Houston (2021) and Kansas (2023) while also returning to campus in 2022 for his induction into both the Texas Tech Hall of Fame and Ring of Honor against Baylor. He is also a frequent attendee of Texas Tech basketball and baseball events at home or on the road during the Chiefs’ offseason.

The Mahomes Gladiator logo has already become a staple for Red Raider fans since Texas Tech agreed to a 10-year partnership with adidas in July to become its new official footwear, uniform, apparel and accessory provider. As part of the partnership, adidas has released Texas Tech and Patrick Mahomes co-branded apparel featuring his signature Gladiator logo, marking the first time an adidas athlete partner’s logo has been featured on official collegiate apparel.

“There isn’t a greater ambassador for Texas Tech Athletics than Patrick Mahomes,” head coach Joey McGuire said. “He is arguably the best brand in sports, not only for his success on the field but for what he and his family do off it. Since my hiring here at Texas Tech, it’s been evident to me just how much Patrick truly loves this university and football program, and this gift further emphasizes that. On behalf of our entire program, we can’t thank Patrick and Brittany enough for the impact they are making on our student-athletes and the future of Texas Tech Football.”

Mahomes’ gift pushes Texas Tech’s fundraising efforts to $115 million for the south end zone and Womble Football Center project, surpassing the athletics department’s initial goal of $100 million. Texas Tech will celebrate further details regarding The Campaign for Fearless Champions in the coming days.

Bon Jovi Announces “The Bon Jovi Legacy Tour 2025” – First Major Tour Since 2007

Legendary rock band Bon Jovi is officially hitting the road once again. In a much-anticipated announcement that has electrified fans across the globe, the band revealed plans for a massive reunion tour scheduled for 2025. Titled “The Bon Jovi Legacy Tour 2025,” this series of concerts marks the group’s first extensive live tour in nearly two decades and is set to be one of the biggest rock events of the year.

The tour kicks off on June 10, 2025, at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, a fittingly grand venue to launch what promises to be an unforgettable journey through Bon Jovi’s musical legacy. From there, the band is expected to travel across North America, Europe, and select cities worldwide, reigniting their connection with fans who’ve been eagerly awaiting their return to the stage.

Bon Jovi last embarked on a major world tour in 2007. While there have been sporadic performances and appearances since then, nothing has matched the scale or ambition of this upcoming endeavor. “The Bon Jovi Legacy Tour 2025” is designed not only to celebrate the band’s four-decade-long career but also to introduce their timeless music to a new generation of fans.

In a heartfelt video message posted on the band’s official website and social media channels, frontman Jon Bon Jovi expressed his excitement about reuniting with fans. “This tour is more than a comeback,” he said. “It’s a celebration of everything we’ve built together with our fans over the years. We’ve missed being on the road, and we can’t wait to play these songs live again—loud, proud, and with everything we’ve got.”

The band is expected to perform a setlist packed with their biggest hits, including rock anthems like “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Wanted Dead or Alive,” and “It’s My Life.” In addition to the classics, fans can look forward to some surprises, including new material that may be featured during the tour—a hint that perhaps new music is also on the horizon.

Speculation around the lineup has also generated buzz. Longtime fans are eager to see if original guitarist Richie Sambora will rejoin the band for this milestone tour. While no official announcement has confirmed his involvement yet, insiders suggest that discussions are ongoing, and hopes are high for a full reunion of the classic Bon Jovi lineup.

Tickets for the tour are expected to go on sale in phases, beginning in mid-April 2025, with pre-sales available to members of the band’s fan club and certain credit card holders. Given the band’s massive global fan base and the historic nature of the tour, shows are expected to sell out quickly.

The announcement comes at a time when many iconic bands are staging comebacks, but few carry the enduring popularity and cultural impact of Bon Jovi. With over 130 million records sold worldwide and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2018, Bon Jovi remains a towering presence in the world of rock music.

As anticipation builds, fans are already planning road trips, booking accommodations, and revisiting the band’s discography in preparation for what promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime concert experience. Whether you’ve been a fan since the ’80s or just discovered their music, “The Bon Jovi Legacy Tour 2025” is shaping up to be a monumental celebration of rock and roll history.

Stay tuned for the full list of tour dates, cities, and ticket information, which will be released in the coming weeks. One thing is certain—Bon Jovi is back, and they’re ready to rock like never before.

Taylor Swift’s blockbuster legal action against Kanye after shocking smear about star and two A-list men… as insiders say Travis wants to confront West ‘man to man’

Taylor Swift has filed a cease and desist order against Kanye West after the erratic, deeply troubled rapper posted a series of messages about the pop star and two of the most famous men in entertainment.

In an hours-long rant, West, 47, claimed – without evidence – that Swift, 35, was with both Justin Bieber, 31, and Harry Styles, 31, at the same time – and described the alleged encounter in disturbingly graphic terms.

Now, a source tells the Daily Mail that West’s behaviour has crossed a legal red line, “He’s gone too far this time. His statements are not only false, they’re defamatory.”

“This isn’t just gossip about [West]. This is [West] a woman, defaming her and intending to harm her and her career.”

The insider said Swift felt she had ‘no choice’ but to issue a cease and desist order, which is a formal written notice demanding the recipient immediately stop an allegedly illegal activity. It often acts as a final warning before more serious legal action is taken.

Sources close to NFL star Travis Kelce, 35, Swift’s boyfriend, said he was outraged – and Kelce, the source said, suggested he wanted to physically confront West ‘man on man’.

The Daily Mail was also told that Kelce was frustrated by the fact that the public response to West’s tweet would only “bring more attention to the lies”.

“Taylor is clearly upset, and Travis is clearly supporting her,” the source said. “There have to be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face.”

Sources close to Styles say he is furious at West’s latest stunt. Those in Style’s camp were quick to issue clear denials and offer their support for Swift.

“Harry has no contact with Taylor and hasn’t in years. But if he was asked to confirm that this was a lie, he would happily do so.”

“He finds Ye’s words incredibly disrespectful,” the source said. “Putting Harry in there was unnecessary. This never happened and Harry would have supported whatever was needed.”

A source close to Justin Bieber said West’s claims were “100% untrue.”

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Swift and West, both of whom declined to comment for this story.

Indeed, the ugly episode is just the latest in a long line of disturbing incidents caused by West and directed at Swift.

West humiliated Swift on stage at MTV in 2009, when Swift was just 19. He interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video, grabbed the microphone from her, and told shocked onlookers that the award should have gone to Beyonce.

Then, in 2016, West rapped in his song Famous, “Why? I made that motherfucker famous.”

Swift responded with a statement denouncing the song’s ‘strong misogynistic message’, although West alleged that Swift gave him permission to use those lyrics – a claim Swift denies.

Unapologetic, West took it a step further in the video for Famous, which featured a lifelike wax figure of a woman who bore a striking resemblance to Swift.

A source close to Justin Bieber said West’s claims were “100% untrue”.

A source close to Justin Bieber said that West's claims are '100 percent untrue.'

At the time, sources told The Hollywood Reporter that Swift felt like she had been ‘assaulted’ when she watched the video.

A few months later, Kim Kardashian, 44, who was then married to West, shared phone calls between West and Swift that appeared to show Swift telling Kanye that the lyrics were acceptable.

But four years later, in 2020, a longer 25-minute video surfaced online that cleared Swift’s name and revealed that West had never told her he would call her a ‘bitch’.

After that, the drama seemed to die down.

“Everyone believed that this whole saga was finally over,” a source told the Daily Mail. “[Swift] kept her distance and kept quiet whenever West came up to her or said something negative about her.”

But West’s apparent obsession with Swift resurfaced on Monday, when he tweeted — then deleted — an allegation that Swift was responsible for the fact that he was never invited by the NFL to perform at a Super Bowl halftime show.

Certainly, West's behavior has grown more extreme in recent years. In February, he tweeted, 'I'm a Nazi,' 'I love Hitler,' 'Hitler was soooo fresh' and 'You can get money with Jewish people but they always gonna steal.'

Swift did not respond, but after West’s latest rant, sources say she realized that staying silent may no longer be a viable option.

Certainly, West’s behavior has become more extreme in recent years.

In his latest social media rant on Wednesday, he also took aim at his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, making vulgar references to her.

However, his latest outburst aimed at Taylor Swift may prove a miscalculation. She is no longer the 19-year-old he shamed on stage at the VMAs.

She’s one of the best-selling artists of all time, with an army of fans to defend her and an NFL player by her side.

Taylor Swift might be the picture of poise, but even she has her breaking point, and Kanye West has apparently pushed her to it. The pop star has reportedly issued a cease and desist against the rapper after his latest unhinged social media rant included graphic and completely baseless accusations involving Swift, Justin Bieber, and Harry Styles. And while Swift is handling the legal side of things, her boyfriend Travis Kelce seems ready to handle the rest.

Sources claim that Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, is “outraged” by West’s erratic behavior and has reportedly floated the idea of confronting West “man to man.” According to one insider, Kelce is frustrated by the idea that responding publicly to West’s conspiratorial posts only gives more oxygen to his harmful lies. But he’s also fiercely protective of Swift. “Taylor’s clearly upset, and Travis is obviously supporting her,” a source revealed to The Daily Mail. “There must be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face.”

The whole situation is just another chapter in the never-ending saga between Kanye West and Taylor Swift. For those unaware, it all started in 2009, when West rudely ruined the then-19-year-old’s moment at the MTV Video Music Awards. The feud only deepened when West released his 2016 song “Famous,” which featured the misogynistic lyrics, “Why? I made that b**** famous.” Then came the infamous music video, which featured a wax figure of Swift that looked terrifyingly lifelike. She accused West of creating a “revenge movie,” and while West and his then-wife Kim Kardashian tried to spin things in their favor, a lengthy phone call that was later leaked cleared Swift’s name.

For years, Swift has kept her distance, but it seems West’s recent downfall has made it impossible to stay silent. Among other things, he’s posted vile claims about an alleged encounter she had with Bieber and Styles—who Swift briefly dated in 2012—and even bizarrely blamed her for not being invited to the Super Bowl halftime show. “This isn’t just gossip,” a source said. “This is [West] defaming her and intending to harm her and her career.”

Both Bieber and Styles have already come to her defense, swiftly shutting down West’s allegations. “This never happened,” a Styles insider said, calling the remarks “so disrespectful.” Bieber’s team dismissed the accusations as “100 percent untrue.”

But it’s Kelce’s response that has everyone talking. Protecting his girlfriend from West’s harmful antics? That sounds like the kind of power play Swifties can absolutely get behind. As one source put it, “[Swift] is no longer the young woman Kanye humiliated onstage years ago. She’s stronger now, and she’s not alone.”

  • How Celtics’ Payton Pritchard let game do talking for 6MOY campaign

How Celtics’ Payton Pritchard let game do talking for 6MOY campaign

How Celtics’ Payton Pritchard let game do talking for 6MOY campaign

Payton Pritchard could’ve promoted himself for Sixth Man of the Year after torching the Hornets, but he let his game do all the talking.

BOSTON — Boston Celtics point guard Payton Pritchard isn’t the loudest voice in the room. He doesn’t need to be because his game does all the talking for him. That was especially evident on Sunday afternoon when he led the Celtics to a 93-86 victory over the Charlotte Hornets in their final contest of the regular season. The fifth-year Celtic finished with a game-high 34 points in 38 minutes. He also contributed a game-high seven assists and, despite his 6-foot-1 stature, corralled seven rebounds. Charlotte’s top rebounder, 7-foot center Jusuf Nurkic, grabbed the same amount of boards as Pritchard.

Pritchard’s impressive performance won’t be discussed much for two reasons. Firstly, the second-place Celtics locked up their seeding and received no boost in the standings for beating the lackluster Hornets. Secondly, this kind of game from Pritchard isn’t the anomaly it once was.

The Boston backup set career-highs across the board this season. He averaged 14.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per outing. In addition, he shot a career-high 47.2% from the floor and a remarkable 40.7% from deep while attempting almost eight triples a game.

Due to his efforts, Pritchard is the frontrunner for the prestigious Sixth Man of the Year Award. When asked if he’s had a 2024-25 campaign worthy of such an honor, the 27-year-old chose to focus on whether or not he fulfilled his role for his team.

“I feel like I put myself in the best situation possible to win it, so I’m proud of that,” he answered during his postgame press conference. “I feel like I’ve done my job as far as helping this team by coming off the bench and being a spark. And, you know, trying to be the best bench player in the league.”

Why won’t Payton Pritchard campaign more for Sixth Man of the Year?

    © Paul Rutherford-Imagn Images

Following Pritchard’s humble reply, he was given another opportunity to promote himself for Sixth Man of the Year. He refused.

“There’s no need for that,” he stressed. “If I get it, like I said, it’s not gonna stop my journey. It’s not gonna stop the work I’m gonna put in. This would just be another stepping stone. People can write about it if I get it, saying that I have an award. But at the end of the day, I’m just looking to keep growing and growing.”

This understated approach is different from what’s going on with the Defensive Player of the Year Award. Golden State Warriors center Draymond Green openly declared that he should win, forcing Cleveland Cavaliers center Evan Mobley to push his own agenda.

Meanwhile, Pritchard is content with letting the voters decide.

“If I get voted for it, it’s an unbelievable award, and it’d be a great honor,” he stated. “But at the end of the day, it’s outside my control if they vote for me or not. So, we’ll see.”

Three different Celtics have earned Sixth Man of the Year honors since the award’s inception in 1982. The trophy is even named after Celtics legend John Havlicek. If Pritchard took home the historic hardware, that’d give the Celtics five Sixth Man of the Year Awards, tying the Los Angeles Clippers for the most in NBA history.
