Whoopi Goldberg gave Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s “affectionate” brunch her stamp of approval.

The “View” co-host told viewers on Monday that reuniting as famous exes can be “very hard” since people “sit around and … judge it.”

The actress, 68, noted that she believes the “Gigli” co-stars went to the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills, Calif., “because [their] kids wanted to.”

As for the duo holding hands and kissing, as Page Six reported over the weekend, Goldberg added, “I’m assuming … everybody was doing their thing, and if you’re happy with your family, then you are affectionate with them.

“It doesn’t mean you’re going home with them again,” she continued. “It just means, you know, ‘I’m not so mad at you that I can’t sit across from you.’”

Her co-hosts, however, urged the pair not to “confuse” Lopez’s twins Emme and Max, 16, as well as Affleck and ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s three children — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

“It can be hard and disorienting for kids when they feel like they’re in the gray space in relationships,” Alyssa Farrah Griffin said.

Sunny Hostin agreed, speculating, “Maybe they’re giving it a second try, and then maybe those divorce papers will disappear.”

Ana Navarro attempted to explain why the “Jersey Girl” co-stars might still be “hot as hell” for each other despite Lopez filing for divorce in August after two years of marriage.

“Who can blame Ben? J. Lo is looking good,” the 52-year-old said. “I do like this a lot though because they were married for a couple of years, they dated before that, they’ve become blended families and they both have teenage kids who’ve become close with each other and are friendly with each other.

“I think it’s good to keep that going,” Navarro added. “They can get a divorce but it doesn’t mean their families need to be estranged.”

Lopez and Affleck were photographed out with Seraphina, Samuel, Emme and Max on Saturday.

Despite their PDA, People reported that the pair are “still moving forward” with their split.

“They all came together for a fun lunch so the kids could hang out,” an insider told the outlet. “[Lopez is] trying to be friendly with Ben.”

Lopez and Affleck were first engaged from 2002 to 2004, reconciling in 2021 and tying the knot in Las Vegas the following year.
