Chicago Sky star Angel Reese has been putting in the work to fully recuperate from her wrist injury.
A video of her practicing her jump shot recently made rounds on social media. Aside from her sophomore year in the WNBA, Reese is also preparing for her stint in the inaugural season of the Unrivaled 3-on-3 league this January.
With her relentlessness on both ends of the floor and rebounding prowess, some observers believe that Reese will be one of the WNBA’s top players in the years to come.
In fact, Bleacher Report included the 22-year-old Reese in its list of “25 Best Athletes of the Next 25 Years,” placing her at No. 23.

“Her talent is undeniable, and her media-fueled rivalry with (Caitlin) Clark has helped make her one of the most recognizable athletes in her sport,” read the feature.
Clark, the Indiana Fever star, was No. 2 on the list, which was topped by San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama.
Fans on X, however, blasted the list because Reese was ranked one place higher than Boston Celtics star and NBA champion Jayson Tatum.
“The most disrespectful thing I’ve ever seen,” said a Celtics fan.
“This is the most rage bait list I’ve seen in a minute,” echoed another fan.
“LMAOOOOOO THIS IS WILD,” commented an X user.
“Let them hate, let them underate us,” added a Celtics supporter.
“Even the Tatum haters can agree this is crazyyyy,” wrote a fan.
Despite being listed below Reese, the feature had a glowing review of the 26-year-old Tatum.
“His time will come to be one of the faces of the sport, as the torch gets passed by LeBron James, Steph Curry and others,” wrote Bleacher Report.
Tatum is also a four-time All-NBA Team member, five-time All-Star, All-Star Game MVP and two-time Olympic gold medalist.
