Meghan Markle was cropped out of the photo shared by the royal family to celebrate Prince Harry’s 40th birthday.

The picture of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was taken at DogPatch during their overseas trip to Dublin, Ireland, in 2018 while they were still working royals.

On Sunday, the Royal Family’s official X account shared the photo but seemingly cropped Markle, 43, out to only show Harry, 40.

“Wishing The Duke of Sussex a very happy 40th birthday today!” the message read.

In the image, Harry is smiling while sitting at a table dressed in a grey suit jacket and white button-up shirt.

Markle had on black blazer and white shirt in the original photo.

A source told The Post that “in guidance, the photo was provided in this format by the Press Association.”

Harry’s estranged family had not made public statements about his birthday since Queen Elizabeth died in September 2022.

They did not acknowledge Markle for her birthday on August 4.

It was reported that Harry was expected to receive phone calls from some of his family members on his birthday.

“Harry will hear from his family,” a palace source exclusively told The Post. “It’s very likely that Charles and Kate will phone Harry to wish him well on his birthday.”

However, the source claimed that Harry wouldn’t hear from his estranged older brother, Prince William.

The insider, who knows both brothers personally, said Prince of Wales, 42, most likely won’t reach out to Harry “given everything that has gone on.”

Harry’s milestone birthday this year reportedly involved a massive $8.5 million cash bonus, thanks to arrangements made by his late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

Harry and his wife have been estranged from his relatives since they quit the royal family and moved to California in 2020.

The couple then launched a series of full-scale attacks on the Palace in their bombshell television interview with Oprah Winfrey, their six-part Netflix documentary and Harry’s memoir “Spare.”

But Grant Harrold — who worked as King Charles’ personal butler for seven years — recently told The Post he thinks a royal reunion involving Harry is possible within the next year or so.

“I firmly believe that things will improve over time because time is a healer,” Harrold told The Post. “How long will that take? Who knows, but I’d like to think in a year or so we’ll see them come together and be in each other’s company.”

“I’ve no doubt one day, we’ll see the four of them, Harry, William, Kate and Meghan, laughing and being how they used to be — the fab four as they were called. Anything is possible,” he added.
