A body language expert has claimed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s PDA at the US Open seemed like an attempt to ‘prove their passion to the world’ amid swirling rumors that their relationship is a PR stunt.

Speculation erupted that the popstar and the athlete, both 34, had faked their romance to boost their careers after an alleged ‘contract’ discussing a breakup plan circulated on the web last week.

Days after the document – which Travis’ reps have branded as ‘entirely false and fabricated’ – hit the internet, the couple seemed completely unfazed as they attended the US Open in New York City together and put on a very loved up display in front of the cameras.

Now, UK-based body language expert Judi James has analyzed their interactions exclusively to DailyMail.com, and she said the singer and NFL star looked like they were trying to portray ‘a very dreamy, idealistic version of being in love’ based on their poses.

‘When you’re trying to disprove “fauxmance” rumors, the most effective and convincing route is to laugh them off. Ignore them,’ she said.

‘They should be water off the proverbial duck’s back to a couple in love, but for a high-profile, A-list power couple whose relationship is a meeting of brands as well as minds and hearts it will be tempting to perform the gruesome and challenging “denial” ritual that involves proving to the world that your emotions have been not been forged in some PR’s office.

‘Taylor and Travis appear to have taken the “human emoji” route to proving their passion to the world by adopting a series of poses here that emphatically define a very dreamy, idealistic version of being in love.’

The two stars were seen cuddling and kissing throughout the sporting event and were also caught dancing together to the hit song I Believe in a Thing Called Love by The Darkness.

Judi added, however, that while they may have been packing on the PDA a little extra to shut down the rumors, it still seemed like their romantic embraces were genuine.

‘If this were any one other than the ever-enthusiastic Taylor these might look like over-kill rituals,’ she continued.

‘But she and Travis have never fought shy of the cameras since they hooked up, or been understated in their PDAs which needs to be factored in when it comes to any accusations of a lack of authenticity.

‘Taylor is a woman who adorably throws herself into everything with total, cosplay-style commitment and effort.’

Judi insisted that Taylor’s body language at the US Open was one of a ‘swooning’ girlfriend.

‘Her body language shows her almost swooning with romantic love as she stands with Travis’ arm about her waist and her face to the crowds and cameras, placing her hand over his in an endorsement gesture while leaning her head back onto his chest with a dreamy smile,’ the expert dished.

‘She even raises one arm up to bare her armpit and under arm as she caresses his neck.

‘She pulls at his cardigan at one point to flirtatiously get his attention and she touches his face tenderly to plant a romantic kiss on his lips.

‘All this is done standing and in full view, as is her rousing singing that involves playfully slapping Travis on the chest to encourage him to join in.’

She also pointed out that even the popstar’s outfit – a red gingham dress, which she paired with a heart-shaped ring – suggests that she is ‘totally, girlishly smitten with her man.’

The document, which was first posted on Reddit, outlined a detailed plan to release an official statement regarding their breakup on September 28, and was written by what appeared to be the tight end’s PR company Full Scope.

After it spread online, a spokesman for Full Scope insisted that it was ‘entirely false and fabricated and was not created, issued or authorized by this agency.’

The representative also said they had called in lawyers to try to figure out who forged it – though they are not expected to find the culprit.

‘We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents,’ they said.

A source told DailyMail.com afterwards that Taylor and Travis were unbothered by it, and in fact were planning something ‘super special’ on the date it listed as their ‘split.’

‘Taylor was unbothered and quite amused by this,’ said an insider. ‘She usually pays these things no mind at all, but this was some hilarious AI realness.

‘It isn’t even worth an actual reaction from her or her team. She and Travis had a good laugh over it and his camp only got lawyers involved because it is his PR firm listed on the document.

‘After learning that their “breakup date” is coming up so soon – September 28 – they now need to plan something super special and fun on that day to commemorate.

‘Coincidentally, September 28 is around the first NFL game of the season and is also National Beer Drinking Day – so that makes a good date night for sure.’

On top of the US Open date, Taylor and Travis were photographed on a series of romantic nights out recently.

They were spotted grabbing dinner together at a pizza joint in New York City on Friday, and attended model Karen Elson’s wedding one day later.

The Cruel Summer songstress also cheered her boyfriend on at the Kansas City Chiefs opening football game on September 5.

Afterwards, it was reported that she surprised Travis with $42,000 worth of high-end gifts to celebrate the start of the NFL season.

“I was as surprised as anybody when President Biden dropped out, but it shows you the power of a debate,” she told the co-hosts. “We’ve never had a debate as consequential in American history as that last debate.

“In five minutes in that last debate, his presidency became a one-term presidency, the Democrats changed their candidate, it was a month before the conventions and it’s an all-new general election,” she continued. “Which makes me feel humble and worried about what’s gonna happen tonight.”

Maddow added, “Anything could happen. I’m braced for anything from zero to a million.”

When she previously appeared on a June 18 episode of The View — days before Biden’s disastrous debate with Trump later that month — Maddow suggested Democrats didn’t need a “back-up plan” with President Biden as their nominee. Instead, she said, “the back-up plan is run a better campaign,” adding, “there’s no reason I think to have it be this fantasy that Biden is not the president and that Biden isn’t the nominee. He is an he’s gonna be, and I think that’s a fixed variable.”

But last weekend, in Washington, D.C., at the Something in the Water festival, Justin Timberlake tried a few moves that he clearly didn’t know: Beat your feet, a dance that originated in Washington, D.C. It was a well-timed nod to the region, but a failed one. A perfectly awkward moment that quickly made the rounds of the internet.

Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi was the featured guest for Monday’s (September 9) edition of The View, promoting her new memoir, The Art of Power: My Story as America’s First Woman Speaker of the House, and she was invited by the cohosts to weigh in on a range of hot topics, including the race for the White House, her take on the upcoming debate, and more.

The first order of business, however, was much more personal than that. Moderator Whoopi Goldberg noted that Pelosi’s book is dedicated to her husband, Paul Pelosi, who suffered a horrific attack in his home by a partisan actor in 2022. Since Pelosi hadn’t been a guest of the show following that political violence, Goldberg wanted to see how he has been doing in his recovery.

“He’s doing okay,” Pelosi answered. “He’s coming along a little more. Getting hit on the head three times, horrible thing, and that was physical, but the traumatic effect on him, for us — for the family, but also other political families as well, to just families in America … Violence has no place in any resolution of any discussion you may have.”

Pelosi went on to add that she believes the situation was worsened by some of the responses from her chief political opponent, Donald Trump: “It was horrible when it happened. It was horrible. We didn’t even know if he was alive when we first heard about the attack. But before youc ould even say anything, your friend who shall remain nameless, he was on there making a joke of it, and people were laughing,” she remembered. “It’s sick, really sick. Even as recently as one of his speeches the other day, he said, ‘She has a wall around [her house]’ — we don’t have a wall around our house; he’s always projecting, he probably has a wall around his house… ‘And that didn’t help her out there very much.’ To make a joke about that, and then they laughed at that? The trauma of it all is not just the physical.”

Ana Navarro offered some words of conciliation for her saying, “Anytime Donald Trump attacks you or your family, you wear it like a badge of honor.”

Elsewhere in Pelosi’s appearance on the show, she predicted that Kamala Harris will defeat Trump at the ballot box because the entire Democratic party has “decided to win” and speculated that the debate will, at least on Harris’ part, be “worthy” of the viewing public: “She’ll be there to talk about an economy that works for everyone, about promoting freedom, about taking us to a wonderful united future. She cares about the people. He cares about himself … I hope that it will be a debate — I know it will be on her part — worthy of the American people,” Pelosi said.

The Hollywood stars are parents to two boys

essica Biel brought her nine-year-old son, Silas, as her date to the US Open on Thursday.

The Candy actress — who also shares Phineas, four, with her husband, Justin Timberlake — walked hand-in-hand with the little boy as they entered the stadium together.

Mother and son looked smart with Jessica donning a cream-colored suit and Silas wearing a striped polo shirt, long pants and sneakers.

Once inside, they sat alongside each other in the stands and watched the tennis together.

It’s an ultra-rare appearance for Silas, as Jessica and Justin have kept their boys out of the spotlight over the years.

The family moved to Montana for a quieter life away from the limelight of Hollywood and have only given fans a sneak peek at their kids on social media, often obscuring their faces.

“I try to be conscious of making sure we can live a life where we’re not weirdly private,” Justin said during an appearance on Armchair Expert podcast in 2021.

“But we’re conscious of making sure they can be kids for as long as possible and not have the weight of somebody else treating them differently because of something that their parents do.”

The ladies of The View aren’t too pleased with con artist Anna Delvey being cast in the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars.

The Inventing Anna subject, born Anna Sorokin, was convicted of grand larceny and other financial crimes in 2019 after she pretended to pose as a fake German heiress. Delvey served almost four years in prison and has remained on house arrest since her release in 2022.

In order to compete on Dancing With the Stars, Delvey told Entertainment Weekly that she had to “get permission from ICE to be able to travel out of state” in advance. Her pro partner, newcomer Ezra Sosa, also noted that he plans to bejewel Delvey’s ankle monitor for the show.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, however, isn’t so easily swindled. “I’m here for a redemption arc, not a rehabilitation arc, and the difference is this: somebody who has owned and taken responsibility for what they did wrong,” she explained. “Martha Stewart, she did jail time. I am here to see Martha Stewart thrive. Even Gypsy Rose [Blanchard], I put her into that category because she did the time and acknowledged wrongdoing for what she did. I’m not convinced that this person [Delvey] has.”

Griffin continued, “[Delvey] still owes people money and con artists tend to remain con artists, so I would just say if you’re around her there, I would be wary of the schemes she might be working.”

Whoopi Goldberg noted that she didn’t understand why Delvey gets to stay within the country at all. given that she was born in Russia. When Joy Behar suggested it was because Delvey was “pretty,” Goldberg responded, “Well that’s a little bit of a piss off. I have to tell you. I like pretty people too, but I gotta say I’m listening to people bitch about what’s going on at the border, and I listen to people bitch about all these people who shouldn’t be here, what the hell, man? How does this work?”

While Goldberg acknowledged that they’ve got to “support the network” (The View and Dancing With the Stars are both on ABC), she called the move to bring Delvey onboard the series a real chin flick in the face to those who have been in similar circumstances and, she added, “to families torn apart.”

Earlier in their conversation, Sunny Hostin also similarly questioned if Delvey was receiving the proper punishment for her crimes, noting that she “defrauded so many people” as a scammer. “What is the consequence of it?” She asked. “A federal bejeweled ankle monitor and a spot on a television show.”

Sara Haines interrupted, “We have a felon running for president. Why are we surprised?”

Hostin agreed, “And that too! I like a come-up, but when are there consequences to people’s actions in this country?”

But a glimmer of hope comes with his honest attempts to better himself in the eyes of his wife, at least, with reports suggesting that the Prince of Pop has quit alcohol since his New York debacle, which took place amid Timberlake’s ongoing Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

The former NSYNC member, 43, is reportedly following a health regime to chart his sobriety journey, but it seems to be an uphill battle for him. “He’s on a strict health regime and trying to crawl back into his wife Jessica Biel’s good books, but he’s not a happy camper,” one of the many sources recently dished to RadarOnline.com.

Though keeping his promise to get it sorted out, the Prince of Pop apparently hates every bit of the sober phase.

Another source revealed that Timberlake was “busted with a vape pen” in addition to failing all his sobriety field tests before his arrest in Sag Harbor. Given the drastic impact of the smoking habit on his lungs, more so, being a singer, the insider hinted that Timberlake has chucked it “for good.”

Following the arrest, Timberlake was left with nothing to negotiate with his upset wife Jessica Biel, 42. Tired of the Selfish singer’s problematic behavior, the 7th Heaven star gave him an ultimatum to “clean up his act” or bear the risk of separation.

Fortunately, the Grammy winner mindfully promised her to stick to the new health regime, regardless of the difficulty. A third insider disclosed that, besides his DUI arrest, Timberlake’s challenge was to admit his mistake to Biel of entangling himself with “bad habits” and repair his torn image in front of his friends and family, per the source.

Biel, who shares two children with the Palmer actor, was reportedly “angry” with him while contemplating the risks he had exposed himself and others to. Therefore, she did more than just ignore her famous husband’s misdemeanor and closely observed his self-facilitated rehabilitation.

However, a different insider suggested that Timberlake was not all that jolly about his sobriety journey at the moment. He reportedly told his friends that “it’s very boring because there’s nothing to take the edge off, especially when he’s out on the road.” Well, taking the high road will certainly do the musician’s marriage some good for now.

Earlier, it was reported that Biel’s friends were infuriated by her husband’s antics and called him a “loser” who had failed to escape his longtime label of a “cheater.” They fear that Timberlake will break her heart once again, given his history of infidelity.

On June 18, the Bye Bye Bye singer was pulled over by a police officer for running a red light in his BMW in Sag Harbor, Hamptons Village. Unable to prove his sobriety to the officer, Timberlake was arrested for driving under the influence and spent the night in lock-up.

Soon after the news made headlines, the pop star’s tour flopped with organizers selling tickets for minimal prices.

The show is the first of ABC’s to make the movie to the building, though won’t be the last. Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Mark and Tamron Hall are all expected to follow in the coming months.

“It says a lot about Barbara Walters’ original vision and the foundation they built that nearly three decades later, the show is not just more relevant that ever but the cornerstone of this exciting new venture by Disney,” executive producer Brian Teta tells PEOPLE. “It really is an honor.”

On a visit to the studio late last month, PEOPLE saw the technology at play first-hand, which will give the control room the ability to tap into unparalleled creative freedom and production flexibility.

The room is covered in LED screens, including a floor that with the flick of a button can go from a herringbone wood pattern to images of flowing lava or an ocean swimming with sharks.

“Our graphics team is like kids in the candy store right now,” says Teta. “There’s so much that we’re still going to need to get acclimated with and play with. I think at first, it’ll be The View you know and love, but as time goes on, we’ll have a lot of fun with some of the things we can do.”

The set’s cool color palette is similar to what fans have seen in recent seasons, with the addition of new elevated furniture to punch it up.

“We kept the table, because that was new last year, and that remains the centerpiece as always,” Teta explains. “But at the same time, everything around it is new and modern and sleek. It makes it familiar to what people like about The View, but also elevates it to the next level.”

The biggest change is a new two-story structure with a wrap-around staircase and an upper-level balcony. “The original set for The View was a loft, so there’s a definite callback to that,” Teta says. “And it’s a place where I know we can play.”

Teta is vague about what the structure will eventually be used for, suggesting everything from musical performances introductions to interview segments. Goldberg might even appear there at the top of Tuesday’s premiere.

“We could put a DJ up there, there might be a reason to have guests up there, I can put Statler and Waldorf from the Muppets up there…” he teases. “We plan on having a lot of fun with it.”

Perhaps for the most important new addition are six new teal chairs, which Teta says was the hardest thing to agree on because the co-hosts are so opinionated.

“Listen, the great and difficult thing about this show is that they are built to be different perspectives. It’s built into the hard wiring of what this show is,” Teta said. “It’s different people with different backgrounds, different perspectives, different ages — all those things. So getting them to agree on anything is a challenge, even seats. But it’s also what makes the show so special.”

As for the audience, though the new studio seats a hair fewer people, Teta notes there’s still over 100 spots for fans and the distance from the hosts are still the same, so it still feels intimate.

“In fact, my podium is closer than ever before, so that’s probably going to be my biggest adjustment,” Teta says. “Towards the end of last season, a couple of times, I was talking to the control room and Whoopi would turn and say, ‘You know, I just heard you.’ So I got to soften my voice a little bit.”

Overall, Teta — who marks his 10th season with The View this year — says he’s beyond impressed with the studio overall.

“I’ve been in television for 25 years and it’s one of the only times where I’ve been shown the plans for something and it’s not only met the original vision, but really exceeded it.” says Teta. “It’s really terrific.”

“We looked at this, I think six months ago and I was like, ‘Yeah, sure, if that actually happens, that will be phenomenal.’ And then to walk in here and see what they’ve put together? It’s really just such a phenomenal marvel of engineering and such a credit to the people who designed this, the crew who installed it, and everybody else involved.”

The View‘s studio isn’t the only thing getting an upgrade for season 28. The show’s official podcast, Behind the Table, will have a brand new studio too.

“We’re really excited about that,” says Teta, who hosts the series. “We’re going to have an actual set and video, which is terrific because we’ll be able to post full episodes on YouTube for the first time, in addition to streaming podcast platforms.”

The podcast often features the co-hosts themselves, expanding on hot topics and also opening up about their own personal lives. Occasionally, guests from the main show stop by, too.

“We’ll try to bring in more guests throughout the season, because we’ve had a lot of fun doing that. But the co-hosts are our staple and they really love the show, despite them complaining constantly about it on air,” Teta laughs. “It’s nice for them. They get to speak uninterrupted and dive a little bit deeper on some of the topics that we don’t necessarily the chance to do on the show.”

This aims to be a banner year for The View, which isn’t just the most watched daytime talk show on TV but watched more than any other talk show in America, including late night.

Once dubbed by the New York Times “the most important political show in America,” the daytime show especially thrives in an election year and has a slew of political guests lined up for its first two weeks back.

Among them include Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (Wednesday, Sept. 4:), Gov. Josh Shapiro (Friday, Sept. 6) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (Monday, Sept. 9).

“It’s under 70 days to the election and I couldn’t be more fired up.” Teta tells PEOPLE. “I know we’ve said this a couple of times in the past, but this is potentially the most consequential election in American history. And I’m excited to see who’s going to come through the doors and be a guest in the next 70 days.”

The table has hosted every major political candidate in the past three decades. “No one has been elected president since George W. Bush without appearing on The View first,” Teta says. “Even Trump in 2015 made a phone call. So the road to the White House goes through The View.”

And just because The View co-hosts have been on break for the past few weeks doesn’t mean they’re not fired up and ready to go.

“Everyone does their best to unplug for our vacation weeks, but I heard from the co-hosts constantly on a text chain, having their own Hot Topics arguments privately,” Teta says. “I’m like, ‘No one’s paying you right now, guys. Just enjoy your vacation!’ But they can’t turn it off.”

That’s why the first show back will be a full day of Hot Topics.

“When we left the show, we didn’t know who the Democratic vice presidential nominee was. There hadn’t even been a Democratic convention yet. So there’s so much to talk about,” Teta explains. “So we’re just going to let it rip.”

The View airs weekdays (11 a.m. ET) on ABC.
