Ella Langley and Riley Green’s duet, “You Look Like You Love Me,” reached the No.1 spot on the Billboard Country Airplay chart this week, earning Langley her first No.1 and Green his second leader on the chart.

With this news, Langley is making history as the first female artist this year to hold the No.1 spot on the chart. Yes, you read that correctly. According to Billboard, the rising star is the first female to have a No.1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in 2024 and the first woman to have a chart-topping single on the chart since Lainey Wilson when she earned a No.1 with Jelly Roll for their collaboration, “Save Me,” in December of 2023.  Prior to that, Wilson had a three-week run with her hit, “Watermelon Moonshine,” in October of 2023.

Langley has broken a 51-week streak, marking the longest gap between women (including groups with prominent female vocals) reaching the top of the chart since the record 61-week hiatus in 2003-04.

Sadly, the lack of female artists receiving country radio airplay has been an ongoing challenge for several years.

This topic gained significant attention during the 2015 controversy dubbed “Tomato-gate,” sparked by country radio executive Keith Hill’s infamous comparison of female artists on country radio to tomatoes in a salad.
“If you want to make ratings in country radio, take females out,” Hill stated in 2015. “I play great female records … they’re just not the lettuce in our salad. The lettuce is Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and artists like that. The tomatoes of our salad are the females.”

Now, nearly a decade later, country radio continues to lack female representation.

Earning a No.1 single as a female artist is certainly something that should be celebrated. Langley has seen a great deal of success thanks to this song, which she co-wrote with Green and Aaron Raitiere.

The track recently earned the artists their first CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year and earned the pair a performance slot on Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. While on set in New York City, the tour mates were surprised with plaques celebrating the single’s platinum status.

In August, Langley and Green brought the song to life with a cinematic Western-themed music video featuring a special guest cameo from Jamey Johnson.

“You Look Like You Love Me” is featured on Ella Langley’s deluxe version of her debut album, Still Hungover. The newly released extended version of the project includes two new songs, “Girl You’re Taking Home” and “20-20” as well as fan favorites “Weren’t For The Wind” and “Made It Out of Mexico (Acoustic).”

Langley and Green will return to the road together in 2025 on Green’s Damn Country Music Tour. The trek, which sold over 100,000 tickets in just eight hours, kicks off on March 27, 2025.

In addition to touring with Green, Langley will headline her Still Hungover Tour, which sold out in a matter of hours.

Justin Timberlake Cancels Concert After Suffering Back Injury

Justin Timberlake just announced some news that may tear up some hearts.

The 43-year-old said he is canceling another show on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour due to an injury.

“I’m so sorry Oklahoma City…I have to cancel the show on 12/2,” Timberlake wrote on his Instagram Stories Nov. 30. “I hurt my back in NOLA and my doctors have instructed me to rest a little bit longer.”

The “Cry Me a River” singer, who is on a weeklong hiatus from his tour after last performing Nov. 25 in New Orleans, added, “Thank you for your support—ya’ll know I hate doing this.”

Timberlake began his tour in April and has so far canceled one other concert—that was originally scheduled to take place in Columbia, S.C. in June—and postponed several dates.

One of them, a Newark, New Jersey show, was pushed back a week in October due to what he described as “an injury that is preventing me from performing,” while a few more from the fall were later moved to February after Timberlake contracted bronchitis and laryngitis.

Timberlake’s tour did not, however, appear to be affected by his highly publicized arrest this past June. The singer was detained on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Long Island, New York while he was on a previous weeklong break from performing and returned to the stage, in Chicago, days after he was released from policy custody.

“We’ve been together through ups and downs and lefts and rights, and it’s been a tough week,” Timberlake told the crowd at United Center June 21, “but you’re here, and I’m here, and nothing can change this moment right now.”

The Grammy winner continued, “I know sometimes I’m hard to love, but you keep on loving me and I love you right back. Thank you so much.”

The “Suit & Tie” singer later pleaded guilty to a non-criminal traffic violation after reaching a plea deal and agreed to pay a minimal fine and complete 25 to 40 hours of community service.

During his tour, which is set to continue through July 2025, Timberlake’s family, wife Jessica Biel and their sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, have cheered him on at several shows.

“It’s also a very special evening for me,” the “Can’t Stop This Feeling” singer told the crowd at the Bell Centre in Montreal as the 7th Heaven alum watched him from near the stage. “My wife is here tonight. And tonight is our 12-year anniversary.”

After blowing her a kiss, Timberlake continued, “So be nice to her, Montreal, because she’s sharing me with all of you guys tonight.”

He later put his hand on his heart and told his wife, “I love you, baby.”

WHOSE CHILD is that? JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and JESSICA BIEL respond to shocking news of BRITNEY SPEARS’ abortion: ‘I would never…

Britney Spears’ memoir, The Woman in Me, has truly caused a sensation in the entertainment world and captivated public attention with its candid and moving revelations. In the book, Britney shares for the first time a challenging chapter she experienced with Justin Timberlake during their younger years. She reveals the deeply painful decision they made to end a pregnancy, a choice both of them supported at the time, believing it was necessary.

For fans who followed Britney and Justin’s relationship from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, this revelation has been nothing short of shocking. Their romance was seen as one of the most iconic love stories in entertainment, and their breakup left a lasting sadness among fans. However, few knew that the couple faced such a profound and heavy decision together, a truth Britney has now bravely shared with the world.

Since Britney’s revelation, Justin Timberlake has faced considerable public scrutiny. Many fans have expressed disappointment and questioned Justin’s actions during their time together, as well as how he handled their breakup. Some believe that Justin should address these past events and acknowledge the difficulties Britney endured, while others argue that the story is from long ago and should not be overly analyzed.

Jessica Biel, Justin’s current wife and the mother of their two children, has also felt the weight of public attention. Since their marriage in 2012, Jessica has consistently supported Justin both professionally and personally. However, as criticism and public curiosity grow regarding the details in Britney’s memoir, Jessica has chosen to remain silent, likely out of respect for the sensitive nature of the story. Her silence has received mixed reactions: some believe she is trying to preserve family stability, while others think she may be avoiding a difficult discussion.

  • How The Internet Fell Out of Love With Justin Timberlake

How The Internet Fell Out of Love With Justin Timberlake

This video discusses the rise and fall of Justin Timberlake’s career, focusing on his time in *NSYNC, his solo music success, his acting career, and his controversial moments in the public eye.

How The Internet Fell Out of Love With Justin Timberlake

The video starts by reviewing Timberlake’s early career, beginning with his time on The Mickey Mouse Club alongside Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Ryan Gosling. It highlights his later recruitment into *NSYNC, which became one of the most iconic boy bands of the late ’90s. The group’s breakup, driven by both legal issues and the general decline of the boy band trend, ultimately benefited Justin Timberlake, allowing him to rise as a solo artist.

Timberlake’s solo career took off with the release of Justified (2002), featuring the hits produced by Timbaland. His work with Timbaland in crafting his sound was critical to his success, blending R&B with pop in a way that resonated widely. The video mentions criticisms that Timberlake has been accused of appropriating Black culture, particularly due to the production style and the racial dynamics of the music industry.

Why the Internet Thinks Justin Timberlake Still Loves Britney | Us Weekly

The video also covers the infamous Super Bowl halftime show incident in 2004, commonly known as “Nipplegate,” where Timberlake tore part of Janet Jackson’s costume, exposing her breast. While both apologized for the incident, Timberlake faced far less fallout, while Jackson’s career took a significant hit, being blacklisted by media outlets and losing opportunities. The video highlights how the entertainment industry was harsh, particularly towards women and Black women, and suggests that Timberlake could have done more to defend Jackson in that moment.

As Timberlake continued his career, he transitioned to acting, with roles in films like Bad Teacher, Friends with Benefits, and The Social Network, where he received praise for his performance. However, the video suggests that his acting career never fully took off as a permanent pivot.

His comeback in 2013 with The 20/20 Experience, an album that featured collaborations with Jay-Z and cemented his image as a cool, sophisticated artist, was his peak in terms of popularity. He also became a staple on shows like SNL and with comedian Jimmy Fallon.

Justin Timberlake Teases New 'Technicolor' Track: Listen

The video later touches on a shift in public perception by 2016. Timberlake became associated with Trolls (the animated movie) and an unpopular song. He also faced criticism for a tweet about Jesse Williams’ speech at the BET Awards regarding Black Lives Matter, which led to accusations of Timberlake continuing to benefit from Black culture while not standing up for Black creators. The video suggests that Timberlake’s career has been shaped by white privilege and that these criticisms of his appropriation of Black culture have resurfaced over time.

Overall, the video emphasizes how Justin Timberlake’s career has been a blend of talent, privilege, and controversial moments, illustrating the cyclical nature of pop culture and the shifting perceptions of public figures.

The boy band’s 2000 smash hit “Bye Bye Bye” returned to Billboard’s Hot 100 this week at No. 45.

It’s all thanks to its placement in the box office hit, “Deadpool and Wolverine,” which just marked its third straight week as the top movie in North American theaters with an estimated $54.2 million in ticket sales.

Worldwide, the movie has now surpassed $1 billion at the box office.

According to Billboard, the song has gotten 10 million official streams in the U.S. from Aug. 2-8, which is a jump of 31%.

Outside the U.S., the song got 42.4 million streams (up 50%) and went to No. 8 from No. 16 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart.

NSYNC's 'Bye Bye Bye' Returns to “Billboard” Top 10 After “Deadpool & Wolverine” Feature

The opening sequence of the film shows Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds, dancing to “Bye Bye Bye” while fighting off Time Variance Authority guards.

“He’s doing a lot of the moves that have been established previously by *NSYNC,” Reynolds said in an interview about the dance scene.

Four members of *NSYNC — JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone — attended the film’s premiere and gave a shoutout to fellow member Justin Timberlake, who was performing on his ongoing tour in Europe.

Although it’s been 24 years since *NSYNC released “Bye Bye Bye” and its “No Strings Attached” album, this isn’t the oldest song to return to Billboard’s Hot 100.

NSYNC Reaches A New Billboard Chart For The First Time

Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill — A Deal With God” charted in 2022, 37 years after its initial release, a comeback attributed to a memorable scene in “Stranger Things.”

And, in December 2023, Brenda Lee’s “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” topped the Billboard Hot 100, 65 years after its release.

*NSYNC reunited most recently to record “Paradise,” a song featured on Timberlake’s latest album, “Everything I Thought It Was,” which was released in March.

Last fall, the band also released “Better Place” for the “Trolls: Band Together” soundtrack — its first new song in more than 20 years.

“There ain’t no other way to say it. You’re the best. I love you. Happy birthday, ya 🐐!” Timberlake, 43, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, March 3, alongside a compilation of clips and photographs of Biel, 41, all set to Tina Turner’s “The Best.” From fit checks and vacations to the early days of their relationship, the snippets show the actress both solo and with her husband, as well as rare glimpses of their children. (The couple shares sons Silas, 8, and Phineas, 3.)

Biel shared a similar post via Instagram in January for Timberlake’s birthday, with a sweet video tribute to her husband captioned, “I ALWAYS got you. Happy birthday, babe.” The montage was set to Boom Forrest’s cover of “I Got You Babe,” written originally by Sony Bono in 1965 for Cher. Timberlake and Biel married in 2012 after five years of dating.

“I sometimes feel like 10 years has just flown by in the blink of an eye and other times I feel like, ‘Oh, my gosh, 10 years, that’s a really substantial amount of someone’s life,’” Biel told Access Hollywood in April 2022 while reflecting on her marriage. “I just feel really proud of it. … I’m still the happiest and loving my life.”

That same year, the couple renewed their vows in Italy, the same place they tied the knot a decade earlier. “Being married to you is the adventure of a lifetime! Run it back, baby. RUN IT BACK. I love you,” Biel gushed via Instagram in October 2022.

Last month, Biel and Timberlake shared another rare glimpse into their private life with a Valentine’s Day post featuring their sons. Biel shared a series of photos of the family that was captioned, “Valentines x3 ♥️♥️♥️.”

“I try to be conscious of making sure we can live a life where we’re not weirdly private,” Timberlake said on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” in 2021 while discussing how he and Biel keep their kids out of the spotlight. “But we’re conscious of making sure they can be kids for as long as possible and not have the weight of somebody else treating them differently because of something that their parents do.”

Timberlake is currently preparing to embark on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour from April to December. A source exclusively told Us Weekly that while Biel “believes in” her and her husband’s relationship, she knows it won’t be “smooth sailing” the entire time he’s on tour.

“They’re thriving as a couple,” the insider told Us in February, noting that Biel is “understandably nervous” about how the tour will affect their dynamic.

In 2019, Timberlake was photographed in New Orleans looking a little too comfortable with Alisha Wainwright, his Palmer costar, and publicly apologized for his “strong lapse of judgment” while denying that anything more happened. “Jessica is a bit worried about the tour,” the source told Us last month, while a second insider added, “If Justin were to have another incident, it would be the last straw for Jessica.”

However, the first source noted to Us that Biel is “hopeful” and will join Timberlake for several dates on tour.

  • Why Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 3rd MVP would move him to ‘tears’

Why Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 3rd MVP would move him to ‘tears’

Will Giannis Antetokounmpo win the MVP this season?

    featured-image

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been one of the best players in the NBA over the past decade. At just 30 years old, Giannis has already won two NBA MVP Awards and been selected to eight All-Star teams. The two-time MVP recently admitted that he wants to win the award once again, per Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports.

“Yeah, that definitely might put tears in my eyes,” Antetokounmpo said of potentially winning a third MVP. “I do want to be part of that conversation. It lets me know I was able to help my team, carry my team, solidified [us as a team]. I’m not gonna lie, it definitely means something to me.”

Some players opt to say that winning the MVP does not matter too much to them. Giannis was brutally honest, though, making it clear that winning the MVP means a lot to him.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (34) celebrates following the game against the Detroit Pistons at Fiserv Forum.

    Jeff Hanisch-Imagn Images

Although Antetokounmpo has dealt with some injury trouble this season, he has played at an elite level while on the floor. He is currently averaging a league leading 32.6 points per game as of this story’s writing. Giannis is also recording 11.6 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 1.3 blocks per outing.

The Bucks have been fairly inconsistent. They are just 11-10 as of this story’s writing. With Giannis leading the way, though, one has to imagine that Milwaukee will be able to contend for a postseason spot. Milwaukee is currently in fifth place in the Eastern Conference.

As for the NBA MVP, Antetokounmpo will have plenty of competition. Nikola Jokic is in the middle of another terrific campaign, while Jayson Tatum is hoping to win his first MVP. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is also leading an Oklahoma City Thunder team that is in first place in a competitive Western Conference.

Giannis Antetokounmpo’s numbers suggest that he will earn serious MVP consideration, although he understands that earning the award will be a challenge.

“At this point in my career, I had the conversation with my brother, I was like, man, it’s crazy to me,” Antetokounmpo added during his conversation with Yahoo Sports. “I had just come to a realization that I might never win another MVP. I’m having better years than the years I won it. But hey, the league is improving, guys are playing very, very well.”

Why Giannis Antetokounmpo's 3rd MVP would move him to 'tears'

Will Antetokounmpo win his third NBA MVP Award during 2024-25 season?

Voter fatigue could become an issue for Giannis, but the same can be said for Jokic. After all, the two superstars have won a total of five MVP awards since 2018.

Of course, Antetokounmpo’s primary focus is still on helping the Bucks win games. He wants to do that above anything else on the basketball floor. With that being said, Giannis seemingly understands that an MVP campaign would surely help Milwaukee play at a consistent and competitive level throughout the season.

So will Giannis Antetokounmpo win his third career MVP award during the 2024-25 season? Well, anything can happen and it still is only December. Only time will tell whether or not he will win the award. The Bucks’ final standings result will probably factor into the question as well.

Nevertheless, it seems as if Giannis will have a realistic chance of winning the award once again this season.

According to Janet, there was a point in their lives when Michael, faced with a difficult and potentially embarrassing situation, turned to her for help.

“Michael forced me to help him pretend,” Janet said, visibly moved. “It was something I never would have imagined. But at that time, Michael was going through so much. He had to keep up appearances, and sometimes that meant going to great lengths to preserve his image.”

While Janet didn’t go into full detail, she did hint at the time when Michael was dealing with the public eye, particularly regarding his personal life and legal battles. As the world’s most famous pop star, Michael was under intense media pressure and his every move was constantly monitored. For Janet, being a member of the Jackson family meant that she too was often thrust into the spotlight, whether she wanted it or not.

It was during one of these high-pressure moments that Michael apparently asked her to help him craft a specific public narrative. “He wanted me to be a part of something he was going through, something we could control together,” Janet said, her voice cracking. “It wasn’t just about us as siblings. It was about protecting his career, his image, and his legacy. I didn’t always agree, but I understood the need for protection.”

The Jackson family has always been one of the most prominent families in the entertainment industry. From their early days in Gary, Indiana, to Michael’s rise to become the world’s biggest music sensation, the Jacksons have been both adored and criticized. Michael, in particular, had a complex relationship with fame, often battling his public image and personal demons. Janet’s revelation sheds light on the extreme pressures the family faced in private.

While the nature of Michael’s request remains somewhat unclear, Janet emphasized the difficult situation she found herself in. “It’s not something I’m proud of, but I was part of that world too. It wasn’t just about Michael, it was about protecting the family as a whole,” Janet explained. “We all had to do our part, even if it meant stepping out of our comfort zones.”

As Janet spoke, she realized that this was not an easy story to tell. The emotional weight of her words revealed the toll that years of family pressure, media scrutiny, and personal sacrifice had taken on her. While Janet has built her own legendary career in the music industry, she has also had to deal with the burdens of being part of the Jackson dynasty.

“It was a very difficult time for all of us,” she said, wiping away a tear. “But we had to do what we had to do to protect each other. Michael was my brother, and I loved him. I still do and I always will. But we were a family that carried a lot of baggage, and sometimes you do things that you don’t really understand at the time.”

Michael Jackson’s legacy has come under intense scrutiny in recent years, with both praise and controversy surrounding his personal life and career.Janet Jackson’s untimely death in 2009 only intensified discussions about her complicated life and the truths that were never fully revealed. Janet’s confession adds another layer to the already complex narrative surrounding Michael Jackson’s public and private persona.

For Michael’s fans, hearing Janet’s account of how she was involved in certain aspects of his life can be both surprising and unsettling. However, Janet’s decision to speak out now can also be seen as a way to provide context to the decisions and actions taken by the Jackson family at the height of Michael’s career.

“I think it’s important for people to understand that we’re all human. We’ve made mistakes, we’ve acted out of love and we’ve looked out for each other,” Janet said. “Michael’s legacy is something that will live on forever, but it’s also important to acknowledge the reality of the pressures he faced.”

Despite the challenges and secrets that have surfaced over the years, Janet Jackson has stressed the importance of family. “We were a family held together not only by fame, but by love,” she said. “There were ups and downs, good times and bad times, but we were always there for each other, even when things got tough.”

In many ways, Janet’s revelation speaks to the complexity of being part of such a famous family. The Jacksons, for all their successes and struggles, have always been a symbol of the ups and downs of fame. Janet’s decision to finally open up about her role in helping Michael through one of the most difficult times of his life offers a glimpse into the sacrifices and difficult decisions that come with being a member of one of the world’s most famous families.

Janet Jackson’s shocking revelation about Michael Jackson has added a new dimension to the already complicated history of the Jackson family. For fans of both Janet and Michael, it’s a powerful reminder that behind the glitz and glamour of the entertainment industry, there are real people facing real challenges. Janet’s honesty about her role in helping her brother through difficult times paints a more human portrait of the family we’ve all watched from afar for decades.

As Janet continues to reflect on her career and her relationship with her brother, one thing is clear: The Jackson family will always be a symbol of greatness and vulnerability, and the truth behind their public personas is far more comple

Zion Williamson IS WHY THE NBA SUCKS

Zion Williamson, once heralded as the next big thing in the NBA, has become a cautionary tale of unrealized potential. When he was drafted first overall by the New Orleans Pelicans in 2019, expectations were sky-high. Zion was a generational talent, a once-in-a-lifetime athlete with the rare combination of size, explosiveness, and agility that had never been seen before in basketball. Standing at 6’7” and weighing around 285 pounds, he could move like a guard, finishing fast breaks with jaw-dropping dunks and blocking shots with the kind of ferocity that made him a household name even before stepping onto an NBA court. But four years into his professional career, the story of Zion Williamson is far from the fairy tale many envisioned.

Zion Williamson IS WHY THE NBA SUCKS

Zion’s early years in the NBA were a mix of high promise and missed opportunities. In his debut season, he averaged 22.5 points per game, showcasing the kind of dominance that made the hype around him seem justified. He was an unstoppable force, a modern-day Charles Barkley with more finesse. His blend of size and skill led many to believe he could carry the Pelicans to relevance in the NBA. His talent was undeniable, and it seemed as though Zion had arrived. But as quickly as he rose, he began to fall.

Injuries have been a constant theme throughout Zion’s career. His first major setback came in his rookie season when he was sidelined for much of the year with a knee injury. Despite his promise, the injuries kept piling up, and his career arc began to resemble that of another once-promising player—Ben Simmons. Like Simmons, Zion reached the NBA with sky-high expectations, lived up to them briefly, only to be plagued by a series of setbacks that derailed his career. The parallels between the two are hard to ignore. Both were once seen as transformative players, capable of reshaping their franchises. Instead, they have both become the faces of unrealized potential and disappointment.

Each summer, Zion posts videos of himself in the gym, looking more shredded than ever, a visual testament to his dedication. But as the season progresses, the cycle repeats itself. Zion starts the season healthy, plays well for a few weeks, and then inevitably gets hurt. It’s a pattern that Pelicans fans have grown all too familiar with. In a sport that demands durability as much as skill, Zion’s injuries have prevented him from reaching his full potential. He has yet to play a full season, and his availability remains a constant question mark.

Despite this, there were moments when Zion showed flashes of his potential. In the 2021-2022 season, he made the All-Star team, averaging 27 points per game on remarkable efficiency. It seemed as though Zion was on the verge of breaking through. But since that All-Star appearance, his production has steadily declined. Each year, his scoring average drops, his impact wanes, and his injuries continue to keep him off the court. As of now, his career seems to have peaked during his second year in the NBA when he was 20 years old. Since then, he hasn’t made significant strides in his game, and his health continues to be a major obstacle.

Zion Williamson's nightmare: He has missed 60 percent of games in his NBA career : r/nba

Zion’s failure to live up to his potential has not only hurt the Pelicans but also the NBA as a whole. The NBA relies on its superstars to drive the league’s popularity, and Zion was supposed to be one of those stars. Unfortunately, his absence from the court has led to a decline in interest, especially in New Orleans, a city that isn’t a basketball hotbed. Zion’s injuries have limited the Pelicans’ ability to build a competitive team around him, leaving them stuck in mediocrity.

Looking at Zion’s career so far, it’s hard to identify any iconic moments or significant milestones that have defined him. Sure, there have been some impressive dunks and occasional flashes of brilliance, but nothing that has left a lasting impact on the league. His most memorable performance came during a play-in game against the Los Angeles Lakers, where he scored 40 points, showing the kind of dominance that made him a sensation at Duke. But once again, injuries soon followed, and that moment, like so many others in his career, was fleeting.

From a business and entertainment perspective, Zion’s inability to stay healthy is a major issue for the league. Superstars like Zion are supposed to drive interest and revenue for their teams and the NBA as a whole. But with Zion missing a significant portion of his games—he has played just 45% of the Pelicans’ games in his first six years—his absence has hurt both his team and the league’s bottom line. His case is particularly egregious because of the small-market nature of New Orleans. In larger basketball cities like Los Angeles or New York, Zion’s lack of availability would be under much greater scrutiny, and he would likely face more criticism from both fans and the media. But in New Orleans, his shortcomings are often overlooked, enabling him to avoid the intense pressure that other superstars face.

What's behind Zion Williamson's newfound drive? Trust - The Athletic

The biggest question surrounding Zion Williamson remains whether he truly loves basketball. While players like Ja Morant may have made mistakes off the court, their love for the game has never been questioned. With Zion, it’s a different story. His dedication to improving his game has been repeatedly called into question, and his lack of availability only adds to the doubts about his commitment. If you’re a teammate of Zion, like Brandon Ingram or CJ McCollum, it’s hard not to feel that your career is being wasted on a player who can’t stay healthy.

Ultimately, Zion Williamson’s career has become a tragic example of what could have been. He was once considered one of the most exciting young players in NBA history, but injuries, lack of development, and perhaps a lack of passion have derailed his trajectory. As he enters his sixth season, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to see him living up to the potential that made him a household name in the first place. And if he doesn’t turn things around soon, his career may fade into obscurity, remembered only for what could have been.
