VIDEO: Michael Jordan’s Wife Yvette Prieto Was Causing A Major Stir While Dancing With Her Tipsy Husband During Wild Party On Their Expensive Italian Vacation

Like most others, Michael Jordan is attempting to make the most of his summer by taking a pleasant vacation. Online footage of the NBA legend traveling to Italy with his spouse, Yvette Prieto, has just surfaced.

In one video, Jordan and Prieto can be seen dancing at a table at what seems to be a nightclub. Like in his playing days, the six-time champion smokes a cigar on his night out. The pair eventually lose themselves in the intensity of the occasion and start dancing. Michael Jordan and his spouse traveled to Italy in elegance, as anticipated. The Chicago Bulls icon is currently on a superyacht.

Several memorable moments occurred during the evening, such as the amusing present from the nightclub: a tambourine with their faces from the same night’s picture. Prieto held the unique gift up for Jordan to see, and it caused grins and laughter.

Jordan also interacted with people on their Capri excursion, shaking hands, striking pictures at their table, and dancing with them. His approachable manner and eagerness to interact with people emphasized his genuine nature even more.

The pair had already been to other opulent locations as part of their European adventure. Jordan was observed smoking a cigar on an afternoon boat excursion when they were spotted having a romantic stroll around Portofino last week. They have also been to St. Tropez and Ibiza this summer to make the most of their time in Europe.

The famous Chicago Bulls theme tune “Sirius” by The Alan Parsons Project was played for Jordan and Prieto in a restaurant in Saint Tropez, adding to their already beautiful experiences.

Another chapter in their love journey, their trip to Capri, highlighted their relationship and joyous occasion sharing. Michael Jordan and Prieto impacted everyone who saw them as the evening ended with their grace and joy.

The Sky haven’t quite jumped out of the blocks since the WNBA’s restart. They have won just one of their three games, a victory over the Los Angeles Sparks sandwiched between two losses to the Mercury.

As if the loss wasn’t depressing enough, Chicago players had to deal with multiple hindrances on their way back to The Windy City. And a frustrated Reese would take to social media to vent.

“Why is it 3:47am and we still not home???,” she wrote.

“real question is why are you awake lol,” a fan inquired.

Reese referred them to teammate Diamond DeShields’ Instagram Story, which outlined the annoying return home.

“We got off the plane — well, we didn’t get off the plane. We were sitting on, like, the landing area and they told us our bus was an hour away,” DeShields explained. “They said we had to walk through the airport, get our luggage off of a conveyor belt and now we’re outside waiting for Ubers to take us home at whatever time it is.”

She also posted a clip of her teammates walking through the airport at 3:11 AM, but she was up for a gym session a few hours later, sharing a mirror selfie of herself at the gym at 8:35 on Monday morning.

    “Nonetheless….be a pro,” she wrote.

Angel Reese Hit Another WNBA Milestone On Sunday

Despite the inconvenience, Angel Reese and her teammates will be happy not to have to play again until Friday, when they face the Connecticut Sun.

The former LSU star recorded a 20th double-double in her most recent outing, scoring 19 points and a career-high 20 rebounds to become the fastest rookie to reach 20 in WNBA history.

Charles Barkley has divulged his reasoning behind turning down a minimum of $100 million in order to remain with Turner Sports for the foreseeable future.

Charles Barkley has provided more insight into his decision to stick with Turner Sports. During a recent appearance on the Dan Le Batard Show, the 61-year-old revealed that he left a minimum of $100 million “on the table” in order to stay loyal to his colleagues at Warner Bros. Discovery’s sports division.

During the NBA Finals back in June, Barkley stated that the 2024-25 season would be the last one he covers on TV, regardless of whether or not TNT retained the league’s television rights. But he soon after had a change of heart, announcing last week that he’d be staying with Turner Sports – despite the NBA’s 11-year media rights deal with Amazon Prime Video, NBC and The Walt Disney Company that’s set to begin in 2025.

“The No. 1 thing for me is my people at Turner get to keep their jobs for at least another year,” Barkley told Le Batard. “That’s all I was concerned with.”

Before Barkley pledged his loyalty to Turner Sports, ESPN, NBC and Amazon were all expected to pursue him once the broadcast company officially loses its NBA television package. While the decision to not join an outside network was quite costly, the Hall of Famer remains confident that he made the right decision.

Interested to learn the exact amount of cash Barkley turned down, Le Batard asked, “How much money do you think you left on the table in making that decision concerned about others?” to which Barkley responded: “A minimum of $100 million.

“It was a great feeling and I want to thank all those networks for reaching out to me, it was really humbling and cool,” he continued. “Like I said, Dan, even though they were throwing crazy numbers I was like, ‘Damn,’ but as long as I got my people safe at TNT, man, I feel really good.

“Like I say, they going to pay me to go talk about nothing so I can’t look a gift horse in the mouth. I probably would have had to do an honest day’s work if I went to one of those other networks.”

Earlier this month, Barkley expressed a similar sentiment in a joint statement with TNT, which he joined in 2000. “I love my TNT Sports family,” he said at the time. “My #1 priority has been and always will be our people and keeping everyone together for as long as possible.

“We have the most amazing people, and they are the best at what they do. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them both on the shows we currently have and new ones we develop together in the future.

“This is the only place for me. I have to say… I’ve been impressed by the leadership team who is fighting hard and have been aggressive in adding new properties to TNT Sports, which I am very excited about. I appreciate them and all of my colleagues for their continued support, and most importantly our fans. I’m going to give my all as we keep them entertained for years to come.”

Tennis world No 1 Jannik Sinner fails TWO drugs tests for a banned steroid but WON’T face a ban after he gave a bizarre excuse

Italian world No 1 Jannik Sinner has escaped a ban for failing two anti-doping tests, after a tribunal accepted that the contamination occurred during a massage from his physiotherapist.

The International Tennis Integrity Agency announced the failed tests on Tuesday but said that, although Sinner will be docked 400 ranking points and $250,000 dollars, he was found to bear ‘no fault or negligence’ and is free to compete at next week’s US Open.

The 23-year-old first tested positive for banned anabolic steroid clostebol during the event in Indian Wells on March 10, then again eight days later.

Sinner was provisionally suspended, but on both occasions he successfully appealed and was allowed to continue playing while the tribunal assessed the evidence. He has, however, been docked the prizemoney and ranking points earned at Indian Wells.

Due to his successes on the court in the previous 12 months, Sinner has become one of the sport’s most marketable faces

And after a lengthy, behind-close-doors investigation, last Thursday at a hearing in London the player’s reason for the extremely small quantity of clostebol in his system – less than a billionth of a gram – was accepted.

The explanation provided by Sinner was that a month before travelling to Indian Wells, his fitness coach Umberto Ferrara bought an over-the-counter spray containing the steroid in Italy. Then during the Indian Wells event, Sinner’s physio Giacomo Naldi cut his finger and was advised by Ferrara to use the spray to treat the wound.

Then, according to a statement from the Sinner team: ‘The physiotherapist treated Jannik and his lack of care coupled with various open wounds on Jannik’s body caused the contamination.’

The tribunal heard that Sinner suffers from skin condition psoriasiform dermatitis, which can cause irritation and, if scratched, cuts and sores – this was accepted as the reason for the clostebol entering his body via the physio’s finger.

The tribunal also noted that: ‘There is no suggestion the tiny concentration in his system would have had any performance enhancing effect.’

Clostebol is a derivative of testosterone, and so can help muscle growth and recovery. It has been the cause of several failed doping tests in sport, especially in Italy – one of the few countries where products containing clostebol can be sold over the counter.

Sinner said in a statement: ‘I will now put this very challenging and hugely unfortunate period behind me.

‘I will continue to do everything I can to ensure I continue to comply with the ITIA’s anti-doping programme and I have a team around me that are meticulous in their own compliance.’Sinner won the Australian Open earlier this year to pick up his maiden grand slam honours

Jamie Singer, Sinner’s lawyer, added: ‘Anti-doping rules have to be very strict to be effective. Sadly the unfortunate consequence is that, occasionally, entirely innocent athletes get caught up in them.

‘There is no question that Jannik is innocent in this case. The ITIA did not challenge that key principle.

‘Under the rules he is responsible for his team members’ mistakes and those mistakes sadly led to the positive test.’

Controversy Erupts in WNBA: Skylar Diggins-Smith’s Encounter with Caitlin Clark Sparks Debate

Caitlin Clark breaks WNBA rookie assists record as Fever beat Storm 92-75 | WANE 15

In a game that was meant to showcase basketball prowess, the recent WNBA matchup between the Indiana Fever and the Seattle Storm has been overshadowed by a heated controversy involving Skylar Diggins-Smith and Caitlin Clark. The incident, which occurred during the closing minutes of the game, has not only caught the attention of fans but also sparked a wave of calls for disciplinary action.

The drama unfolded with Clark, a rookie sensation for the Fever, engaging in what seemed to be an innocuous attempt to rally the home crowd at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. With the Fever leading decisively and the game well in hand, Clark’s enthusiasm to energize the fans brought her into close proximity with the Seattle Storm bench. It was during this moment that veteran Skylar Diggins-Smith, who was making her way off the court, appeared to deliberately speed up and bump into Clark.

This seemingly minor altercation has since ignited a firestorm of criticism from fans and analysts alike, who view Diggins-Smith’s action as a deliberate and unsportsmanlike gesture aimed at the rookie. The incident was further fueled by a subsequent confrontation between the coaches of the two teams. Seattle’s head coach, Noelle Quinn, and Fever coach Christie Sides were seen arguing on the sidelines, initially speculated to be over the issue of Sides not clearing her bench. However, new footage has surfaced suggesting that the dispute may have been exacerbated by Clark’s proximity to the Storm’s bench, which contributed to the tension.

The negative reaction to Diggins-Smith’s actions has been widespread, with many fans criticizing the veteran for what they perceive as a cheap shot. Speculation has arisen that Diggins-Smith, a seasoned player nearing her 35th birthday, may be struggling to cope with the rapid rise of Clark, who has already made a significant impact this season. Some fans have even suggested that Quinn’s anger towards Clark may have been misplaced, with the coach initially viewing Clark as the provocateur without realizing that Diggins-Smith had initiated the contact.

The fallout from the incident did not stop with the game’s conclusion. Storm star Jewell Loyd notably avoided commenting on Clark during the postgame press conference, adding another layer of intrigue to the situation. Meanwhile, Diggins-Smith’s performance, which included 15 points, zero blocks, and two steals, became a topic of discussion, with some fans sarcastically noting that her only form of defense against Clark was the bump she delivered.

This incident has reignited discussions about the veteran players’ attitudes towards emerging talents like Clark. The rookie’s impressive performance, contributing significantly to the Fever’s 92-75 victory, highlighted her ability to impact the game and showcase her talents, which some veteran players might find challenging to compete against. The game demonstrated Clark’s influence as she played a pivotal role in her team’s win, contributing to 40% of the Fever’s points through scoring or assists.

The Storm, on the other hand, are left grappling with their 10th loss of the season, and the clash between Diggins-Smith and Clark, coupled with the coaches’ altercation, has painted them as sore losers in the eyes of many fans. As one observer put it, whether intentional or not, Diggins-Smith’s actions have placed her in a difficult position, and the storm’s frustrations have only compounded their woes.

With the Fever avoiding a season sweep by the Storm and gearing up for their next road game against the Minnesota Lynx, the Seattle Storm will head to Washington, D.C., for their final road game before returning home. The fallout from this game is likely to continue as fans and analysts eagerly anticipate the next chapter in what has become one of the most compelling storylines of the WNBA season.

In some instances, unintentional anti-doping violations can lead to a ban of up to two years. Although Sinner has been stripped of the 400 ranking points and £250,000 prize money he earned for reaching the semifinals at Indian Wells, he is allowed to resume playing immediately, starting with the U.S. Open next week.

Despite the loss of ranking points, Sinner’s position at the top of the men’s world rankings remains unaffected, where he maintains a significant lead over his closest competitor, Novak Djokovic. Sinner’s attorney Jamie Singer, weighed in on the ITIA’s decision stating: “Anti-doping rules have to be very strict to be effective. Sadly the unfortunate consequence is that, occasionally, entirely innocent athletes get caught up in them.

“There is no question that Jannik is innocent in this case. The ITIA did not challenge that key principle. However, under strict liability rules Jannik is responsible for whatever is in his system, even when entirely unaware of it, as in this exceptional case.”

After clinching a victory at the Cincinnati Masters, an elated Sinner is gearing up for the year’s final Grand Slam at Flushing Meadows with newfound confidence. Despite dealing with a hip injury, the Italian powerhouse ousted Andrey Rublev and Alexander Zverev, then triumphed over Frances Tiafoe in straight sets to win the final.

“Now, for sure, it’s important to recover, to be ready for New York,” Sinner said. “This is our main goal here for this U.S. swing.”

Jeff Bezos looking to buy Boston Celtics but faces $6 billion asking price from NBA

Bill Simmons speculated a $6 billion valuation for the Boston Celtics after winning the title amid potential sale rumors regarding Jeff Bezos.

Boston sports fan and Ringer CEO Bill Simmons speculated on his podcast that the Celtics could be worth an astronomical $6 billion evaluation, with Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos potentially interested in acquiring the reigning NBA champions.

Wyc Grousbeck and Steve Pagliuca own the Celtics through their investment group, Boston Basketball Partners LLC, and have experienced success since their purchase in 2002, including NBA titles in 2008 and last season. While Pagliuca is expected to remain part of the new ownership structure after the sale, he will be joined by unfamiliar new investors.

Simmons hinted at having insider knowledge about the impending sale, implying that the Boston owners plan to open up bidding to the public. The Ringer owner also revealed that the NBA is looking to establish a higher-than-normal valuation for the reigning champions, partially to set the bar for future expansion teams as Seattle, Las Vegas, and Mexico City remain rumored to get a team.

“I happen to have a bunch of information on this as this is [a] huge, huge topic right now in the circles of people that would want to buy a team. There’s a bunch of stuff going on. The league wants $6 billion for that team,” Simmons said on his podcast.

“$6 billion and they don’t own the arena. It’s a crazy price, but they’re probably going to get it. They’re doing that because they want expansion teams in Seattle, Vegas, and Mexico City is looming – but they want $6 billion each for the two teams for expansion, which would mean a check for $400 million to every NBA owner.”

    The Celtics

The Celtics are the reigning NBA champions (Image: Getty)

Simmons further speculated about Bezos’ potential interest in the Celtics, stating: “In the last few days there’s been legitimate buzz about Jeff Bezos buying the Celtics, and I think it’s real; he’s going to be one of the suitors.”

Bezos is estimated to be worth over $195 billion, allowing no issues with maintaining a title-contending roster, the purchase price, or luxury tax costs. The Celtics owners had bittersweet timing to announce their plans to sell on the same day that franchise cornerstone Jayson Tatum signed a supermax contract extension worth approximately $318 million. Key player Derrick White committed to Boston for the next four seasons with a $125.9 million extension on the same day.

The sale process is anticipated to be split into two parts, with 51 percent of the team being sold “soon” and the remaining 49 percent in 2028. Grousbeck has indicated that he will stay with the organization throughout the transition period, ensuring continuity during the sale process.

Any potential sale of an NBA franchise would require approval from the NBA Board of Governors, including representatives from each league’s teams. The last NBA team sale occurred in 2023 when Michael Jordan sold his majority stake, and the Charlotte Hornets were sold for $3 billion.

The NBA Board of Governors approved that sale, with New York Knicks owner James Dolan being outed as the only owner to cast the only contrary vote. NBA fans online joked about Dolan’s history of being a contrarian, playfully labeling him as the NBA’s biggest hater.

While an official reason wasn’t warranted, speculation indicated that Dolan had concerns about how the Hornets’ sale price could set a new bar for team sales. NBA fans laughed online that Dolan didn’t want Jordan to leave because he would then be viewed as the league’s worst owner.

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy continued his online campaign against Steve Kerr after the Golden State Warriors coach was announced as a speaker on Monday at the Democratic National Convention.

Portnoy is a vocal Boston sports fan and has repeatedly criticized Kerr, who coached the Team USA men’s basketball squad at the Summer Olympics, for offering limited playing time to Celtics star and defending NBA champion Jayson Tatum.

“[He] finds time to do this but can’t find minutes for Tatum?” Portnoy wrote on X about Kerr’s appearance at the DNC. “Nice priorities loser.” The convention is held over four days at Chicago’s United Center, where Kerr won four NBA Championships during a lengthy playing career.

Kerr has an extensive history with the American international setup, winning the FIBA World Championship in 1986 and also securing the gold medal in Tokyo three years ago as an assistant coach.

The Warriors boss led the Americans into the 2023 FIBA World Cup but finished fourth with a roster that included Tyrese Haliburton, Anthony Edwards and Brandon Ingram, among other NBA stars.

Team USA attracted one of the most talented Olympic rosters of all time this summer in Paris, headlined by LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant, with Democratic nominee Kamala Harris and former President Barack Obama visiting the team during training camp. Harris was born and raised in the Bay Area, naturally becoming a devoted Warriors fan, and Kerr reciprocated the support of the sitting vice president.

“[It’s] a very interesting time for our country for sure and the fact that President Biden gave that endorsement and Vice President Harris is trying to bring her energy to this campaign,” Kerr said in July.

“And hopefully, if she’s on the ticket, winning the election. It’s a big deal to say the least. She represents the Bay Area. She’s been a big supporter of us and so I want to give that energy right back to her.” Kerr added that Harris “is a great candidate and I will support her.”

After Michael Jordan, $8.1 Billion Worth Co. Prepares Successive Plan for Caitlin Clark

“It feels surreal,” Caitlin Clark expressed when her partnership with Amer’s got her a signature ball collection. And now, when Clark has come so far in the WNBA, breaking rookie assists record, she has been gifted with another collaboration with a $8.1 billion company that might just give us hints about the NBA legend Michael Jordan‘s successor.

Though not many details of it are out, Clark hooting on seeing her exquisite line of products has left the fans curious.

Amer’s child company, Wilson, dropped a new hype-up showing Clark on her way to inaugurate another Wilson product on Monday. Clark, in the video, dropped by Wilson on their social media networking site Instagram’s official channel, can be seen wearing a white top with black pants and going to a stage to get a glimpse of what could potentially be her latest ball.

But as she opened the box, there wasn’t any glimpse of the ball. The noteworthy thing is that one of the finest women’s basketball players hooted at seeing the product. “We know you’re thinking: “What’s in that box?” Check back 8/20 to find out! 👀,” is the caption on the post.

A lot of fans feel that this might be the end of the Jordan-Wilson era since Clark is the only balling athlete apart from the 61-year-old to have her line of products with Wilson. Even when signing the multi-year deal with Wilson in May, Clark had expressed her happiness since it was a full circle moment for her. During her childhood, Clark used to play with Wilson basketball in her driveway, trying to develop her threes which later on went on to become her signature shot.

After inking the agreement, Clark recollected how she would fight with her brothers to get a hold of the Wilson ball. She revealed that the designs were so “cool” that budding athletes who will have their hands on the ball will love to take it with them to practices or play in their driveway as Clark used to. And with her latest move, it looks like Jordan’s deal with Wilson was a thing of the past when it was decades ago in 1984 shortly after he emerged into the league. The former NCAA Queen had also released her basketball collection in July.

Caitlin Clark released her ball collection with Wilson earlier this year

Clark released the ‘Caitlin Clark EVO NXT 3951 Game Basketball’ in July which has four different balls ranging from $25 to $100. There is a special note on Wilson’s logo that Clark wrote as a child- “Get a basketball scholarship. Play in the WNBA.” This subtly gives away a hint to the young generation of hoopers to fulfill their dream much like how Clark has done.

Clark who closely followed up with the design process was extremely happy seeing the product in different designs and colors. Apart from stating that the moment was surreal and probably pinching her into reality, Clark also enunciated that she “hope(s) it inspires the next generation of boys and girls to pick up a ball and play.”

Much like fans, we are also waiting for Wilson to drop the product soon and share it with their social media followers. As for Clark, she can continue her dominating spree in the WNBA and impact the sport much like how Jordan did during his time.

  • Steve Kerr Fulfils Steph Curry’s Promise To Kamala Harris At DNC Convention: “Tell Donald Trump”

Steve Kerr Fulfils Steph Curry’s Promise To Kamala Harris At DNC Convention: “Tell Donald Trump”

Steve Kerr was sure to bring out ‘the Steph Curry reference’ at the 2024 Democratic National Convention, which began on Monday. As the country gears up for the Presidential race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, the bigwigs of the Democratic Party are expected to speak on the opening night of the DNC. But before that, we have the Warriors‘ mastermind with an important public message to America.

Speaking at the convention, the 9x NBA Champion had a rousing oration addressing the Democrats. Before ending his speech, Steve Kerr channelized his inner Steph Curry and brought out the ‘Night Night’ celebration on the stage, after saying, “After the results are tallied that night, we can, in the words of the great Steph Curry, we can tell Donald Trump “Night, Night.”

This isn’t the first time Steve Kerr joined hands with Kamala Harris. A few months ago, the Warrior got on a call with students alongside the Democrats’ Presidential candidate and spoke about gun violence and also warned them about the possible dangers of re-electing Donald Trump, on his second term, as per The Hill.

Moreover, it’s not just Steve Kerr’s individual support to Kamala Harris, but a collective cheer from the Warriors family. Notably, ahead of the Paris Olympics, Stephen Curry addressed the press and declared the Dubs’ unwavering support to Harris.

The Baby-faced Assassin said, “Very interesting time for our country, for sure. The fact that President Biden gave that endorsement, Vice President Harris, is trying to bring her energy to this campaign. And hopefully, if she’s on the ticket winning the election, it’s a big deal, to say the least.”

“She represents the Bay Area. She’s been a great supporter for us. So we want to give that energy right back to her.” That statement would then bring an obvious question to one’s mind.

What’s Steph Curry and the Warriors’ stand on Donald Trump?

Golden State Warriors have made it clear for a long time. If not for the entire team, Steph Curry, individually has clarified it to the world. Moreover, he was the important factor behind the Dubs’ refusal to meet the then-president after winning the NBA championship in 2017 and 2018. After the 2017 Finals, LeBron James took to his X handle and dropped a post, sharing Curry’s stance on visiting the White House after winning the Championship. Bron wrote, “U bum @StephenCurry30 already said he ain’t going! So therefore ain’t no invite. Going to the White House was a great honor until you showed up!”

    via Reuters

In the following year, Steph Curry picked up the mic again ahead of the 2018 Finals, reiterated his stance, and decided not to visit the White House again until Donald Trump left the office. Things then got even more obvious because after winning the 2022 NBA Finals, the Warriors roster visited the White House and met POTUS Joe Biden, kick-starting the tradition once again.
