NBA Fans Are Losing Their Mind After Seeing Jaylen Brown Take His Offseason Training to New Depths With Crazy Underwater Workouts

After an impressive season with the Boston Celtics, leading the team to win their 18th NBA title and earning Finals MVP honors, Jaylen Brown is showing no signs of slowing down. Although he didn’t make the cut for Team USA’s roster this year, Brown has found a new way to stay motivated and keep his edge.

Recently, while vacationing in Manama, Bahrain, Brown shared 14 photos on Instagram that quickly went viral. The Celtics star was seen engaging in intense underwater exercises that left fans both surprised and impressed.

Brown is seen in several photos completely submerged underwater. One photo shows him holding a dumbbell in his right hand and a weighted medicine ball in his left.

The images captured the sheer difficulty of his workout, as the resistance of the water added a new level of intensity to his routine. Another photo shows Brown holding himself upside down, pressing two dumbbells against the pool floor.

This isn’t the first time Brown has made waves with his unconventional workouts. Back in 2022, he grabbed attention with a video showcasing his underwater training during the offseason. The video featured him performing some exercises while holding dumbbells underwater.

Fans Weigh on Jaylen Brown’s Intense Underwater Workouts

Jaylen Brown has always been known for his dedication to staying in top shape, but his recent workout routine has truly caught the attention of NBA fans. The unusual approach is part of Brown’s strategy to maintain peak physical condition and keep improving his game.

Fans were quick to react, flooding the comment section with admiration for Brown’s innovative training methods. Many expressed their awe at the intensity of his workouts, praising him for going above and beyond to stay fit.

However, not all comments were purely supportive. Some fans took the opportunity to poke fun at Brown, suggesting that his snub from the Team USA roster might be fueling his intense training sessions.

Jaylen Brown Sends The Internet Into A Frenzy After Announcing His Debut Rap Song ‘Just Do It’ Featuring A$AP Ferg

The last three months have been highly eventful for Boston Celtics star forward Jaylen Brown. Despite winning his first-ever NBA championship and NBA Finals MVP award, he was snubbed from Team USA’s roster after Kawhi Leonard’s withdrawal from the Paris Olympics 2024. However, the 27-year-old has made headlines with his recent partnership, setting social media abuzz.

While the three-time NBA All-Star is currently focused on training for the Celtics’ title defense in the 2024-25 season, he found time to invest in another interest from his busy schedule. The Celtics forward recently announced the release of his debut song, featuring New York-based rapper A$AP Ferg.

The track will be dropped on Friday, August 23, 2024, and fans have taken to social media to react to Brown’s latest update. OnThinIce posted a picture of Jaylen Brown lifting his 2024 NBA Finals MVP trophy. The post shared on X (formerly Twitter) mentioned a collaboration between Brown and Ferg and a release date of August 23.

The picture looked like a poster for a music album or song with a warning label. The song is reportedly named ‘Just Do It.’ Soon, Brown reposted it on his X handle, announcing his music debut.

Social Media Reacts To Jaylen Brown And A$AP Ferg Partnership

As soon as Brown reposted the tweet to his X handle, the social media users flooded the platform with hilarious reactions. Many users noticed the name of the song and linked it with Nike. Considering Brown’s history with the sportswear brand, fans expect a diss track against them.

Brown was snubbed from the Team USA squad selection for the Paris Olympics 2024. After Clippers star Kawhi Leonard left the team, Brown emerged as the favorite to replace him. However, USA Basketball passed on Brown, who later claimed he was not surprised by the decision.

The Celtics forward has been a persistent critic of Nike, believing that the sportswear brand could have influenced his national team selection. Strikingly, his debut song, ‘Just Do It,’ is Nike’s popular tagline. However, it will only be clear after the release whether Brown aimed shots at the sports brand.

Isaiah Thomas Believes Chicago Bulls Could Have Won NBA Championships Without Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan, widely regarded as the greatest player of all time, entertained fans with stellar skills in his 15 seasons career. The legendary player, who was recently compared to LeBron James by a former NBA player, was a crucial part of the Chicago Bulls’ success during his professional career. However, Isiah Thomas isn’t satisfied with Jordan’s legacy

In a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter), a fan praised the Bulls legend Jordan by pointing out that the Bulls had never won an NBA championship without him. The fan also stated that Jerry Krause, the general manager of the Chicago Bulls from 1985 to 2003, was not great.

In response, Thomas argued that Scottie Pippen and Toni Kukoc were excellent players at the time and might have been able to win one or two championships, but definitely not six. Therefore, he disagreed with the fan’s statement.

I’m sorry. Lucking into the Greatest Player in American sports history because Portland’s FO was delusional doesn’t make Krause great. Sure. He did a good job. But without Michael Jordan. The Bulls have zero titles in their history. Fan wrote.

I disagree Pipin and Kokoc were good enough at that time to win one maybe 2 definitely not 6. Thomas replied.

Jordan led the Bulls to six NBA championships. He was named the NBA’s MVP five times and was also named Defensive Player of the Year in 1988. However, Thomas continues to credit the Bulls’ general manager as the person more responsible for the team’s success than Jordan.

Thomas Attributes The Bulls’ Success More To The General Manager Than To Jordan

Jerry Krause led the Bulls to six NBA championships between 1991 and 1998, with Jordan as the critical player. He was voted NBA Executive of the Year in 1988 and 1996. Thomas noted that Krause’s contributions to the Bulls’ success were crucial and that the team would not have won titles without him.

“This is a bold statement coming: The Chicago Bulls never win a Championship without Jerry Krause. Let it be known.” Thomas replied to another fan who claimed that Krause was as important to the 90s Bulls as Jackson and Jordan.

Thomas believes that personal animosities should not overshadow Krause’s contributions to the Bulls’ success and that his legacy should be honored and remembered.

The Indiana Fever are in the midst of a dream season despite them still being under .500.

    We’ll get back to that.

On Sunday, the Fever were home at Gainbridge Fieldhouse to face off against the Seattle Storm for the fourth time. The Fever had lost the three previous games.

That would not be the case on Sunday.

Just before the two teams kicked off their final matchup, the Indiana Fever had some fun with their fans by posing several of them on their version of a kiss cam.

This was an unlikely kiss cam since the fans put on the jumbotron would have their faces put on a Snapchat filter, making their entire facial structure change to a funny face.

Every person who put that Snapchat filter on had a great reaction. They really had no choice but to comply as they looked up to see themselves.

Fans online absolutely loved that the Indiana Fever did this to their fans:

The Indiana Fever would soon come out on the court and make their fan base even happier as rookie phenom Caitlin Clark broke the WNBA rookie assist record and helped the team to a blowout victory.

The Indiana Fever Can Go from Worst To The Playoffs Thanks To Caitlin Clark

The Indiana Fever has a chance to get back to the postseason for the first time since 2016.

The Fever are currently 13-15 and sit in 7th place in the league.

This record already equals their win total from 2023 and has already eclipsed the win totals from the 2022, 2021 and 2020 seasons, per Basketball Reference.

Before Caitlin Clark arrived, the Indiana Fever were the worst team in the league, as they had back-to-back number-one overall picks.

Now, the team is suddenly a threat to go far in the postseason should they continue trending in the right direction.

The 3-on-3 association, launched by Breanna Stewart of the New York Liberty and Napheesa Collier of the Minnesota Lynx, will host games during the WNBA’s offseason and has snagged some very notable names, including Reese.

Clark, however, has insisted that she’s focused on her WNBA career and her goals with the Indiana Fever for now.

“Honestly, I’m just focused on this right now,” she told reporters on Tuesday. “One thing at a time. Can’t always just be moving on to the next. My focus is right here.”

Unrivaled Will Have To Wait On Caitlin Clark

Collier disclosed that at least four WNBA rookies will play in her new league. Given the popularity boost experienced by the WNBA, it would be great to have both Clark and Reese there, but the former Iowa star might take some time with her decision.

Angel Reese Surprised Everyone With Her Response To Question About Playing On The Same Team As Arch-Rival Caitlin Clark

In the meantime, they have signed UConn’s Paige Bueckers, projected to be the No. 1 overall pick in 2025, securing her involvement through an NIL deal.

Unrivaled was launched as an avenue for WNBA players to earn money during the offseason without going overseas. While it has not announced a salary structure, it is expected to pay the most money in women’s sports.

Also, the first 30 players to join will get an equity stake.

The plan is for ‘Unrivaled’ to have six teams playing an eight-week season, including a playoffs and a final. Each of the teams will have a head coach and an assistant coach.

There are also plans to host a one-on-one single-elimination tournament next February.

The game did not go off without its fair share of controversy.

The biggest headline from the game was Caitlin Clark breaking the WNBA rookie assist record, but it would become a footnote to what happened to her in the third quarter.

Clark picked up her fifth technical foul on the season after the Indiana Fever star let her frustrations boil over when she struck the backboard after missing 3 in Sunday’s game vs. Seattle.

After the game, Caitlin Clark spoke to reporters and stated that the ref who gave her the technical foul had some harsh words for her.

“I got a technical for basically being mad at myself because I missed a 3, and then I went and hit the backboard, and he told me it was disrespectful to the game of basketball,” Clark said after Indiana’s 92-75 win over the Storm on Sunday, per Indy Star. It reminded me of the technical I got in college, where I said ‘damn it,’ where it’s like a personal frustration. Had nothing to do with my team, had nothing to do with the reffing, had nothing to do with the other team. It’s just because I’m a competitor, and I felt like I should have been making more shots, so…

Caitlin Clark reveals referee assessed technical foul for 'disrespecting the game of basketball' vs. Storm - On3

“But I think he fired me up to continue to play a lot harder. I thought we got a lot better after that. I want to thank him for that. But overall, I thought once we got to that media timeout around 5 minutes in the third quarter, I thought we all kind of took a breath. It was all chaos there for 2 ½ minutes. I think I could have done a better job of regaining my cool, but that’s like the fire and passion that just gets me going, it’s just finding a way to channel that, use that, and I think I did a real good job of that at the end of the third quarter, the start of the fourth quarter.”

Clark, who leads the WNBA in assists at 8.3 per game, had 9 on Sunday and passed Ticha Penicheiro’s previous rookie record of 224 which was set in 1998.

Indiana, seventh in the WNBA standings, is now 13-15 on the year.

Caitlin Clark Facing One Game Suspension

In WNBA debut, Caitlin Clark showed how much of a game-changer she can be

Caitlin Clark might be the Draymond Green of the WNBA, just without the unnecessary violence, and she can actually shoot the basketball.

Indiana Fever has always been known as a fiery player, and this has gotten her in trouble with the refs many times.

On Sunday, her team may have won, but she also received her fifth technical of the year.

Two more technical fouls, and she will trigger an automatic one-game suspension.

That would come at a bad time, as the team is in the thick of things trying to make the playoffs.

Former Chicago Sky guard Kysre Gondrezick recently posted a few photos of her “Life Lately” on social media.

Gondrezick looked stunning as she posed in a purple plunging mini dress while celebrating her birthday at a dinner set in a wine room with blue and red balloons.

Gondrezick shared a photo of her hand with Chanel bracelets beside a man’s arm in those other pictures.

That post was then followed by a picture of her eating cake, with a photo of Jaylen Brown on the frosting.

If that wasn’t good enough, Kysre Gondrezick’s pers also jumped in the comments to confirm their relationship with their comments.

Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese commented, “We love our J’s,” with a blushing face emoji and a hand over the mouth.

Reese, the No. 7 overall pick in this year’s WNBA draft, and Gondrezick became close quickly when the Sky signed her this year.

Just last month, Reese, Gondrezick, and Brown sat courtside together at an NBA Summer League game between the Celtics and the Lakers in Las Vegas.

The month before that, Kysre Gondrezick was with Brown at the Celtics’ championship parade and sat on the team bus.

Kysre Gondrezick Is Happy To Be Out of The Tumultuous Relationship With Kevin Porter Jr.

Kysre Gondrezick is a happy woman, especially after what happened to her in a previous relationship.

Earlier this year, former Houston Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. reached a plea agreement in the assault of his former girlfriend and WNBA player Kysre Gondrezick.

He pled guilty to reckless assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.

Porter was facing felony assault and strangulation after allegedly striking his Gondrezick “repeatedly about the face with a closed fist, causing a laceration above her right eye and bruising and substantial pain to her face” at a Manhattan hotel.

Gondrezick initially tried to save him but ultimately backed off from the relationship and moved on.

It somewhat has to do with sports as well as divorce.

The Angel Reese effect has not touched LeBron James as well as Jennifr Lopez.

You may be asking why these three are connected. Well, that has to do with the most insane graphic ever created.

“Basketball Forever” took a picture from the 2023 national title game between LSU and Iowa where Angel Reese could be seen taunting Caitlin Clark at the end of the fourth quarter and photoshopped Jennifer Lopez as Reese while touching her ring finger.

In the picture, Lopez is taunting LeBron James as he looks away from her.

The whole point of the post was to mention that Jennifer Lopez was divorcing Ben Affleck and could now test free agency in hopes of pursuing her fifth ring.

The title of the post is “Race To 5 Rings.”

Here is how social media reacted:

James has four rings, while Lopez has been married four times, her most recent marriage being with Ben Affleck.

They are both looking for that fifth ring before hanging it up forever.

LeBron James Previously Dropped Truth Bomb About Caitlin Clark

Caitlin Clark’s legacy continues to grow with each passing game in the WNBA.

Along the way, she gained millions of new fans and a ton of new haters.

LeBron James previously praised Clark when he called out haters if they don’t actually watch her play the game.

“If you don’t rock with Caitlin Clark game you’re just a FLAT OUT HATER!!!!! Stay far away from them people!! PLEASE,” James wrote in an X post in April.

US Open Draw: Novak Djokovic’s Sheer ‘Luck’ Stuns Tennis Fans as Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner Receive Sympathies

Novak Djokovic is once again the name on everyone’s lips as the US Open draws near. After his triumphant run at the Paris Olympics, the tennis legend is eyeing his 25th Grand Slam title at Flushing Meadows. With the kind of form he’s in, you’d think he’s ready to take on anyone—but the draw seems to be easing his path this time around. And while that might sound like a dream scenario for Djokovic, it’s stirred up quite a bit of chatter among fans.

Djokovic will be facing one of the players from the qualifiers in the first round. Going ahead, he will face the likes of Jan-Lennard Struff and Alexei Popyrin in the tournament. Remember, all these players are ranked much lower than the 24-time Grand Slam champion in the ATP ranking, which would give him an edge in the tournament. This seems to have created some sort of unhappiness amongst the tennis enthusiasts.

Taking to X, several fans expressed their disappointment over the easy draw that Nole will be subjected to this year. Fans believe that for a player of his stature, the matches could have been difficult as otherwise, he would have an easy run for the finals. Many responded to the post from the official account of the US Open and critiqued the planning.
