In a new interview on the Jan. 13 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the “Gin and Juice” rapper, 53, opened up about meeting the 82-year-old Beatle — and while they didn’t smoke weed together, there was lots of mutual respect.

“He wanted to meet me. That was crazy! I was like, ‘I want to meet Paul McCartney,’” said Snoop. “They was like, ‘Sir Paul would like to meet you.’ I’m like, ‘For real?’ Bring him over here!”

Upon meeting, they had a conversation about each other’s work. “It was about just respect and love, and he really knew who I was musically. That blew my mind,” recalled the Death Row Records owner. “Like, I’m telling him about all the records I like from him, but then he telling me about who I am and how he liked me. Elsewhere in the interview, the California native spoke about the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires, which have damaged thousands of structures and left 24 people dead since Jan. 7.

Snoop revealed he’s cooking up ideas for a potential performance to help those affected: “There was talks about concerts to raise money for the victims and the people that have lost in this situation.”

“So, I think that’s more of the angle that I would be leaning toward, to do a concert and not be paid and take my proceeds and the proceeds from the tickets and make sure the people got something,” he added.

In the meantime, he’s accepting items for donation at his Snoop Dogg’s Clothing store in California’s Inglewood neighborhood, where his team will distribute everything to people in need.

Woman Scammed into Believing She Was Dating Brad Pitt Divorced Her Husband, Transferred Over $800,000

The French woman said she was initially contacted by a scammer claiming to be Pitt’s mother

A French woman was swindled out of over $800,000 by scammers posing as Brad Pitt who made her believe she was dating him and that he needed help paying for medical care.

U.K. paper The Times and French outlets AFP and BFM TV reported that the woman, identified only as Anne, spoke to French television outlet TF1, which has since removed the interview from its website after a flood of online ridicule sparked by the report.

Anne reportedly told the French station that she was first contacted online by someone claiming to be Pitt’s mother saying, “It’s a woman like you that my son needs,” The Times reported.

Despite expressing skepticism, the woman kept in contact before being messaged by someone posing as the actor.

“At first I said to myself that it was fake, that it’s ridiculous,” Anne told TF1, according to BFM TV. “But I’m not used to social media and I didn’t really understand what was happening to me.”

The woman first sent nearly €10,000 when the fake account said it needed her to pay customs tariffs so she could receive gifts he claimed to have sent her, according to the reported interview with the woman.

“There are so few men who write you this kind of thing,” Anne said, according to the report from BFM TV. “I liked the man I was talking to. He knew how to talk to women, it was always very well done.”

After reportedly telling the scammer that she had recently divorced her husband, Anne sent almost all of her €775,000 divorce settlement — about $798,000 — after the fake Pitt said he had developed kidney cancer and needed a loan because his bank accounts were locked as a result of his ongoing divorce proceedings with Angelina Jolie.

BFM TV reported that the woman was sent AI-generated images of Pitt’s face over men in hospital beds.

When Anne read that Pitt was in a relationship with Ines De Ramon, the scammers reportedly sent something denying the reports. Eventually, The Times reported, Anne told TF1 that she read more about Pitt and De Ramon and accepted that she had been scammed.

Anne has since filed a lawsuit and a police inquiry has been opened, the outlets reported.

TF1 has since removed the interview, with The Times reporting that the outlet did so to protect her from a “wave of harassment” she has received online.

Justin Timberlake can’t stop the wheeling.

The “Mirrors” singer took part in a “bike bus” with Sam Balto, the co-founder of Bike Bus and other bikers in Portland, Ore. for a ride on a rainy day.

“BIKE BUS! Thank you @coachbalto for letting me and @thetnkids join your morning ride yesterday,” the Instagram Reel from Monday, Jan. 13 read. “You’re bringing joy to a lot of people out here 🫶🏻 @bikebusworld”

Timberlake, 43, was joined by his tour family for the ride, which had dozens of children and adults participating. In the clip, Balto mentioned that the Bike Bus takes place “rain or shine.”

Balto, in turn, thanked Timberlake for participating in the eco-friendly initiative. “Thank you @justintimberlake & @thetnkids for joining the #BikeBus in Portland!!! The bike bus movement is on a mission to get more children & families biking to school! Learn more at BikeBusWorld.org @bikebusworld.”

A TikTok Balto posted gave another look at the Portland Bike Bus, where “Can’t Stop The Feeling” played while participants biked and the community lined the streets in support. In the caption, he shouted out those who packed the “absolutely incredible day with so much joy & excitement.”

Timberlake was initially invited to participate in a Bike Bus event in October and was able to join on Sunday, Jan. 12, as per Portland’s CBS affiliate station KOIN.

He spoke about his Bike Bus experience during his Jan. 13 Portland concert, saying he had the “privilege” to join Balto and his team.

“What you’re doing here in your local community [is] inspiring people, doing good things, inspiring young minds,” he told the Forget Tomorrow World Tour crowd, before adding: “Let’s do it again.”

Bike Bus is “on a mission to transform the wellbeing of children, communities, and our climate, through biking together to school,” as per their website.

“Our organization helps communities launch their own Bike Buses to school. We do this by providing organizers with the tools and guidance to create bike buses, helping them advocate for active transportation infrastructure and policy, as well as securing funding both locally and nationally.”

Balto told PEOPLE in 2024 about Bike Bus, explaining that he started it on Earth Day in 2022. “It was a way to get my students active, reduce car trips of students being driven to the school and have fun on bikes.”

The 43-year-old said he is canceling another show on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour due to an injury.

“I’m so sorry Oklahoma City…I have to cancel the show on 12/2,” Timberlake wrote on his Instagram Stories Nov. 30. “I hurt my back in NOLA and my doctors have instructed me to rest a little bit longer.”

The “Cry Me a River” singer, who is on a weeklong hiatus from his tour after last performing Nov. 25 in New Orleans, added, “Thank you for your support—ya’ll know I hate doing this.”

Timberlake began his tour in April and has so far canceled one other concert—that was originally scheduled to take place in Columbia, S.C. in June—and postponed several dates.

One of them, a Newark, New Jersey show, was pushed back a week in October due to what he described as “an injury that is preventing me from performing,” while a few more from the fall were later moved to February after Timberlake contracted bronchitis and laryngitis.

Justin Timberlake Shares Update Days After Suffering Injury and Canceling Show

Timberlake’s tour did not, however, appear to be affected by his highly publicized arrest this past June. The singer was detained on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Long Island, New York while he was on a previous weeklong break from performing and returned to the stage, in Chicago, days after he was released from policy custody.

“We’ve been together through ups and downs and lefts and rights, and it’s been a tough week,” Timberlake told the crowd at United Center June 21, “but you’re here, and I’m here, and nothing can change this moment right now.”

The Grammy winner continued, “I know sometimes I’m hard to love, but you keep on loving me and I love you right back. Thank you so much.”

The “Suit & Tie” singer later pleaded guilty to a non-criminal traffic violation after reaching a plea deal and agreed to pay a minimal fine and complete 25 to 40 hours of community service.

During his tour, which is set to continue through July 2025, Timberlake’s family, wife Jessica Biel and their sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4, have cheered him on at several shows.

“It’s also a very special evening for me,” the “Can’t Stop This Feeling” singer told the crowd at the Bell Centre in Montreal as the 7th Heaven alum watched him from near the stage. “My wife is here tonight. And tonight is our 12-year anniversary.”

After blowing her a kiss, Timberlake continued, “So be nice to her, Montreal, because she’s sharing me with all of you guys tonight.”

He later put his hand on his heart and told his wife, “I love you, baby.”
