The “Mirrors” singer, 43, was in police custody in the Long Island, New York, town as of Tuesday morning, a representative for the Sag Harbor Police Department told PEOPLE, before ultimately being arraigned and released.

The police released a statement later Tuesday detailing Timberlake’s charges and conduct at the time of the incident, including that he refused a breathalyzer test and claimed he’d only had one martini. A source told PEOPLE that the multi-hyphenate was arrested on the DWI charges after hanging out at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor.

Justin Timberlake’s mugshot for his DWI arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, has been released, hours after the *NSYNC alum was arraigned and let out of police custody.

As PEOPLE has reported, Timberlake was arrested in the early morning hours of June 18 on DWI charges in the Hamptons village. He was pulled over after failing to stop at a stop sign.

Justin Timberlake “performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests” during his June 18 arrest in Sag Harbor, New York, according to the police report obtained by PEOPLE.

In the report, the arresting officer claims that Timberlake’s “eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divid attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot.”

Per the report, Timberlake claimed to the arresting office that he’d only had “one martini” and then refused a breathalyzer test.

The Sag Harbor Village Police Department has shared details of singer Justin Timberlake’s Long Island arrest on June 18.

Timberlake, driving a 2025 BMW, failed to stop at a stop sign, and was pulled over by a police officer.

“Upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition,” a press release from the police department said. “Mr. Timberlake was placed under arrest, processed, and held overnight for morning arraignment. Mr. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM where he was released on his own recognizance.”

Jessica Biel was working in New York City the day before her husband was arrested. Biel, 42, was filming her new Prime Video series, The Better Sister, with Elizabeth Banks in Central Park.

In the thriller series, Banks and Biel star as sisters. It’s based on Alafair Burke’s novel of the same name, and follows as the sisters are brought together when Chloe’s “handsome lawyer husband” Adam is “brutally murdered,” and “the prime suspect sends shockwaves through the family, laying bare long-buried secrets,” per the official synopsis.

Justin Timberlake was dressed casually, and shielded his face with sunglasses and a hat as he left the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on Tuesday following his arrest and arraignment on DWI charges.

The 43-year-old won’t be due back to the courthouse until July.

A source tells PEOPLE Timberlake was accompanied by an attorney and two other individuals. He was handcuffed in court “with his hands in front of him” and wore “a black bowling shirt, light jeans and white and baby blue Air Force 1s” during the appearance at a Sag Harbor courthouse. His cuffs were removed after the arraignment.

A source tells PEOPLE that Justin Timberlake was leaving dinner at the popular American Hotel in Sag Harbor when he was pulled over by police. Timberlake was heading to a friend’s house at the time.

The insider notes that “nobody was hurt” in the incident.

Fans were looking right at the other half of Justin Timberlake after a stage malfunction during one of his concerts drew too much attention below the belt.

The Grammy-winning singer, who’s currently on his best-selling Forget Tomorrow World Tour, went about business as usual while performing at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Dec. 12. However, a wardrobe malfunction involving a tight-fitted harness has been going viral.

A TikTok video filmed by a concert goer showed Timberlake, 43, trying to situate himself in the harness and fans we all abuzz about how it seemed to accidentally highlight his groin.

In the clip, Timberlake can be seen pulling at the bottom of his shirt in order to cover the area.

The harness is used for his performance of “Mirrors,” during which he sings over the crowd on a suspended platform.

The comment section of the video, which has reached 5.5 million views as of writing, included a few quips comparing Timberlake’s mishap to a malfunction Chris Brown had during one his 11:11 Tour shows in Canada this past summer.

Comments referring to “Chris brown in a harness” didn’t specify the incident, however Daily Mail reported on an accident that highlighted Brown’s “manhood” while The Hollywood Reporter shared a video of the singer stuck in the air mid-concert.

Timberlake hasn’t yet commented on the malfunction or the video.

The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which is anticipated to be one of the bestselling tours of the year, kicked off in April. Timberlake announced the news on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in January after releasing his single “Selfish.” He released his sixth studio album Everything I Thought I Was on March 15.

In October, Timberlake postponed tour dates from Oct. 23 to Nov. 2 following a diagnosis with bronchitis and laryngitis. He then canceled the Dec. 2 show in New Orleans due to an ongoing back injury.

Wearing a black and white checked Chanel tweed coat, a black romper with a chain pearl belt and knee-high boots, Taylor was spotted arriving at the venue with her mom, Andrea Swift, who has become one of her most frequent companions at the NFL star’s games since the Grammy winner began dating him in summer 2023.

Since ending her epic Eras Tour in Vancouver Dec. 8, the Grammy winner has been staying pretty low-key. That being said, Taylor had taken to Instagram following the tour’s grand finale to commemorate the impressive 2-year run.

“It was rare,” she wrote, referencing her song “All Too Well,” in the caption of the Dec. 11 Instagram post. “I was there. I remember it.”

Something else worth remembering is the couple’s last outing when they were spotted celebrating the holiday season together in style. Indeed, the pair stepped out for date night in New York City Dec. 28 in outfits that were burnin’ red.

Travis, 35, wore red jeans with a matching denim jacket. Alongside the monochrome ensemble he wore black Timberlands, a white T-shirt and a trucker hat.

Patrick Beverley Blasts “Soft A**” Brandon Jennings For Calling Jayson Tatum The ‘Softest Celtics Superstar’

Jayson Tatum has achieved numerous accolades, but an NBA Finals MVP award remains elusive in his nearly one-decade career with the Boston Celtics. While Tatum’s lack of this honor has already sparked discussions, former NBA star Brandon Jennings fueled the debate.

The former player labeled the Celtics star “soft” for not clinching the Finals MVP last season. Jennings once again criticized Tatum during a stream. He claimed that Tatum’s jersey shouldn’t be hung on the wall until he wins a Finals MVP.

Jennings’ remark quickly caught the attention of the basketball community and led to a fiery defense from Patrick Beverley on The Pat Bev Podcast. Beverley strongly disagreed with Jennings’ criticism, praising Tatum’s skill and toughness.

“Just because he’s not yelling and you can see his tattoos, don’t mean he’s soft. He’s skilled as f***. I think he’s talented as f***. He has a ton of size, he has won a championship. They might be one of the winningest organizations probably the last four years. No, I’m not rolling with that,” Beverley said.

“That’s a bad take. He doesn’t look like the normal tough guy doesn’t mean he’s not tough. He gets it done. When I guarded Brandon Jennings, I was like, ‘Yeah, soft a**,’” he added.

Jayson Tatum Fires Back At Critics After Leading Celtics To Victory

Jayson Tatum’s stellar performance led the Boston Celtics to a commanding 121-94 victory over the Orlando Magic on Friday. During the post-game press conference, Tatum was asked about the criticism he often faces, to which he gave a confident response.

“I don’t know; I guess I’m a big deal,” Tatum replied.

The star forward finished with 30 points, six rebounds, four assists, one block, and two steals in his 35 minutes of play. With his dominance, the Celtics improved to 29-12 in the season.
