Chiefs Veteran’s Strong Message on NFL Conspiracy for Patrick Mahomes & Co. as Texans Star Throws Referees Under the Bus

Chiefs Veteran’s Strong Message on NFL Conspiracy for Patrick Mahomes & Co. as Texans Star Throws Referees Under the Bus

In a straight-up banger of a game. The Kansas City Chiefs demolished the Houston Texans 34-20 in the wild-card round of the playoffs. Patrick Mahomes and Co. were straight-up on fire as always. Securing their place in the postseason and keeping those Super Bowl dreams alive. But, hold up, there’s more. The Chiefs can never seem to dodge the drama. Every time they ball out, the ‘NFL rigged it for them‘ conspiracy theories come flying. Especially with all the noise surrounding Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Seriously, you can’t even win a game without some conspiracy theories about it?

Well, Mitchell Schwartz, former Chiefs player and NFL vet, isn’t having it. He shut down those conspiracy theories with a tweet, saying, “People thought this stuff before Taylor Swift entered the picture. There’s just no universe where the NFL conspires to have Kansas City be the team that is the most successful.” Schwartz is out here defending not just the Chiefs but the whole integrity of the NFL, reminding everyone that these theories were around long before Swift and Kelce even made it official.

The conspiracy talk went into overdrive in 2023, with fans and analysts wondering if the NFL was pushing a whole storyline to make Kansas City the league’s top team. And when Swift and Kelce’s relationship hit the media, the noise only got louder. Swift’s presence at games brought in a ton of new fans, especially younger ones. It was basically the ‘Taylor Swift Effect.’ NFL commissioner Roger Goodell even said before Super Bowl LVIII, “We hear the stories, we see the data, people are talking about the game that weren’t talking about the game yesterday.” And man the numbers show it—Kelce’s jersey sales shot up 400%, and the Chiefs gained 200k new followers on Insta, even though they didn’t dive into the whole relationship drama.

Schwartz isn’t just out here defending the Chiefs; he’s sticking up for the whole game. The idea that the NFL would rig games for any team just doesn’t fly. The Chiefs’ success comes from straight-up talent, not some behind-the-scenes manipulation. Schwartz put it best when he said the Chiefs are winning because of Patrick Mahomes, Kelce, and the crew putting in that work. And look, just when everything seems fine. In 2023, the NFL posted about Swift 34 times, racking up 170 million impressions. Kelce’s jersey went crazy, and the Chiefs’ social media blew up. So, there is the ‘Taylor swift effect‘ to some extent.

But, even sites like Frontproof Media shot down the whole ‘NFL rigging‘ theory. They pointed out that while conspiracy theories are part of sports culture, there’s zero legit proof that the NFL plays favorites. With independent refs and oversight committees, every team’s got a fair shot.

Marca also gave Swift’s influence a shoutout, saying she helped boost the NFL’s profile, especially with young women, but they didn’t try to link that to any kind of bias. It’s just smart marketing. The Chiefs’ success isn’t some rigged storyline. It’s all earned through mad skills on the field, not some shady behind-the-scenes deal. At the end of the day, it’s about what happens on the field, not some conspiracy theory. But, the Texans players aren’t willing to believe that anytime soon.

Texans’ frustrations mount over referee calls vs Patrick Mahomes and Co

Before the game, Texans running back Joe Mixon didn’t hold back, saying, “Everybody knows how it is playing up here. You can never leave it into the refs hands. The whole world sees, man.” Pretty much calling out the fact that the refs playing a big role in how the game unfolded.

Will Anderson, the Texans DE, kept it real too, adding, “We knew it was going to be us versus the refs going into this game.” And honestly, it’s hard to argue when you look at the missed calls. Travis Kelce was straight-up forgotten by the refs, finishing the game with 7 catches, 117 yards, and a touchdown—like, come on, how do you let that happen? On top of that, Chris Jones got held a dozen times without a flag. And a penalty extended a Chiefs drive that should’ve been a 3-and-out.

But it wasn’t just the missed calls on Kansas City’s side. The Texans had their own struggles. They missed a field goal, an extra point, and had a field goal blocked. Meanwhile, the Chiefs defense was eating up the Texans offense in the fourth quarter, shutting them down when it mattered most. And let’s not forget the clear hold missed on the Texans’ offense that helped Patrick Mahomes and Co put up points.

At the end of the day, both teams had some sketchy calls going against them, but the Texans were left fuming, feeling like they were fighting both the Chiefs and the refs all game. Whether its bad calls or missed calls, it’s always part of the game—but it sure seemed to hurt the Texans more this time around.

Jennifer Lopez went from J.Lo to J.Low, Katy Perry was a fallen idol, and Justin Timberlake couldn’t bring his sexy back.

Here are the five worst songs of 2024, from a sad sequel to a hip-hop flop and a cringe collaboration. And for the best, go here.

For more from the Post, see the best and worst movies of the year — and the best and worst of TV.

    1. Jennifer Lopez, “Dear Ben, Pt. II”

    Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez’s “Dear Ben Pt. II” was the sequel that nobody but the former Mrs. Affleck wanted. FilmMagic
What a difference a year makes. J.Lo gushed all over then-husband Ben Affleck on “This Is Me … Now,” the disastrous sequel to 2002’s “This Is Me … Then,” which was also all about her “Gigli” co-star. There was even this sequel to “Dear Ben” that nobody but the former Mrs. Affleck wanted. It was more like “Dear God” — a sad sign that their marriage was doomed.

    2. Ice Spice, “Think U the S—t (Fart)”

    Ice Spice

“Think you the s—t, bitch?/You not even the fart,” raps Ice Spice on this single — from the Bronx MC’s debut album “Y2K!” — that tried so hard to be clever, but just ended up being crass. A total stinker, this turd of a tune goes straight down the toilet.

    3. Katy Perry, “Woman’s World”

    Katy Perry
Katy Perry’s female-empowerment anthem “Woman’s World” turned out to be a problematic misfire. David Fisher/Shutterstock for Global
After leaving “American Idol,” Perry seemed determined to remind us why she became a pop idol, but her “143” LP was nothing to “Roar” about. And she did herself no favors by releasing “Woman’s World” as the first single in July. What was meant to be a female-empowerment anthem turned out to be a problematic misfire co-written and co-produced by Dr. Luke — the same hitmaker who Kesha claimed had sexually and emotionally abused her. Talk about tone-deaf.

    4. Jason Derulo & Michael Bublé, “Spicy Margarita”

    Jason Derulo
Jason Derulo’s “Spicy Margarita” collaboration with Michael Bublé is the oddest of couplings. Getty Images for iHeartRadio
Derulo had gone nine long years without releasing an album before 2024’s “Nu King.” And the “Whatcha Say” singer collaborated with everyone from Nicki Minaj and French Montana to Adam Levine and Meghan Trainor in random desperation. But this duet with Bublé is probably the oddest of couplings: an EDM-pop interpolation of the Dean Martin classic “Sway” that has all of the flavor sucked out of it.

    5. Justin Timberlake, “Drown”

    Justin Timberlake

After his comeback single “Selfish” barely cracked the Top 20, “Drown” was a failed rescue attempt for “Everything I Thought It Was,” Timberlake’s first album since 2018. It wants to be another “Cry Me a River” or “What Goes Around … Comes Around,” but it’s a tired retread that couldn’t stop the sinking feeling for the once-surefire singer, whose LP flop was followed by a DWI arrest.

Brittany Mahomes isn’t going to miss the opportunity to cheer on her superstar husband — even less than one week after giving birth!

Just six days after welcoming their third child, Golden Raye Mahomes, 29-year-old Brittany returned to Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City — dressed in a gameday fit — as Patrick and the Chiefs hosted the Houston Texans for the divisional playoff game on Saturday, Jan. 18.

Brittany wore a cream-colored Chiefs belted coat with her husband’s No. 15 on the side pocket paired with red pants, and sported a custom blowout for the matchup, before which she didn’t miss her pre-game tradition of wishing her husband well before the game.

In a video shared on SportsCenter on X, Brittany could be seen telling Mahomes “love you,” as she gave him two quick kisses.

The couple announced the exciting news of Golden Raye’s birth on Instagram, sharing a black-and-white photo, on Sunday, Jan. 12.

In the photo, Brittany and Patrick can be seen holding their baby daughter’s feet above a wooden sign with her name.

“•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25🎀✨,” they wrote in the caption of their joint post.

The couple’s newest addition will join daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 2.

Patrick returned to business as usual with the Chiefs shortly after Brittany gave birth, though he said she let him watch the wild card round games in the hospital before Golden’s arrival.

On Tuesday, Jan. 14, the quarterback spoke to reporters during a press conference where he was asked if there’s potential for a fourth Mahomes baby.

“I’m good with three for right now,” he responded. “We’ll see down the line, maybe,” he continued. “But my goal was always three. So we’ve had three. And we’ll stick there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another one later on.”

  • Metallica, Bon Jovi, and Queen: The Unstoppable Forces That Shaped Rock Forever

Metallica, Bon Jovi, and Queen: The Unstoppable Forces That Shaped Rock Forever

Metallica, Bon Jovi, and Queen: The Unstoppable Forces That Shaped Rock Forever

In the grand, electrifying universe of rock, three names stand out as monumental forces that not only shaped music but transcended generations: Metallica, Bon Jovi, and Queen. Each of these iconic bands carved a unique legacy, leaving behind a trail of legendary riffs, unforgettable anthems, and stories that continue to captivate the world. But what is it about these titans of rock that has kept their names etched in history, decades after their rise to fame?

For Metallica, it’s all about raw power and defiance. Emerging from the underground thrash metal scene of the 1980s, Metallica brought unparalleled aggression and complexity to heavy music. Albums like Master of Puppets and The Black Album didn’t just redefine metal—they revolutionized the genre. Their intricate solos, relentless energy, and unapologetic authenticity struck a chord with millions. Metallica’s music isn’t just heard; it’s felt, a sonic assault that resonates deep in the soul of every metalhead. Whether it’s the blistering speed of “Battery” or the haunting melody of “Nothing Else Matters,” Metallica proves that even the heaviest sounds can be laced with emotion.

Metallica, Bon Jovi + KISS Make Forbes' Highest Paid Celebs List

And then there’s Bon Jovi, the undisputed kings of arena rock. Where Metallica brings intensity, Bon Jovi brings heart. Their music is an anthem for life itself—uplifting, hopeful, and always relatable. Who hasn’t belted out “Livin’ on a Prayer” at full volume or felt inspired by the defiant roar of “It’s My Life”? Bon Jovi’s magic lies in their ability to tell universal stories through unforgettable melodies. They are the soundtrack to countless road trips, first loves, and moments of triumph. Decades later, their hits remain timeless, a testament to their mastery of connecting with listeners on a deeply personal level.

But if Metallica is raw power and Bon Jovi is heart, Queen is pure, unbridled genius. Led by the incomparable Freddie Mercury, Queen didn’t just make music—they created anthems that defy definition. “Bohemian Rhapsody” isn’t a song; it’s an experience, a six-minute journey through operatic highs, rock ‘n’ roll grit, and emotional depths. From the stomp-stomp-clap of “We Will Rock You” to the jubilant energy of “Don’t Stop Me Now,” Queen’s catalog is a celebration of creativity and freedom. Freddie’s theatrical stage presence, combined with Brian May’s soaring guitar riffs, cemented Queen as pioneers who dared to break every rule and redefine what rock could be.

These three bands didn’t just dominate their eras—they transcended them. Metallica gave metal a voice in the mainstream, proving that music could be both aggressive and poetic. Bon Jovi brought rock to the masses, creating anthems that united stadiums. And Queen? They taught the world that there are no limits in music, only endless possibilities.

Each band has left an indelible mark, but what unites them is their ability to evoke raw emotion. Metallica channels rage and resilience, Bon Jovi delivers hope and empowerment, and Queen inspires awe and wonder. Together, they form a trifecta of rock greatness, reminding us why music is the universal language of the soul.

Whether you’re headbanging to Metallica’s riffs, screaming Bon Jovi’s lyrics at the top of your lungs, or getting lost in Queen’s operatic grandeur, one thing is certain: these bands don’t just make music—they create legacies. And for that, they will always remain unstoppable forces in the world of rock. 🎸🔥

  • Bon Jovi: A Journey Without Limits

Bon Jovi: A Journey Without Limits

Bon Jovi: A Journey Without Limits

In the world of rock music, few bands have defined longevity and evolution quite like Bon Jovi. Their story is not merely one of success but of constant reinvention and an unyielding commitment to their craft. Over four decades into their illustrious career, frontman Jon Bon Jovi reflects on their journey with a sense of humility and ambition that only fuels their enduring legacy.

“It’d be impossible to say we’ve reached our highest moment,” Jon muses. “In a strange way, I don’t think we’ve achieved it yet.” For a band that has conquered the charts, sold out arenas, and written anthems that define generations, such a statement might seem surprising. But for Bon Jovi, the magic lies in the belief that the best is always yet to come.

From their early days of hustling for a record deal to the meteoric success of Slippery When Wet and the heartfelt resilience of Keep the Faith, the band has never settled. “Every step along the way, believe me, we thought that was the big time,” Jon says with a chuckle. Whether it was the worldwide dominance of hits like “Livin’ on a Prayer” or their emotional resurgence with the 2000 album Crush, each milestone was celebrated, but never regarded as the pinnacle.

The secret to their sustained relevance is their ability to evolve without losing the core of who they are. Bon Jovi’s music has always been rooted in authenticity, speaking to the human condition with songs about love, loss, and the relentless pursuit of dreams. Their lyrics resonate with audiences because they reflect universal truths, and their melodies endure because they are crafted with heart and precision.

Yet, it’s not just the music that has carried Bon Jovi through the decades—it’s their relentless work ethic and adaptability. “Every time you do another project, it seems to take you to another level,” Jon remarks. The band has embraced change, both in the industry and within their own lineup, without losing their essence. From the glamorous days of ’80s rock to the more introspective tones of their recent work, Bon Jovi has navigated each era with grace and grit.

Their ability to connect with audiences on a profound level is what sets them apart. Bon Jovi doesn’t just perform; they create experiences. Their concerts are electric, filled with passion and a shared energy that transforms stadiums into intimate gatherings. Fans don’t just sing along—they live the music.

Despite their monumental achievements, Jon Bon Jovi’s eyes remain fixed on the horizon. “I don’t think there is any end in sight,” he says confidently. For Bon Jovi, the journey is far from over. With every project, they find new ways to challenge themselves and their listeners, proving that even legends can keep growing.

This unshakable drive is what keeps the band relevant in a world where trends come and go. Bon Jovi doesn’t just follow the times; they create moments that define them. They’ve written the soundtrack to countless lives, and their story serves as a testament to the power of perseverance, passion, and an unwavering belief in the future.

As Jon Bon Jovi stands on the stage today, it’s clear that he’s not just reflecting on the past—he’s envisioning what’s next. And for a band that has already achieved so much, the possibilities are endless. Because for Bon Jovi, the best chapter is always the one they’re about to write. 🎶

Travis Kelce asked Taylor how she would feel having a baby in this newly purchased $472M mansion; her answer melted hearts and got fans talking.

Taylor Swift has been dominating the music industry for over a decade. With her albums, her buzzy Eras tour for which tickets can sell for thousands and merchandise sales, the singer has amassed a net worth in the hundreds of millions.

Indeed, Swift has risen to become the second richest self-made woman in music — with her net worth at a cool $740 million. She has surpassed Madonna’s net worth of $580 million, but ranks behind Rihanna, whose net worth is $1.4 billion.

Since 2011, Swift has stockpiled a real estate portfolio worth upward of $80 million.

Most recently, the singer’s former townhouse in Manhattan’s West Village — where she rented in 2016 while waiting out the renovations of her combination penthouse unit in Tribeca — listed for sale asking $17.99 million. What’s more, it’s the home that inspired her “Cornelia Street” tune.

Swift pretty much bought an entire block of New York City for $47.7 million.

BREAKING “Taylor Swift Shatters Records with $472M Mansion Purchase, Draws Criticism from NFL” Photos…. Travis Kelce asked Taylor how she would feel having a baby in the mansion; her answer melted hearts

Her first NYC real estate purchase was made in 2014, buying two adjacent penthouses in a Tribeca building for $19.95 million.
When Swift needs a little getaway, she has her Rhode Island home to escape to. Spanning a massive 12,000 square feet, the estate has eight bedrooms and eight fireplaces.

She reportedly made the purchase in an all-cash deal, paying a whopping $17.75 million.

The property sits on 5 acres of land and has more than 700 feet of beachfront on top of the highest point in Watch Hill, giving the singer unobstructed views of the water.

The quiet neighborhood isn’t a typical choice for A-listers, which is probably one of the reasons she chose it. It’s rumored that her song “The Last Great American Dynasty” was inspired by this property.

When Swift is not spending her time in the Big Apple, she is likely spending her time in Nashville, where she launched her music career.

These days, when she is in Music City, she is probably spending her time at the grand Greek revival estate known as the Northumberland Estate. In June 2011, she purchased the 5,600-square-foot main house for $2.5 million. Built in 1934, the main house is made up of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a 2,000-square-foot guest house added in 1964. The mansion sits on 6 acres in the elite suburb of Forest Hills.

The house was built by Guilford Dudley Jr., a former US ambassador to Denmark.
While mostly spending her time on the East Coast, Swift does on occasion find herself in Los Angeles.

In 2018, she sold two of her Beverly Hills homes. The first a Cape Cod-style cottage for $4 million, the other a smaller single-story home she used as a guesthouse for $2.65 million.

While the NFL has taken swift action, experts are warning that the league is losing the fight against growing indiscipline on the field.

Some suggest harsher penalties, stricter enforcement of conduct rules, and better mental health support for players to address the root causes of such incidents. The NFL’s handling of these matters will likely define its future reputation and ability to maintain order within its ranks.

Kansas City, MO – In what can only be described as a moment straight out of a romantic comedy, Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce has once again proven that his talents extend far beyond the football field. Following a nail-biting playoff win that had fans on the edge of their seats, Kelce took a moment to pay tribute to his girlfriend, global music icon Taylor Swift, in a gesture that’s melting hearts across the nation.

As the final whistle blew, signaling the Chiefs’ victory, the field erupted in celebration. Amidst the chaos of confetti and jubilation, Kelce, known for his charismatic persona, decided to add a personal touch to the victory. With cameras rolling and fans screaming, he made a heart sign with his hands, a nod to Swift’s iconic gesture during her performances, effectively declaring himself “the #1 Swiftie.”

This wasn’t just a victory for the Chiefs; it was a moment of pure, unadulterated romance that transcended sports. Football fans and Swifties alike took to social media, where the moment quickly went viral. Hashtags like #KelceHeartsSwift and #SwiftieLove began trending, showcasing the crossover appeal of this power couple.

Kelce, who has never shied away from expressing his admiration for Swift, both on and off the field, had previously been spotted at her concerts, proudly donning friendship bracelets and singing along to her hits. His latest gesture, however, was a public declaration of affection that resonated with fans globally, showing that even in the high-octane world of NFL playoffs, there’s room for love.

NFL 2023: Taylor Swift spotted at Kansas City Chiefs game, dating Travis Kelce, celebrates touchdown, reaction, video

The moment was especially poignant given the backdrop of the game – a playoff match where every play was critical, and emotions ran high. Kelce’s performance on the field was nothing short of stellar, with key receptions that helped secure the win. But it was his post-game celebration that stole the show, reminding us that behind the helmet and pads is a man who wears his heart on his sleeve.

Relationship experts and fans alike have praised Kelce for his open display of affection, viewing it as a refreshing change in the often stoic world of professional sports. “In a time where authenticity in public figures is cherished, Travis Kelce’s tribute to Taylor Swift is not just a nod to love but a testament to living genuinely,” remarked Dr. Julianne Moore, a noted psychologist specializing in celebrity relationships.

For Swift, who has built an empire on songs that weave tales of love, heartbreak, and everything in between, this gesture from Kelce was more than just a sweet moment; it was a real-life story fitting into her lyrical world. Fans of Swift have long celebrated her for her openness about her personal life, and seeing her partner embrace that openness in such a public, celebratory way only deepens the connection between the artist and her followers.

As the Chiefs move forward in the playoffs, Kelce’s focus will undoubtedly be on the game. But for a moment, he turned a football field into a stage for a love story that will be remembered long after the final whistle. In the end, whether it’s through a touchdown or a heart sign, Travis Kelce has shown us all that sometimes, the biggest victories are those of the heart.

  • Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift go wild as Travis Kelce stars for Kansas City Chiefs vs Texans

Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift go wild as Travis Kelce stars for Kansas City Chiefs vs Texans

Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift go wild as Travis Kelce stars for Kansas City Chiefs vs Texans

Caitlin Clark joined Taylor Swift in the Kelce family suite on Saturday to witness a Travis Kelce masterclass as the Kansas City Chiefs took another step towards the Super Bowl on Saturday afternoon.

After an inconsistent regular season, Chiefs tight end Kelce returned to his outstanding best against the Houston Texans in his team’s quest for an historic third straight Super Bowl title – an ominous sign for the rest of the NFL.

With just a point between the teams at the start of the fourth quarter, the 35-year-old Kelce reeled in a Patrick Mahomes pass to score a touchdown with the game on a knife-edge.

Swift erupted with joy in the VIP suite, leaping to her feet and hugging a visibly stunned Clark. It was the key moment of the game, giving the Chiefs an eight-point lead. They would go on to record a 23-14 victory.

Overall, it was a brilliant display from Kelce. In the first quarter he signaled his return to his finest form by recording a vital 49-yard gain that sent Arrowhead Stadium – and Swift and Clark – wild.

The singer and the WNBA star were filmed hugging and high-fiving in celebration in their suite and while it was a tense game at times in Kansas City, Kelce made sure it was one that ended in celebration for his star-studded fans.

Clark, the biggest star of the WNBA, is a Chiefs fan – and a huge Swiftie – and revealed earlier this year that the singer had told her she was keen to watch the Chiefs with her. And that day came on Saturday, when Clark was pictured in the VIP suite sat in behind Swift as the NFL playoffs came to a cold and windy Kansas City.

They started the game sat apart but in the third quarter, they swapped seats and sat together with Clark laughing while Swift spoke to her with her hand covering her mouth.

Swift’s parents, Andrea and Scott, were also in the suite and so too were Kelce’s parents, Ed and Donna.

Going into Saturday’s must-win showdown for the Chiefs, rumors resurfaced that whatever happens from here, it could be Kelce’s final season in the NFL at the age of 35.

But after a day like this, how can Kelce dream of stepping back? It was another tireless, evergreen performance, underlining just how vital he is to one of the most successful teams the sport has seen – with two of America’s biggest stars cheering him on at his home patch.

‘We came out firing on all cylinders,’ Kelce said after the game. ‘If you’re stepping out on the football field, you’ve always got something to prove.

‘They’re extremely tough individuals (the Texans). They’ve got a great quarterback, I think tonight Arrowhead was rocking so much we just had a bit more energy.’

Kelce finished the game with seven receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown, and Patrick Mahomes praised his teammate in the aftermath of the game.

Speaking on the field, Mahomes said: ‘You know eight-seven (Kelce’s number) was gonna show up whenever [there’s] a big time moment, and he did that.

‘I mean, everybody was asking, ‘Where’s Travis Kelce at?’ And I think he showed the world where he’s at.’

Clark’s appearance at Arrowhead signals how she is growing close to the Kelce family. She had been rumored to be going to the game after she made an appearance on Kelce’s hugely popular New Heights podcast earlier in January.

And Clark was seen at Arrowhead just a day after the launch of the new women’s basketball league Unrivaled, which she surprisingly opted not to play in.

The 22-year-old is a Chiefs fan because she has family that lives in Kansas City and as a child, would go to a Chiefs game during the holidays.

‘I had family in Kansas City, and I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, which is only three hours from Kansas City,’ she said on her recent New Heights appearance.

‘So that’s just the closest NFL team – my dad was a big Chiefs fan growing up.

‘People think I’m like a bandwagon Chiefs fan, I’m like, ‘No, I was there before Patrick (Mahomes) and Travis.’ We were ride or dies, so we’ve been big fans.’

Clark also went to two of Swift’s Eras Tour shows in Indianapolis earlier this year and caught another Eras show the year before.

Saturday’s win means the Chiefs are now just one win away from next month’s Super Bowl.

They will return to Arrowhead next Sunday night, where they will play the winner of the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills in order to punch their ticket to New Orleans in February.

Swift will surely be back and after a day like this, it would take something to keep Clark away as well.

It emerged earlier this week that Kelce’s family suite had to be moved two blocks in the stadium after he started dating Swift.

The couple went public in September 2023 when she made a surprise appearance at the Chiefs game against Chicago Bears at Arrowhead.

A Chiefs season ticket holder explained this week that it caused such a commotion that from then on, the suite was moved along to keep spectators – and Swift – safe.

That day, when Swift and Kelce went public Clark wrote on X: ‘Taylor Swift welcome to the good side.’

Dave Portnoy accuses NFL referees of ‘cheating’ as Chiefs benefit from controversial call in Texans playoff game

Dave Portnoy has led the criticism online after a controversial refereeing call went in the Kansas City Chiefs’ favor during their playoff clash with the Houston Texans.

Midway through the first quarter of Saturday’s Divisional playoff, the Texans received a roughing-the-passer penalty after a tackle on Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Portnoy was one of many left furious over the decision, taking to X to conclude: ‘The good news is the Texans are dominating and their defense is flying around.

The bad news is the refs are cheating and they are losing.’

A number of users agreed with Portnoy, including one who posted a clip of Anderson’s tackle on Mahomes and said: ‘THE #NFL IS SO RIGGED FOR THE #CHIEFS! A bulls*** roughing the passer penalty against the #Texans for a PICTURE PERFECT TACKLE against Precious Patrick #Mahomes.

‘Ridiculous! The NFL is scripted and UNWATCHABLE!’

Another argued: ‘When will the NFL learn that what they are doing for the Mahomes/Chiefs and what they did for [Tom] Brady/Patriots only infuriates football fans. No one wants to watch refs giving every call to a player or team. That’s not football!’

‘Apparently if you sneeze on Mahomes you get a penalty. Unreal,’ a third commented sarcastically.

‘You can find this 1,000 times with other quarterbacks this year wear it was not called. Only mahomes,’ said another.

While one simply put: ‘That’s ridiculous.’

ESPN analyst Jason Kelce, whose brother Travis is playing for the Chiefs on Saturday night, also described the roughing-the-passer call as ‘questionable’.

Portnoy was also left seething with another controversial decision in Mahomes’ favor later in the game, which saw the Texans penalized for unnecessary roughness on Kansas City’s star quarterback.

He posted a clip of the tackle which led to the call and wrote: ‘THIS LEAGUE IS DISGUSTING!!!!’

Another user also highlighted a ‘hip drop tackle’ from Chiefs safety Bryan Cook that went unpunished during the first quarter of Saturday’s game while accusing referees of favoring the hosts.

‘You’re not gonna see a more clear “hip drop tackle” but of course no flag because it’s the Kansas City Chiefs,’ they wrote.

A second fan asked: ‘So this textbook hip drop tackle on the Texans first possession wasn’t called but Will Anderson gets called for roughing for breathing on Mahomes?? Make it make sense’.

A third then concluded: ‘The chiefs playoff favoritism is in full effect’.
