Erin Andrews felt really bad for Travis Kelce.

Kelce suffered a heartbreaking loss when his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, got demolished at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles.

While Travis Kelce was spotted rushing to meet Taylor Swift and his family, the Fox Sports reporter revealed what really happened when she saw him after the Super Bowl.

In the latest episode of her hit podcast, Calm Down, with Charissa Thompson, Andrews revealed the message she gave to Kelce after Super Bowl LIX.

Erin Andrews said, “The shot they have of him coming from the locker room, now you know he was going up to the suite, I didn’t. I was just getting off the field and he was just walking out and I was kind of like walking like. ‘f–k it. I just turned around and I walked up to him because I don’t want to bug him, but like no. That’s our friend, and this really sucks. I gave him a hug and said, ‘I’m so sorry. I love you. I’m so sorry.’”

Erin Andrews Wants Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce To Get Married

Erin Andrews recently expressed her thoughts on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship.

They have been dating since 2023, and things appear to be headed to the next level.

Erin Andrews is the latest celebrity to encourage Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce to get married.

The Fox Sports commentator told People Magazine, “I would like a marriage. Man, they’re great. I love them so much. I think they are so cute, and I love how they support each other.”

Andrews and Charissa Thompson joked back in 2023 that they played matchmaker for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’

Fallon asked them, “You guys predicted Kelce and Taylor?”

“Yes, Jimmy, we are responsible,” replied Thompson.

Taylor Swift being booed at Super Bowl means ‘toxic masculinity’ has returned, liberal writer claims

‘Since Donald Trump took office, there have been several times I felt chilled by the rapid increase in misogyny,’ said Glamour senior editor Stephanie McNeal

A left-leaning writer says that Taylor Swift getting booed at the Super Bowl means that toxic masculinity is back.

“Since Donald Trump took office, there have been several times I felt chilled by the rapid increase in misogyny seeping in our culture,” Stephanie McNeal, a senior editor for Glamour wrote in a Monday article entitled, “Why Taylor Swift Getting Booed at the Super Bowl was Even More Chilling Than You Think.”

“But watching Taylor Swift at Super Bowl LIX booed by a crowd of thousands on Sunday night was a new low,” McNeal wrote.

Taylor Swift cheers on Chiefs from suite

On X, videos of the moment described by McNeal show the camera panning towards Swift, who is dating Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, and a chorus of boos breaks out.

“To me, the disparate reactions felt like a message,” McNeal continued. “That the Super Bowl, one of the biggest cultural events in the country, has been reclaimed by Trump and the type of toxic masculinity he appears to be the beacon of. And he and his supporters seem to be living for it.”

President Donald Trump made history on Sunday as the first sitting president to ever attend a Super Bowl, and when his face appeared on the jumbotron, it was met with enthusiastic cheers.

    Trump salute at Super Bowl

“Perhaps the moment would have felt less visceral if not for the fact that less than an hour earlier the crowd had exploded—this time with applause—to see Trump on that same screen,” McNeal said. “As an image of the president, stonefaced and standing in a salute, was shown to the crowd during Jon Batiste’s national anthem performance, the roar of approval and cheers was deafening (of course, there were those in the crowd who booed the president and cheered for Swift as well, but from my vantage point, it was clear what the overall sentiment was).”

Following the game, Trump posted on his Truth Social account, “The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift. She got BOOED out of the Stadium. MAGA is very unforgiving!”

In October 2018, Swift said she voted for Democratic Tennessee Senate candidate Phil Bredesen, and endorsed him in an Instagram post with a photo of her and her mother.

“These two Tennessee women voted for the candidate who has proven himself to be reasonable and trustworthy. We want leadership, not fear-based extremism,” Swift said in the post. “Early voting goes till Thursday and Election Day is November 6. Please don’t sit this one out.”

Bredesen lost to Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., at the time and Blackburn was re-elected to a second term in the Senate on Nov. 5, 2024.

Swift also took to Instagram to endorse former Vice President Kamala Harris for president in a Sept. 10, 2024 post.

“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election,” Swift said. “I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”

Taylor Swift points to the crowd in a sparkly pink outfit during the Eras Tour

McNeal said she felt that the boos for Swift and cheers for Trump had everything to do with misogyny.

“I was there at the game,” McNeal said. “When Swift’s face appeared on the Jumbotron, an almost instant—and distinctly male—dissent erupted from around me.”

But she does point out that other famous women were also shown, such as Lady Gaga and Anne Hathaway, who were not met with any sort of contempt.

McNeal maintained the negative reaction to Swift stems from an “undercurrent of hatred.”

“In the stands last night, though, it felt like the bros were winning. As they jeered and booed, I could hear the undercurrent of hatred and felt the real-life manifestation of the trolling I had previously only seen virtually. Trump is president, they seemed to say, and the era of inclusivity in the NFL is over. Swift, and all of us who have had fun watching her in her WAG era, need to be put in our place. It felt gross and mean.”

Taylor Swift heard the boos from fans at Super Bowl LIX but Philadelphia Eagles star running back Saquon Barkley admitted he couldn’t understand why.

Barkley helped the Eagles to a Super Bowl title as Philadelphia defeated the Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, with Swift in attendance rooting for Travis Kelce and the guys in red and white.

He appeared on SiriusXM’s “The Howard Stern Show” on Tuesday and was asked about the prospects of Kelce marrying Swift.

“I have no idea. I will say this though,” he told Stern, “You know, I remember that they showed her on the jumbotron and she got booed. I don’t get it. I don’t get why she was getting hate there.

    Saquon Barkley takes the handoff

“She’s there supporting her significant other and she’s made the game bigger. You know, we’re all about, in football, we’re all about, you know, how can we expand the game and make it more, you know, internationally and we’re traveling to Brazil and we’re traveling to Mexico, and you know, apparently we’re traveling to Australia soon, so we’re trying to expand the game and, you know, her being a part of it’s only helping that, so I don’t get the slack that she’s getting.”

Barkley didn’t have the breakout game he had been used to during the season, but still made NFL history.

Patrick Mahomes’ former teammate pushes back on ‘tarnished’ legacy narrative around Chiefs star

Mahomes had one of his worst games of his career in Super Bowl LIX

Patrick Mahomes’ loss in Super Bowl LIX to the Philadelphia Eagles dropped him to 3-2 in Super Bowls since he took the reins as Kansas City Chiefs quarterback.

On Sunday, Mahomes had one of the worst games he has ever had. The Eagles’ defense overpowered the Chiefs’ offensive line and rattled Mahomes early and often. He was sacked six times, threw two interceptions and lost a fumble. His QB rating was 11.4 for the game.

    Patrick Mahomes hit

The game was on par with his performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl LV. He was sacked three times and threw two interceptions, finishing with a QB rating of 42.2.

NFL pundits began to question Mahomes’ legacy in the immediate aftermath of the game. While there were comparisons to Tom Brady going into the game in which some believed Mahomes would be in his stratosphere with a third consecutive title, the loss – for some – diminished his standing so badly that the gap between both is almost insurmountable.

Former Chiefs offensive lineman Mitchell Schwartz had none of that. He defended Mahomes in social media posts on Tuesday.

“Someone is going to have to explain to me how a 29 year old’s legacy is tarnished because after the best 7 year start to a career and getting closer than anyone in history to winning 3 straight Super Bowls, one bad game from basically the entire team diminishes that legacy??” he wrote on X.

“Tiger missed cuts in majors even at the height of his powers. Brady had a 16-0 team and lost to a 10-6 team. Missed the playoffs his 2nd year starting. Lost multiple playoff games to teams who threw for less than 100 yards but that doesn’t matter b/c it wasn’t in the Super Bowl?

    Patrick Mahomes exasperated

“The dynamic has gotten very weird where you have to not only win #Ringz but you also get docked this bad for a Super Bowl loss when you’re doing unprecedented things before the age of 30. Brady is the most accomplished QB ever, it’s going to take years to compare their résumés.”

As Brady lost to the New York Giants in 2007, Schwartz pointed out, pundits did not jump on his legacy and question his resume. He lamented the “reactionary” state of the media.

“It feels like we’re trying to blend MJ and Brady and hold Pat to that standard. No one is repeating 6-0,” he wrote. “Brady didn’t do it. No one else will, especially in football. Football is too interconnected, 1 game is too small. Jordan had 7 games to make sure his team won. Too different.”

Schwartz asked talking heads to “pump the brakes” on comparison and legacy talk.

Mahomes has plenty of time to catch Brady – if that is the goal. Brady was 32 years old when he reached his fifth Super Bowl and fell to 3-2 when his Patriots lost to the Giants for a second time.

Brady went 10 years without winning another one. The Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX thanks to an interception from Malcolm Butler at the very end of the game.

Mahomes vowed to recover and bring the Chiefs back to glory.

“I let y’all down today. I’ll always continue to work and try and learn and be better for it,” he wrote on X. “Want to give thanks to God for every opportunity he has given me.

Kylie Kelce is revealing when she first found out her brother-in-law Travis Kelce was dating Taylor Swift.

While speaking on the Wednesday, Feb. 12 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kylie, 32 — who married Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, 37, in 2018 — didn’t give too much away, but did say that the couple found out about Travis’ romance before Swift attended her first Kansas City Chiefs game on Sept. 24, 2023.

“We were not,” Kylie insisted of them being told “in some capacity” in the lead-up to them hard launching their relationship.

“I will say we knew before everyone else knew,” Kylie told host Alex Cooper, adding, “It did not hit the group chat.”

“Jason and I found out together. But, we knew before, like, they hard launched with her going to a game,” the Not Gonna Lie podcast host — who is currently expecting her fourth baby girl with the former Philadelphia Eagles center — insisted.

Discussing what she and Swift have bonded over, Kylie revealed they both grew up visiting the same seaside New Jersey locales. “We grew up going to the same shore points. So, her family was like Sea Isle, Stone Harbor. And that’s, like, the exact areas that I grew up going to. I’ve gone to Sea Isle City my whole life,” she said.

Elsewhere in the interview, Kylie cleared up the rumors about how she and the pop superstar first met at the Chiefs’ game against the Buffalo Bills on Jan. 21, 2024.

“People are deeply disturbed by this… There was like all of this stuff leading up to it about, ‘Well, why haven’t they met?’ ‘They’re avoiding each other,’ ” she said, adding, “I’m not avoiding anyone. I’m more than happy to meet someone, especially someone that Travis is dating.”

“But it was funny to me because I kept saying to people, ‘I didn’t meet Travis for probably close to a year when Jason and I were dating,’ ” Kylie told the host.

“And she’s busy,” she joked, seemingly in reference to the fact that Swift was on her hugely successful Eras Tour at the time.

“It’s just so silly to me that that’s the storyline that’s written,” Kylie added.

Swift and Travis first sparked dating rumors in Sept. 2023 before confirming their romance in October of that year when they stepped out holding hands at a Saturday Night Live afterparty. The “Fortnight” singer was later spotted at a handful of Travis’ games, including attending the Super Bowl in both 2024 and 2025.

After the Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, Feb. 9 and Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour came to an end in December 2024, the power couple are reportedly looking forward to taking a bit of a break together.

“Their lives have been a whirlwind since they first started dating,” a source told PEOPLE this month. “Things seem great between them, and they’re incredibly happy together.”

Jason Kelce is feeling emotional following Super Bowl 2025.

Speaking on an episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, released Wednesday, Feb. 12, the retired NFL player broke down in tears over the misconception that he wasn’t rooting for his brother Travis Kelce at this year’s game.

On Sunday, Feb. 9, Travis and his Kansas City Chiefs lost 40-22 against his brother’s former team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

“On one hand, you played your entire life with an organization and team,” said Jason, 37. “A lot of people in that building — coaches, friends, teammates that you’ve gone through adversity with — and it really makes you very, very close.”

He added, “And then on the other hand, you have your brother, and I’ve always supported you. I’ve always wanted you to win.”

Agreeing with Jason’s statement of support, Travis, 35, said, “Every step of the way.”

“And I wanted you to win this game. I thought I made that clear,” the former Eagles center continued, to which Travis stated, “You made it clear to me.”

Speaking on how he found it difficult explaining his devotion to both Travis and the Eagles, the sportsman added, “It felt like I couldn’t be right. Felt like no matter what I said, some people were gonna skew it and say that I’m rooting for the Eagles, and some people were gonna skew it and say that I was rooting for the Chiefs or Travis. And it sucks.”

Encouraging his brother, Travis assured his older brother that he didn’t have to explain himself and that he knew his intentions, adding that Jason and his wife Kylie Kelce had spent years contributing to the community in Philadelphia and the organization.

However, the NFL broadcaster appeared to become overcome with emotion as he spoke.

“Yeah and all that is true, we are still very much attached to this organization, which is why there is part of me that obviously is very happy and proud that they have won this game,” Jason said. “But that does not take precedence over rooting for you. And that’s why this game sucked. It was very, very hard to watch.”

Breaking down in tears, he continued, “As much as I love the Eagles, as much as I love the city of Philadelphia, there was not a f—ing ounce of me that … I tried to correlate that I was rooting for both sides the whole time and that I was gonna be happy and sad regardless.”

“I just don’t know how to articulate that I’m happy for some of the Eagles, but at the same time, I was miserable during the game watching you not achieve your success again,” Jason added.

Travis and the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers with a score of 25-22 last year; the Eagles with a score of 38-35 in 2023 and the San Francisco 49ers again in 2020. However, the Chiefs lost 31-9 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021.

Meanwhile, Jason’s comments come after sources told PEOPLE that he was feeling “bittersweet” following Sunday’s Super Bowl.

“He was rooting for the Eagles to win but he also wanted Travis to play well,” the insider said.

Jason also wrote on X Monday, Feb. 10, that it was “odd” watching his former team beat Travis, adding that although he wanted “what is best” for his brother and to “see his success,” he also “deeply” cared for “so many people” in the Eagles organization.

For many daughters, the idea of dancing with their dad might feel a little awkward or embarrassed. After all, dads aren’t exactly known for their smooth moves or keeping up with the latest trends. But every once in a while, a father-daughter duo steps onto the dance floor and creates a moment so heartwarming that it transcends any potential embarrassment.

Bruce Springsteen brought a special kind of magic to his Paris concert on July 5, 2012, when he invited his 20-year-old daughter, Jessica, to join him on stage. Performing at the packed Paris Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, The Boss, 62 at the time, had the crowd of 10,000 fans cheering as he and Jessica danced together to his hit song “Dancing in the Dark.”

Beaming with joy, Jessica twirled effortlessly as her rockstar dad spun her around, creating a heartwarming father-daughter moment. The iconic track, which catapulted Courtney Cox to fame in its 1984 music video, took on new life in this unforgettable performance.

While the father-daughter duo danced, the audience erupted in applause, sharing their joy. Bruce Springsteen once again proved that music has the power to bring people together, showing dads everywhere a beautiful way to connect with their daughters.

Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce isn’t making any decisions on his potential retirement – yet.

Kelce, 35, opened up about what his NFL future holds during a recent episode of “New Heights.”

“I know everybody wants to know whether I am playing next year and right now I am just kicking everything down the road. I am kicking every can I can down the road,” Kelce said.

    Travis Kelce looks on

The three-time Super Bowl champion completed his 12th NFL season, which ended with a 40-22 demolition by the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.

“I am not making any crazy decisions, but right now the biggest thing is just being there for my teammates and being there for my coaches, understanding there’s a lot that goes into this thing. I’ve been fortunate over the past five, six years, I’ve played more football than anybody.”

“The fact that we keep going to these AFC Championships and Super Bowls, that means I’m playing an extra three games more than everybody else in the entire league. That’s a lot of wear and tear on your body.”

“It’s a lot of time in the building… That process can be grueling. It can weigh on you. It can make you better and it can drive you crazy. Right now, it was one of those things where it was driving me crazy this year. It happens as you tail off toward the back nine of your career.”

    Travis Kelce downcast

With the Chiefs’ incredible success over the last eight seasons, Kelce has played 25 playoff games, adding nearly a season and half worth of games to the 175 regular season games he has played in his career.

Kelce was still productive this season, but his yards (823) and touchdowns (3) in the regular season this year were the lowest he has had in a full season.

In the Super Bowl, Kelce had just four catches for 39 yards, all of which came with the Chiefs trailing by multiple touchdowns.

“As you see yourself or feel yourself not having this success that you once used to have, it’s a tough pill to swallow,” Kelce said.

“To not be there in the biggest moments, knowing your team is counting on you, those are all extremely hard things – it’s just a tough reality.”

The star tight end said he was going to take some time to figure it out.

    Travis Kelce adjusts his helmet

“I think I owe it to my teammates that if I do come back, it’s going to be something that – it’s a wholehearted decision,” Kelce said.

“I’m not half-a–ing it. I’m fully here for them and I think I can play. It’s just whether or not I’m motivated or if it’s the best decision for me as a man, as a human, as a person to take on all that responsibility.”

If Kelce does decide to retire, he will likely be a first-ballot Hall of Famer and will go down as one of the best tight ends to ever play in NFL history.

Mechelle Brown is the mother of the reigning Finals MVP Jaylen Brown. She raised Jaylen and his older brother Quinton as a single mother in Atlanta, and during Super Bowl week, it all came full circle as she was honored at the League of Industry Moms luncheon. She caught up with rolling out to discuss what exactly went into raising Jaylen and give some advice for those hoopers hoping to follow in Brown‘s footsteps.

How did you raise one of the smartest, educated, most well-rounded individuals in the NBA? The basis of that is the foundation of family. My background, and my family’s background, is education. We often say education is our business, and with that being said, four generations of family members went on campuses with graduate degrees or post-graduate degrees. Jaylen didn’t have an option when it came to education. My mother, his mother, my grandparents, he was raised to know education makes a difference.

How did Jaylen Brown start playing chess? Jaylen and his older brother Quinton, they would go and stay with two sets of grandparents, one in Michigan and one set of grandparents in Kentucky. And he learned to play chess with his grandfather that lived in Kentucky.

So, as a young child, I think probably 9 or 10 years old, he picked up the game. And with that being said, chess is like life, the strategizing, being able to determine how you will move in life. And he very well equates everything to chess. So that was a very big learning experience for him and impacted his life going forward.

Were you shocked when Jaylen Brown was named Finals MVP? And what was the reaction from the family? Well, I was not shocked, and I’ll tell you why. It’s because of his work ethic. He understands that it takes, in his mantra, faith, consistency, hard work pays off, and he continues to display that. And to be the kind of athlete with a great mental fortitude, I knew that he would do great things on the court. With the Finals MVP.

I wasn’t shocked that he received that because it was the hard work that was displayed on the court as the reason why he received that. And with the family, it was an emotional moment because my mom passed away two years ago, and he said my mom came to him in a dream and told him that everything was going to be all right. So when you see the pictures of me, my glasses are all steamed and I’m crying.

But it’s because he said that she came to comfort him, to give him peace. And that’s what gave him the strength to do what he did and play as he played. So that brought my heart joy to know that my mom came to him and that was the reason why he felt comfortable and felt at ease. So that was why it was emotional.

What are some tips or advice for moms raising future NBA players? I am a person of deep faith. My thing with being able to have a deep faith, and as I said before on stage, just having confidence in yourself raising your child to be confident and secure in what and who they are because in the end basketball is not, no matter how tall you are no matter how well you play the game basketball, is what you do it is not who you are. So who you are becomes making your mark on the world using your platform doing being of service giving back so just being a good human being knowing what your goals are and being able to have confidence and focus to be able to reach those goals. That’s what I would say to tell young athletes coming up today.
