Watch Millie Bobby Brown call out red carpet photographer who referred to husband Jake Bongiovi as her ‘boyfriend’
Millie Bobby Brown put a red carpet photographer on blast Monday night.
While posing at the “Electric State” premiere in Los Angeles, the “Stranger Things” star beckoned for her husband, Jake Bongiovi, to join her — and paused when a shutterbug asked, “Can we get your boyfriend?”
Brown, 21, firmly declared, “That’s not my boyfriend.”

The actress then laughed off the mistake and accepted the photographer’s profuse apologies, saying, “It’s OK.”
Brown was all smiles in subsequent shots with Jon Bon Jovi’s son but did not engage in any PDA with her partner.
“I love that they’re like no you got it wrong so we’re not going to kiss actually,” one X user joked.

The Emmy nominee, who channeled Pamela Anderson with her updo at Monday’s event, recently spoke to Vanity Fair about her decision to walk down the aisle at a young age.
“We were pretty united going into it,” she explained in her cover story earlier this month. “We talked about our political views, what kind of family we want to build, the kind of home we want to live in, the kind of relationship we’re looking for, the kind of careers we want.”
Brown clarified that she put a lot of thought into the “important” choice to tie the knot.

Elsewhere in the interview, the “Enola Holmes” star spoke about learning the difference between “loving someone and being in love” while married.
She asked, “If we’re not fully invested, then what’s the point? We have to be, and we always have been.”
