The paparazzi caught Princess Kate being driven by Prince William to church with King Charles and Queen Camilla. This was also the first time the Princess of Wales and her father-in-law appeared together in public since mid-June.

However, King Charles has been open about his illness from the beginning and has maintained a regular work schedule. In contrast, Princess Kate only revealed her health condition after facing public pressure and has largely suspended her royal duties, attending only two public events this year.
