Elon Musk was summoned by the court in the case of ‘having a child with a writer’

AmericaBillionaire Elon Musk was ordered to appear in court to resolve issues related to the custody lawsuit filed by author Ashley St. Clair.

According to People, the court ordered Musk, 53, to be present on May 29. Musk’s lawyers will debate whether the billionaire needs to take a paternity test, whether Ashley St. Clair is applying for custody of the child alone or the couple’s child support agreement. Jeffrey H. Pearlman, a New York Superior Court Judge, is presiding over the case.

Karen B. Rosenthal, an attorney for Ashley St. Clair, said Musk’s side has not responded to the court’s request. According to them, Musk has an attorney representing him in New York City, where Ashley St. Clair resides and files. “You have prolonged the incident and caused unnecessary suffering. We don’t have anyone to talk to properly,” Rosenthal said.

St. Clair sued Musk for custody of the child on February 21. In the application, the author said that R.S.C. – their son – was born in September 2024. She confirmed that Musk was not present when R.S.C. was born and “only met the child three times, not involved in the care and upbringing of the child”. St. Clair also asks for paternity to be determined.

The writer provides a lot of information about their “romantic relationship”, starting in February 2023. Musk “admitted to being the father of the child” in multiple messages, after the birth of R.S.C.

St. Clair said Musk first met his son on September 21, 2024, and spent two hours with him, then an hour the next day. The last time Musk visited the R.S.C. was on November 30, 2024, for 30 minutes.

On February 14, St. Clair shocked the public when she announced that she “secretly gave birth to Elon Musk” five months ago, deciding to speak out to protect her child from negative rumors. A day later, she continued to attract attention when she recounted her love story with Boss X in the NY Post.

Ashley St. Clair was born in 1999, is an author of children’s stories, famous for her work Elephants Are Not Birds (2023). In addition to her writing work, she is known as a conservative, having over a million followers on X. She has also appeared on Fox News channels, participated in podcasts, online shows to discuss the topic of declining birth rates in rich countries.

In addition to St. Clair’s children, the tech mogul has 13 children with three other women. He welcomed his first child with his first wife, Justine Wilson, in 2002, but the baby died at 10 weeks old. The two had five more children until they divorced in 2008. After dating singer Grimes in 2018, he has three more children. Elon Musk is dating the CEO of startup Neuralink – Shivon Zilis. They have four children together, with the twins born a few weeks before Grimes picked up their third. On February 28, Zilis announced that he had a fourth child with Musk.

On X on February 20, Grimes posted a begging Elon Musk to respond to her contact due to one of their children having serious health problems. The American billionaire has not responded to this information.
